Very picturesque place, was always packed so hard to get near the pool / in the sun on a nice day but the food and cocktails are lovely. Me and friends / colleagues would go several times over the months we docked at this port - very popular with ship crew as you get free entry if you show your laminex!

From the roadside it doesn’t look like much, but once inside, you are transported to a lush garden of exotic tropical plants, colourful foliage, impressive palms, and majestic panoramas of Basseterre. Besides which, there is hillside fine dining, a gift boutique and Shell Works production site. All this for a very nominal entrance fee.

If you are traveling to St Kitts and the guest house is available at Palms Court Gardens BOOK IT!! The whole experience from the beginning was exceptional!! Claudia, the owner was so responsive to the many questions I asked prior to our arrival and was also very helpful upon arrival with places to explore while we were here!!
The staff that she has is extremely friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant has a very nice menu and a great chef and reasonable prices. My husband and I could not get over the freshness of the produce and the quality of the food. We loved everything…burgers, mahi,mahi,fish tacos and chicken.
Great care is taken with the beautiful gardens and everything is super clean and well maintained!!!
I am sure anyone would enjoy this unique experience overlooking the town and harbor watching the boats come and go!!

The botanical gardens was absolutely stunning! We were greeted by the gardener and you could tell he was passionate and proud of the grounds. The pool area was just breathtaking and so pristine! The views are immaculate and the staff is very friendly. I’m not sure how the drinks were as we got bottled water. The food was YUMMY😍

The grounds and property are beautiful, with infinity pool overlooking the bay. However that is where all the good ends, restaurant staff is highly incompetent, unqualified and rude. The only person good at their job there is the gardener who was very lovely. The restaurant staff on the other hand, 30+ minute wait for French fries which we had to go back up to the bar and ask for. Drinks never came. There is a waiter there with glasses and long box braids who is the epitome of rude. We made reservations for six lounge chairs and when we got there they supposedly couldn’t find the reservation although I had communicated directly with them the night before. She wouldn’t seat us and just kept asking if we had payed, despite the other girl confirming that we in fact made reservations and payed for. I was so confused as to what I was supposed to be paying for as we were not serviced or greeted in the slightest way. At one point I looked over at the bar, and all the staff were huddled there, not a care in the world, meanwhile everybody is waiting for their drinks. Servers walk right by you and don’t even ask if you need anything. Horrible experience. This is nothing more than a quick stop, enjoy the view, maybe get in the pool for a bit but do not lounge there for the day, you will regret it.

Thank you for giving us feedback on your experience. We regret to hear that your expectations were not met. In terms of the mix up with your reservation, we reserved loungers overlooking the bay (Sea View loungers in front of the pool), per your request, which were available, however in person your party requested the double beds which had already been reserved for other customers. I apologize that your arrival and your lounging arrangements were not as smooth as we intended and for the delay in having the inconvenience solved. Our team strives hard to ensure our guests receive the best experience. We hope to welcome you back again in the near future.

These people are very racist, sexist and colorist! They are especially mean to the Kittitians who patronise them. Their rules only apply to persons of colour and especially citizens of St. Kitts. If you are a women who wears swim trunks or tights they want you to take them off while men and muslims get to swim in theirs! As a woman who is black your beliefs and comforts are dismissed. Be careful.

Good day, I regret to inform you, this is far from the truth, as Palms Court Gardens is a Family & Black-Owned Business, we take racism and discrimination very seriously. No matter which race you are, all our guests must comply with the rules when on property, we have a strict policy with swim wear, this rule is also written and displayed at our Pool Bar. The muslim women's bathing attire was made from suitable swim gear material opposite to "regular" leggings or tights. Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you again in the near future.

Place closed without notice on website or google.
Even sign at door says open tue-sun (even on holidays). We waited almost 1 hour for someone to show up.
No one picked up phone. So walking there was a waste of time.

Thank you for giving us feedback on your experience. As we currently find ourselves in the off season and have less traffic than usual, in addition it was a holiday on the 2nd of August. Comparing with previous years on that same day, it has always been very slow. With that in mind we we made the decision to close to the public. We gave our guests a heads up with posting on our social media channels, however neglected to have a sign on our gate at the entrance or a disclaimer on our website. We apologise for any inconveniences caused and hope to see you at Palms Court Gardens in the near future.

Lovely relaxed place to come for the day.

We spent about 3 or 4 hours there and found it very serene and hated to leave to go back to the ship. The admission was only $12 so for the pool and views a shorter stay would be worth the cost. We also had lunch there which they serve poolside.
