My daughter and I enjoyed this excursion the most of our vacation. The experience was exceptional. The captain and first mate did such a great job educating us on conch and stingrays and took excellent care of us. The entire experience was 5 plus stars. The snorkeling views were awesome, the conch ceviche was delicious and swimming with the stingrays was truly a highlight of our entire vacation. We loved every moment! JJ and Voscoe are awesome and if we ever return we will ask for them again!

This excursion was absolutely amazing! We had no issues locating the tour and checked in easily. The snorkeling/stingray guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. You could tell they love what they do! We felt safe and well cared for during the whole trip. Thank you guys!!!

My partner and I, first-time cruisers, had the most exhilarating experience on the stingray tour. The stingrays interacted with us, creating unforgettable memories. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the crew ensured everything went smoothly. Captain Vasco, in particular, enhanced our experience with his expertise and friendliness. They were incredibly accommodating and reassuring, easing our nerves about being in a foreign country. My partner was thrilled, and we both felt genuinely cared for. This tour truly made our trip extraordinary!

I had my first snorkeling trip with Exclusive Escapes Grand Turk during my summer vacation, and it was fantastic!
I booked last minute from the ship and was nervous going alone after my friend got sick. But the staff made me feel comfortable right away. They were super friendly, and the guides gave clear instructions.
The snorkeling was incredible. The water was clear, and the coral reefs were full of colorful fish. I even saw a sea turtle up close! The guides made sure everyone was safe and having fun.
Afterward, I went to Jack's Shack for delicious jerk chicken and played frisbee on the beach. It was the perfect end to an amazing day.

This is one fun adventure with a wonderful crew ie Vasko and JJ. Other than the sunshine and blue water, this tour and group offers a one to one experience . One thing that I loved about the tour they take a small group and give an educational/tutorial experience about the Wall, Conch and stingray.
Definitely recommend to book your trip with Exclusive Escape for a wonderful experience.

Outstanding tour!
The guides on the boat were amazing and fun to be around.
Pictures with the sting rays, snorkeling, beautiful remote island beach and fresh conch salad.

Unfortunately we didn't actually get to go on our tour. We came on a cruise ship - the Carnival Magic - and were supposed to dock in Grand Turk March 1st. However there was too much wind and the ship was unable to dock. I contacted Exclusive Escapes right when the captain announced the itenerary change but that was only an hour before our tour was scheduled. Exclusive escapes processed a FULL refund within the hour that I contacted them! Their customer service was outstanding - very polite and professional. I am very impressed! Even before the tour, the emailed instructions on how to get to their location, and how to prepare for the tour itself, we're so detailed and didn't leave us guessing on what to wear or bring. I'm sure the tour would've been amazing if we were able to go.

Do it!!! This amazing!!! We have been in similar tours all over the world and this was far and away the most outstanding! The value is fantastic. We saw the other tours come and go, massive groups and short stays. Our guides were so fun and very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the sea life, the region and food. At the end they took us to a restaurant and got us set up for a great meal!

Would not recommend at all! Very disappointed. Our day in Grand Turk was a rainy day. In hindsight, the company should have completely cancelled this tour based on the weather, but the captain elected to take us out anyway. Our tour was a snorkeling stop so that they could dive for a conch, then on to Gibbs Cay for relaxing, swimming, a conch demonstration and ceviche and rum punch.
Our first stop was questionable. It was very wavy, but the majority of us tried to snorkel anyways. The captain's apprentice was able to get a conch, but we did not snorkel long. Personally, the waves made it very exhausting to snorkel as I was constantly fighting against being pulled too far away from the boat.
Next, we headed to Gibbs Cay. We knew there was trouble brewing as another boat was struggling to leave as they were being pushed into the sand. Yet we dropped anchor. The apprentice was new and was not dropping correctly. My husband actually started to help (former Navy) but then the waves were just getting too big. The captain jumped in, (definitely worried) and frantically started trying to push the boat out from getting grounded. He also yelled at all of us to get off the boat. Four men on the boat, including my husband also jumped off and started to help push this boat out. They finally got it out far enough and the captain told us all to get back on and that this portion was cancelled.
He called the office and advised of the same. He also alluded we may get some refund back, but it was up to the office. So, essentially we paid @ $95 each to go out and snorkel for 15 minutes. Gibbs Cay was cancelled, no conch demo, no ceviche, no rum punch. The weather was getting so bad that we couldn't even go back to the beach to disembark. The captain had to go to a small dock to drop us off.
A week goes by and of course, crickets, so I decide to email the company. I inquired about a refund as we did not receive even close to what we were promised. And I get it, no one can control the weather, but they sure could have made the decision to cancel the excursion. But apparently, money was more important. I QUICKLY got an email back (likely was a form email) and was advised that because the weather was beyond their control, we would not get a refund. I think this is a horrible way to do business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I don’t see why not. We came in via the cruise ship but there is no reaaaom you couldn’t do the tour . This is not part of the cruise lines, it’s open to all and truly outstanding.

Coming in June with carnival sunrise. Is this the same trip if I sign up on board the ship (it's a little cheaper on the ship, so I am not sure)?

No. This is totally separate. This is 1000 times better than what is offered on the ship. You won’t be disappointed. Ed and Faith are the owners and make your experience amazing.

What is the difference between this tour and the Supreme Snorkeling Tour? Is it just the length of time? Is there a weight limit for either tour?

On the Gibbs Cay and Sting Ray, you will go dive for conch at Gibbs Cay and then swim with the sting rays. On the Supreme Snorkeling, you will go to 2 different snorkeling areas and then Gibbs Cay for the conch dive. You will not swim with the sting rays but you will have more time for snorkeling.

Is there a weight limit for passengers? My husband and I are good swimmers but we're fat. I really want to did this though

Hi, My husband and I are also fat. LOL. We have never had any issue in going on these tours. I love swimming. The only struggle I sometimes have is getting back onto the boat with that ladder but I do it. I do usually have some bruises the next day. HaHa There are no weight limits. Have fun!

Are they stingrays enclosed in an area with barbs clipped or are they in the wild like the ones in Grand Cayman?

The stingrays are in the wild, just like in Grand Cayman. You are told before you get into the water how to interact with them and not to come into contact with their tail. I have done this before and even though I was very scared initially, I was the last one out of the water. It was a wonderful experience and plan to do it again in April 2019, this time with my daughter.

Depends if it is a cruise day or not--this is the response I received via email:
"All bookings completed via a 3rd party vendor such as TripAdvisor are individually approved via our booking department and declined on non-ship days."

Would this be a good family friendly trip? I know it can all depend on the weather but is this a relatively calm area of water? We have a 10 and 4 year old so just trying to guage if this would be a good fit. Thanks!

I think it would be fine. Our guides were very respectful and made the trip enjoyable. For the smaller folks bring a snack, maybe an extra bottle of water for them.
