The snorkeling and lunch experience in Soufriere was outstanding! Smalley and Edmund made for a wonderful day and gladly attended to every request. Highly recommend!

We booked a round trip luxury airport transfer with Randy to Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa. Four of us were scheduled to arrive around the same time at Hewanorra airport in St Lucia. However, my husband and I got delayed 5 hours. I emailed Randy and explained that I wanted the other couple to go ahead without us to the resort, and that we would require a new transport 5 hours later. He promptly contacted me in Canada, and assured me that things would be taken care of, despite the unexpected delay in our flight.
When my husband and I arrived in St Lucia, we were greeted by Randy himself, and the snacks, cold champagne and Piton beer in a beautiful luxurious car was just what we needed after a day and a half of travelling. Randy gave us a mini tour of the island as we traversed our way on the hour and a half drive to the resort. He even stopped for us to take pictures at a lookout of their capital Castries.
We also did the Land and Sea tour with this company. It was a private tour with just our group as we drove around the island and hit places like Marigot Bay, Anse La Raye, Canaries and Soufriere, including the Toraille waterfalls and the Volcanic Mud Baths, and then onto a speedboat that took us to see the Petit and Gros Pitons (their famous mountains), and took us snorkelling at Sugar Beach. This tour included food and drinks (including booze). We were taken to a local restaurant in Soufriere for lunch, and it was DELICIOUS. You may want to take some snacks with you for the morning part of the tour, as the drinks were flowing freely, and we ended up buying some plantain chips at one of our stops as we got a little hungry before lunch. We even stopped to sample cassava bread which was scrumptious.
In essence, do not hesitate to book this company for either your luxury airport transfer or any of the tours it features. Randy and the people he employs are top notch for customer service, and making their clients feel special. On the way to the resort I mentioned to Randy that I was interested in a Caribbean breakfast dish called "doubles" but I didn't know where on the island to find it, as it is a predominantly Trinidadian dish, instead of a St Lucian one. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Honestly, I thought it was lip service and that would be the end of it. A couple days later, I got an email from Randy not only telling me that he found a place that sells it, but he also told me that it was in walking distance from my resort, and he told me exactly where to find it and what day of the week. For those interested, it is sold every Saturday at a stand by KeeBees restaurant in Rodney Bay village. Those are the types of things that push this company a notch above the rest.
Randy, you are a testament to the industry. Hopefully I will see you again in the near future in your beautiful home of St Lucia.

This excursion is worth every single cent. 1/2 on land and1/2 on a pantone boat. Very interesting land tour with a fantastic tour guide. Then on to a fun boat tour of the island
We felt safe and saw so much of this beautiful island

Randy and his team did an amazing job... Their service is impeccable and they were very accommodating... No request was too big or too small... They made it happen... Definitely made our trip memorable... 13 of us celebrating 5 birthdays... Plus did our airport transfers through them..

No words can express how professional Randy is! He communicates very quickly. a group of 10 of us booked is land and see tour and we are so glad we did! We got to see the island and experience the mud baths and waterfall and the icing on the cake was the local lunch. Excellent! I decided to contact Randy a day before our travel back to book a transfer for 2 of us and Randy was our Driver. His car was so clean and Randy was dressed sharp and crisp.

I obtained Randy's name thru a Facebook site recommending him for private transportation to/from the airport. I contacted Randy and he was always quick to respond, provided reasonable quotes and written confirmation. Once airport transportation was squared away, I inquired about a Land/Sea Tour which turned out to be awesome! I really appreciated that Randy didn't pressure me to commit to a number of participants as we had a couple of undecided people. He also didn't ask for any money upfront. Hyginus was our driver and tour guide for the land portion of our tour. He was super friendly, knew everyone on the island and navigated us to the front at the mudbaths, waterfall and other scenic stops (including a boa constrictor encounter). He also took us to a local restaurant for lunch which was great to get away from the crowds and experience an authentic St. Lucia meal. The sea portion of the trip takes you to a small but popular snorkeling area, we stopped for some cliff jumping and a beer at the Marigot Bay and then he dropped us at our resort dock. All in all, a great day. I highly recommend Randy and his crew.

wow, what a trip, our tour guide Hyginus (a local) drove us from airport to Sandals Grande (which I highly recommend, the drive is approximately 1 1/2 hours from airport to resort) and then on Thursday took us to see the sights of the beautiful island. Hyginus knew everyone and was an amazing guide. We saw all the island including the Pitons, Mud baths and waterfalls! Only discussion point, if you get any type of motion sickness, be prepared before you go, the roads are windy and steep. Once you get to the top of the island, you see the amazing Caribbean and all its glory. After we finished with our local lunch, we were handed off to the sea portion, snorkeling and rock jumping...

I selected St Lucia Land and Sea simply by googling it and reading the reviews in order to get a private airport transfer to my hotel, and was so pleased by the personal tone the owner, Randy, presented in his emails to me; his price was also very reasonable. The airport transfer was great -- our driver was wonderful, and the ride to the hotel was like a mini-tour of the island, with photo-stops along the way. Therefore, I booked the land/sea tour as soon as we settled in at our hotel, and it was the highlight of our stay. Bradley, our tour guide for the land portion, was personable and knowledgeable, and we especially enjoyed our "St Lucian" lunch. The sea tour was amazing, and our boatmen pointed out all the sites of the island, while they provided an fantastic, fun ride back to our hotel. In addition, throughout the rest of my stay, Randy and I corresponded about additional excursions my group was interested in, and he went out of his way to try to accommodate my group's requests/needs to create a water excursion of our own making (at a reasonable rate). Randy was a pleasure to work with -- and from what I've experienced, employs a group of interesting, knowledgeable, and conscientious drivers/tour guides.

Wow, what a wonderful day that we spent in St. Lucia! We had a group of 24 who went on the Land and Sea tour. I chose St. Lucia Travel & Tours because of the good reviews and also because Randy was so pleasant to deal with via email and phone. He was always kind,professional and very prompt to answer any questions that I had.
Randy and Bradley met us just outside the cruise terminal just as we had planned. We had two very nice air conditioned vans for our group of 24 for the land portion of the tour. Randy and his staff told us about the islands history and culture, and showed us many of the popular attractions on the island. We visited the Sulphur Springs mudbaths and the Diamond Botanical Gardens & Waterfall. They also allowed us to stop at multilple outlooks to take group photos and selfies. Concluding the land part of the tour we were taken to a local restaurant on the waterfront with beautiful views. The food was amazing!
After lunch we all got on board a speedboat and headed to Sugar Beach which is located between the iconic Pitons. The views were breathtaking! My husband and kids said this was the best snorkeling area they had ever been to. After about an hour at the beach, we loaded back on the boat to start making our way back to the cruise ship. Again, the views during this part of the excursion were breathtaking. We got to see Marigot Bay and "The Love Hole", from Pirates of the Caribbean. Randy and the crew on the boat were happy to offer us drinks and rum punch. Although we hated for our excursion to end, the boat took us to a dock just a few steps away from the cruise ship which was extremely convenient. We even had a little time to do some shopping before getting back on the cruise ship.
As the leader of our group of 24, I was a little worried about going on an excursion with so many people, but Randy and his crew handled everything and made it effortless for me. They did everything possible to make our excursion the best day possible in St. Lucia.
If anyone is looking to spend the day in St. Lucia, Randy is the man to make it an unforgettable experience. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Randy for taking such great care of our group and helping to make our day in St. Lucia so amazing!
