St Lucia Travel & Tours is the absolute best! Randy does an amazing job running his business. He is always quick to respond and truly wants his customers to be 100% satisfied every step of the way. Our tour guide, Wilton, could not have been better! He was ALWAYS prompt, professional, and courteous. His knowledge of St Lucia, past and present, is immensely impressive. We told him a little about ourselves, and he was able to customize our tour as if he had known us for years. Not only did we leave St Lucia with many fond memories, but we also have many photos to share with our friends and family. Wilton never missed the chance to take pictures for us that we would not have been able to take on our own. I strongly suggest using St Lucia Travel & Tours for all of our transportation needs...including airport transfers. If you really want to experience St Lucia, let them pick the best spots to stop to eat while on your way to/from the airport. All the research you do online before your trip cannot compare to their firsthand knowledge of the island. We definitely lucked out when we got Wilton, but I feel confident that Randy only picks the best of the best to work with him. It's more than a business to him.

Wilton was a wonderful tour guide who took us around the island telling us great background as we went. He allowed us to have as much time as we wanted and we never felt rushed. The tour was very affordable and worth every penny. The ride was smooth (despite St Lucia winding roads) and he had drinks at the ready for us. Salt Baths, Waterfall, Pitons and more were enjoyed on this tour. Great way to see the island and have a relaxing, enjoyable day!

We booked with this company after reading the reviews and we were not disappointed. Randy e mailed back straight away with prices and info on what we wanted to do, we also had to change the day of booking due to a late flight and this was dealt with quickly and with no problem. Our driver was Taj and he asked what we wanted to do, made suggestions, stopped to take photos, and spoilt us on the way to each destination. He even stopped on the way back to our hotel so we could get some shopping from the supermarket! I cannot recommend this company enough and Taj gave us a day we will always remember.

My husband and I visited St Lucia from January 19th - 31st. We initially found St Lucia travel and tours online whilst searching for private transfer and fast track from the airport.
We booked in with Randy to pick us up when our flight landed. The whole thing was seamless. We were met by a lovely lady who escorted us quickly through the airport, she also liaised with Randy to let him know we were here and when we were collecting our bags. She informed us that Randy was waiting for us already. The transfer itself was lovely and smooth. Randy stoped at a lovely view point over a fishing village so we could have a look at the view and he even took our picture for us! we arrived at our hotel in great time and it was a very comfortable journey!
We also booked in for a private custom tour and Randy informed us our driver and guide Wilton would pick us up at whichever time we wanted from our hotel. We choose 9am and sure enough 9am Wilton was already waiting for us at the pick up spot!
He asked us where we wanted to go and then he told us the best way to fit it all in we visited a chocolate shop, piton falls, Tet Paul nature trail and sugar beach. Wilton was brilliant absolutely best guide ever! He came with us to the falls and on the nature trail pointing out lots of interesting things for us and taking lots of wonderful photos! he was super knowledgable about his country and genuinely lovely person who we chatted to most of the journey!
We were so happy with this tour that we booked in another one and requested Wilton. We still had lots more we wanted to see and Wilton was nothing short of amazing again . Taking us on a jungle hike :) taking lovely photos and providing loads of interesting information for us again. This tour involved us taking a water taxi to Anse Chastanet beach and Wilton made sure we got on the boat okay and told us where he would meet us and what time. We got to see so many amazing places and in comfort and style with a top guide!
We much preferred seeing St. Lucia this way as we could choose where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see and go at our own pace. We really had an amazing time.
We would highly recommend St Lucia travel and tours for all of these services and thought Randy and Wilton were both very professional and brilliant you really made our trip extra special. Thank you so much and see you again next time.

We were picked up promptly and had a wonderful day tailored to our preferences. There were many photo opportunities. We were given an insight into how things are done in St. Lucia, visited a cassava bakery and tried warm cassava cakes, saw the Botanical Gardens/waterfall, walked the Tet Paul Trail and were taken to a traditional restaurant/cafe for a creole lunch where we sampled different vegetables and golden apple juice. It was an amazing day which was well worth going on.

It has taken me a full week to write this and I don't even know where to begin... Randy and St. Lucia Travel and Tours is simply the BEST!!! I procrastinated with booking excursions ahead of our family vacation and something about Randy's response to my quote immediately comforted me. I knew that he would take care of our family of four and he far surpassed all expectations!
Our first day out with Randy was beach hopping followed by horseback riding. The transportation was incredibly comfortable and safe. He graciously answered hundreds of questions from our two boys, ages 11 and 9, throughout the day while taking us to three amazing local beaches. One of the beaches will go down as an absolute favorite of all time and I vowed to keep it a secret, unless asked. ;)
The second day out was packed with all the Soufriere sites. Randy was kind enough to reverse our tour so we'd miss the cruise crowds and he nailed it! We started off visiting a local school (by request). This was Randy's alma mater and absolutely the most touching part of our entire vacation. We were able to tour and help the school with some much needed supplies for their library and sports programs. It was incredibly amazing to see him give back to his school and be such an inspiration for the students there. Our boys even had a quick lesson on how to play cricket, although they looked like baseball players trying to fit in. We then drove to Soufriere and hopped on a boat to see the bat cave, drive by Anse Chastanet beach and ended up at Sugar Beach for a bit of snorkeling. We left just as the cruise ship passengers started arriving and found a great lunch spot before heading to the volcano and mud baths. When we ran out of time to stop by our favorite hidden beach on the way back to the resort, Randy kindly offered to take us out the following morning for one last visit... even though it was his day off! The pace, customization and flexibility throughout all of our time together was incredibly amazing and appreciated.
I know I'm missing so many sentiments and thoughts here, but it's very clear that starting up in the tourism industry is difficult in the islands. Without a doubt, Randy's personality, work ethic and commitment are what will set him apart from other organizations for years to come! We wish St. Lucia Travel and Tours all the best and truly cannot thank you enough for making our visit to the island such a memorable experience! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Just returned from St Lucia, watching a bit of cricket and also celebrating a 60th birthday in a party of 8. We used St Lucia Travel and Tours for our transfer from UVF to Rodney Bay. I had been trying to organise a days private sail for the birthday boy from Rodney Bay for weeks but couldn't come upwith the right package. I mentioned this to our driver Wilton, on the transfer from the airport, he suggested I speak to Randy. 24 hours later with 3 options to choose from it was sorted, a full day on a sail boat with a skipper, food and drinks included and at at a reasonable price!
Come the day, weather looking considerably dodgy, the sail boat picked us up from our apartment jetty, on time, having come up to get us from Soufriere (3 hour sail). We were greeted by our skipper Jonathan and his able assistant David, 2 lovely guys who made us feel very welcome and reaxed straight away. within minutes of leaving the harbour out in the open sea, the clouds disappeared, breeze picked up, sails came out and away we went. A truely magnificent day, if you have never been on a sail boat, this is thoroughly recommended, Jonathan is an extremely capable skipper and David ever attentive, nothing too much trouble, keeping us topped up with drinks.
We stopped for snorkling and a chicken or fish lunch (not great but adequate) at Soufriere, and then set off back for Rodney Bay. The wind got up and Jonathan was able to put the boat through its paces and got up some speed which was really exillerating. We arrived back at our marina after at least 8 hours on the boat, all of us raving about what an amazing day it had been.
Thanks to Randy for organising and Jonathan and David for making it a day to remember.

My two friends and I ended up using this firm three times, because we were so happy with the first: a half-day tour of some of the main attractions in the south of St. Lucia. Randy picked us up in a beautiful Lexus at exactly the time we agreed on, which was quite early at his suggestion, to beat the cruise crowds. As a result we had Sulphur Springs almost to ourselves. He toured Diamond Botanical Gardens with us and showed us around the harbor area of Soufriere, even helping us find a working ATM. We had told him that we were interested in a not-too-strenuous nature hike, and he picked the perfect one: Tet Paul, which has wonderful views of the southern part of the island and both Pitons at one spot. It was just right for us seniors.
We booked them again a couple of days later to take us to Balenbouche. This time Randy's girlfriend, Arnelle, picked us up in another Lexus. She took us there, dropped us off and returned at the time we had agreed on. It turned out that she's also a massage therapist with a studio in Laborie, where we were staying, so one of us took advantage of that at a very reasonable price.
Finally, Randy took us to the airport on our last day, at a very competitive price.
Both Randy and Arnelle are great drivers, very pleasant, easy to talk to, service minded and very knowledgeable of the area. I couldn't be happier with their service.

We had a great day touring the island, seeing the overlooks, shopping, going under the waterfalls, the sulphur springs mud bath, and walking the botanical gardens. Sherby is so knowledgeable, about all aspects of St. Lucia , he made the day so enjoyable--lots of laughing and fun! We ate lunch in a wonderful outlook restaurant with great view of the Pitons. Thanks Sherby for the memorable visit and be sure to get him as your guide!!!
