12 hours before scheduled service, the shuttle service tried to get an additional $80 for my already scheduled and paid for ride, then canceled on me. Stating that they have too many scheduled rides. This left me scrambling for another service 6am in another country trying not to miss my flight. I would never recommend.

Purchased a one way shuttle service. I missed my flight and immediately contacted them and also said I would call back once I secure another flight. Once my flight was secure, I contacted shuttle central , explained what happened, and they told me they couldn't credit nor refund me. They marked me as a "no show" inspite of my contacting them, Company cares nothing about customer. Just money hungry.

With every company in every industry there's always room for improvement. Our service was perfectly flawless so much so that we specifically asked for Alex, the same driver. Therefore, we don't have any recommendations for improvement.

This was the return leg of a botched round trip transfer purchased months in advance. The inbound leg, I missed my flight from MIA to MBJ, due to a mechanical delay out of Seattle on American Airlines. I called 4 hours before the shuttle was supposed to pick us up to notify them that I would need a later pickup and that my flight number had changed. I was informed that they needed 48 hour advance notice on changes. So I had to pay for a taxi to take me to Negril at a cost of $80.
Fast forward to the return, I confirmed all the details of the pickup location, and was told the “shuttle” would pick us up at 8:08a. I woke up to a voice mail from Shuttle Central at 6:00a saying that there was no 8:00a “bus”, and asked if I could make the 7:00am or the 9:00am one. I called back to inform them that neither option was acceptable, since it was already past 7:00 and the 9:00 wasn’t enough time to comfortably make our flight. They did manage to get a bus (not van like the website advertised) to us by 8:20a, but the bus made several stops along the way,
I will never use Shuttle central again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Just to start when we arrived they didn't even waited for us, we reserved 3 seats for round trip to and from the airport. Plane arrived no delays we went to check in they said the bus just left. Waited 2 hours for the bus to come back. On our return we were told to be ready at 1255pm. We waited at the lobby by 1200pm and got a nasty text from the rep saying they have been waiting for an hour . Went outside and he was about to leave again without us! Bad communication from this crap of a company....save yourself a headache and go with someone else....

Shuttle Central was paid for a round trip prior to vacation. They were a no show to take me and my family back to the airport. They lied in a text message stating the driver was waiting. We waited for more than an hour (30 minutes prior to pickup time) and had to take a taxi to the airport. Shame on them for not responding to my text messages nor phone calls.
