      Relaxing Lounge with Great Service

      Club Mobay Sangster Airport VIP Lounge was helpful in getting through security and provided a pleasant respite prior to our departure. The service was prompt, polite, and attentive. Our server checked back several times as to our drinks and refills. The buffet was surprisingly good with a lot of selections from soup to dessert.

      Club Mobay For The Win

      Booked both Arrival & Departure. Arrival was smooth and the Agent took us right through the process. Departure Day was a zoo at MBJ, but the folks from CM got us right through and to a lounge. Once there, we got a window seat to watch the runways...(i recommend the Lounge at Gate 7 instead of the one at Gate 12. 7 overlooks the runway, (pic attached). The lounge at gate 12 has two floors...one in the lower level with no windows, (like being in a basement.) the upper level my have windows, but in our last 6 trips, that upper level was not open.
      Plenty of food and an open bar. Can't think of a better, or more comfortable way to kill the 3 hours needed in advance of your flight. All announcements for all flights are made in the lounge and they track each guest's flight for additional reminders when we need to leave for the gates!
      Club Mobay for the Win!

      You haven't done Mobay if you haven't experienced Club Mobay

      This was my first time being in a VIP lounge at the airport, but it makes me want to have the experience everytime. The staff were friendly, genuinely concerned and attentive. The facilities were clean and the food was good. I would usually have a 'but' somewhere around here whenever I give reviews, but this time I have none. I have no suggestions as my expectations were exceeded. Good job Club Mobay!

      Great experience
      Awesome experience both ways!
      Staff was amazing and the service was great! We had a group of 12 people and we all were treated wonderful and taken care of with customs, security and our luggage.

      From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Would highly recommend. The team where exceptional. From getting off the plane , speedily through immigration to the lounge welcome.       Not worth it
      It was very warm in there and we were seated (by someone who worked fhere) directly beside the buffet which made us even warmer. All of the comfy seats were taken. And the doors to the other area with the windows looking out to the tarmac had plants blocking the entry so you couldn't go in there? It was not what I expected. I won't be paying for this in the future. I would like to sit where I want and it wasn't the case. Not worth the money unless you have a couple of hours to kill and you get a comfy seat.

      Just an hour to spend in the club before departure, probably still worth it

      Decent breakfast / brunch spread. I was under the impression they would expedite us through the check-in process, but that wasn't the case. Thought I read that somewhere, but could just be a misunderstanding on my part. We left the club in order to go to the gate shortly before boarding time, and then of course our flight was delayed over an hour. Would have been nice to enjoy more "free" drinks and snacks in the club rather than sitting at the gate. No fault of Club Mobay though. Experienced friends say it's more worth it for arrivals, rather than departures.

      It’s a very small airport the line does go fast even without the VIP pass. But worth every penny, clean bathroom, good drinks, and good food inside the Mobay Club.
