The entire trip was arranged in accordance to my preferences. Hotels provided were all very good and within budget. I did not have to worry about anything during the trip. All the cars were perfect for travelling and drivers very well behaved and skillful.

What an amazingly managed trip it was by Arpana Lama. I got her reference from one of my friend. We booked a 6 days trip for gangtok and darjeeling with premium 3 star package. I asked for a hotel with a great view of mountains and location should be near mg marg and mall road and I got more than what I expected at both the locations. Every driver assigned to us was very polite and also an experienced. All the locations mentioned in the package were covered. So, I would suggest to go with this tour management company because they manage your trip so well that you don’t need to care about anything and also they provide package in our budget. Would defines recommend this to everyone and also from next time I am going to plan my tour with them only.

It was a well organised trip. We found Sikkim to be very peaceful and we really liked the Gurudongmar Lake. All the accommodations were quite good and Arpana from the team was helpful in resolving our queries. Overall it was a really good experience.

This was my first experience with I am Himalaya and it was the best experience so far. I had my trip from Darjeeling to North Sikkim. It was a 9 days 8 night trip. The way the agent had planned all the activities was remarkable. There was not even a single flaw in their planning. From hotel rooms to cabs, from drivers to meals they had all sorted out for us.
Thank you so much I am Himalaya for making this trip so memorable.

Me and my wife did a 5 day trip to Darjeeling/Sikkim and it was a mix fun and awful.
The Gangtok part though was a mess and thus the lower rating. We are not Indian nationals so we needed a special permit to get into Gangtok but nobody told us needing the permit at the monastery. So we couldn't get in, the driver wanted extra money to take us back. We told our driver that we didn't want to go a waterfall that was super close to our hotel and instead go somewhere else and the driver took us to the waterfall we didn't want anyway. Maybe if we spoke Hindi we could have bullied the driver into doing what we wanted properly. At one point we had to show the driver how to get to the hotel using google maps.
Our guide was a 20 year old who didn't speak English very well and was very inexperienced and didn't have clear guidance on how to do things for us. Nobody gave him good guidance on things. The hotel was awful, the place looked nice but didn't even have running hot water. Their attempt at fixing it was awful.
We drove around all day in Gangtok and saw one view/temple and waterfall that was 5 minutes away from our hotel.
The Darjeeling part of the trip was amazing, they picked out a wonderful hotel and the guide was super nice and knowledgeable and kind. The drivers were great at navigating the crazy streets all over the area. The hotel especially was a wonderful choice (Anturi Hill Resort).
I wanted to give them a better rating because the Darjeeling part of the trip really was wonderful but the 1st part was so bad. The triad of the hotel, the guide and the driver being bad was so awful that I can't in good conscience recommend it. Maybe this is the experience of people who don't speak Hindi.

I am Hakkim Raja from Madurai, Tamil Nadu. I see the advt on Google about Sikkim tour on behalf of Travel Triangle. I said OK to Travel Triangle (TT) Sikkim Tour. So I received call from TT and they mentioned that lot of tour agencies are there, so you could choose any one. At first, I received call from Mr. Anand, from I'm Himalaya Tours and Travels. They preferred lowest price for me as well as good guidance. I chose 6 days tour of Gangtok and Darjeeling. That guy (Mr. Anand) is very comfortable in speaking English and I got each and every guide from him. I see 6 different vehicles and drivers for 6 days. All the drivers are very polite, good hill driving skills and most importantly any one of the drivers never ask single rupee after finishing the local tour. We are very happy with the experience of this tours and travels. Thank you.

I have booked the package because I found it is the cheapest than other travel agencies. While traveling with my wife I did not feel any difficulty, because it was well planned and organized by the agency. And the contact person from the agency(Arpana) was so cooperative. Even while at night 3 am I called her for help, she immediately arranged what I needed. Thanks for making my trip successful 😊.

We went to Gangtok, Pelling, Darjeeling
All the drivers arranged by team were highly experienced for such sharp curvy wavy roads, they were Energetic and interactive.
Constant support from Lawrence on whatsApp and continuous discussion of any concern we had. Appreciate the quick response. Thanks Lawrence.
The best part was the beautiful views from all 3 hotels we were allocated in, the views were exactly like the onces we asked while booking.
I am writing this review after around 10 days post trip but still can recall the view from my hotel of Kanchenjunga mountain. Thanks for such beautiful location. I can recall while booking we were asked to change the previous hotel and get this one which had its gem of viewing Kanchenjunga from our hotel bed kind of little luck and Lawrence choice of stay but it was worth it every rupee. All 4 drivers were good in behavior.
Note- just in case anyone reading this review willing to go Nathula pass, it's better that you reconfirm with driver and go up with pass because sometimes even after waiting for hours it doesn't fit right there. we hardly got any luck, to view Nathula pass with same reasons. But overall Sikkim and the services provided were fabulous, smooth, safe, beautiful, promising, adventures.

Very neat and organized tour arranged by I am himalaya, especially the co ordinators, Riwaz and Prasanth . We loved every route and destination taken. All of our iternary and permits were taken care of , ( permit charges to Nathulla is separate) with detailed explanation to each place , and the drivers were very flexible to our timelines for sightseeing. Overall a very memorable trip.
