First of all I would like to thank you for your feedback concerning your stay at Mercure Amsterdam aan de Amstel.
Please allow me to respond to your review. A while ago we changed our whole system into a newer and better system. This system increases our service level and so in time we will be able to better serve you. This change has given us some hickups, but we ensure you that we are working to solve every problem.
Our privilege room includes certain amenities such as newspaper in the morning (delivered at your door), bottle of water every day, bathrobe, flipflops, extra amenities such as vanity kit, shoe polish, sewing kit, etc. and free use of pay tv. If you book a privilege room you will certainly get a rain shower. For our classic rooms, we only have a limited number of rooms with rain shower, these are due to availability.
Unfortunately I do not know what happened with the delivery of your iron, but I ensure you that I will sort it out to prevent future occurence.
