Roberto and Montze were AMAZING! Today’s adventure to Teotihuacan was fantastic! They were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! We felt like royalty on our private tour. The food for lunch was was tremendous! Highly recommend this tour company and these wonderful tour guides!

What a great tour with Rene! We had a wonderful experience learning about Teotihuacan and Guadalupe shrine. Rene is professional and knowledgeable with excellent English. The day was very well organized with a nice lunch.

Amazing tour of breathtaking ruins with professional and knowledgeable guides at a very reasonable price: this is a CAN’T MISS tour when in Mexico City. Our guide Edwin did the English version of the tour and was fantastic!

We are so pleased with our experience and especially our tour guide, Jesus. He was AMAZING. Him and Eduardo (driver) were on time for pickup. Jesus gave us cultural context for everything we saw. He told stories, he explained what we were looking at and its relevance. He answered our questions and was super considerate of the group as a whole. We went as two families and he was great with our kids and even played games with them that was relevant to what we were seeing. He truly enriched our experience. You can tell he loves his job and is a natural teacher/tour guide. If you can, request Jesus. Especially if you have kids! I don’t want to give away all of his magic but he wears a vest and carries items that enhance the tour. Bonus: He took a bunch of pictures for us too! He’s so well prepared and thoughtful!
The only thing to be aware of (from our perspective) was that the tour receipt listed our kids as infants (since the set up had two rows, you could only see the adults) which made me nervous but if you see a mistake, just call! One of the people that coordinates the tours speaks English and he was super helpful and fixed any mistakes before the tour. We also got an email right before the tour that had the wrong date but again, I called and they fixed it immediately! Customer service is VERY GOOD and RESPONSIVE. I only included it here so that others would know to call if they see any clerical errors because it will be fixed, no problem.

Carlos was an excellent guide, with an extensive knowledge of the history and culture of the area and an answer to every question. We were really well looked after and had a lot of fun. Much of Teotihuacan and the walk along the Avenue of the Dead is in the sun and hot, recommend taking sunscreen/ hat/water/snack.

I can not recommend this tour enough!
The People/Tour Company:
Our driver was Arturo (and he was a very skilled / professional driver) but Luigi (our tour guide) really stole the show. Luigi has been doing this for many years - and it showed. He has perfected the art of giving tours. They arrived right on time at 9am to pick us up from our airbnb. We ended up having to change to a larger vehicle last minute because we had someone else that wanted to come, and they were able to accommodate. Whatsapp chat is a great way to get in contact with them. Also, they had already taken care of all of the tolls/gas/admission prices so we didn't have to worry about tickets or any of that.
The Tour:
We first went to Teotihuacan and spent a few hours there. Luigi took us around and imparted a plethora of meaningful and interesting wisdom. He answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. He also gave us time to roam on our own, which was great. It was a very beautiful, spiritual stop that I highly recommend.
After this tour we went to a delicious lunch with a rooftop view of the pyramids and several cultural performances. We weren't expecting that and really enjoyed it. We ended up getting back to the airbnb later than expected because we hadn't accounted for the longer lunch, but it was definitely worth it and we were glad for a break to sit down and have drinks/food.
Following lunch (right outside of the restaurant) there was a brief (but interesting) tour by a local tour guide / artist. She showed us how various plants and minerals are used for art and other uses in this region. We had a chance to walk around the store there and shop a bit. We even got to taste some local tequilas.
Lastly, we stopped at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Luigi knew a lot about this, as well. He answered our questions and explained the history of the place. He gave us time to spend alone, as well.
We really enjoyed this tour. Would definitely book them again for another tour the next time we're in Mexico. They have several options.

excellent trip - would highly recommend. lush clean comfy car - driver and guide both lovely. nice t not be part of huge group - felt much more personal. brilliant! (we went in dec 2022).

The tour was exceptional, fascinating, and lots of fun. Our guide, Bruno, and our driver, Roberto, made the day special for us. We can’t thank them enough for the marvelous experience that Bruno made so enjoyable and full of compelling information. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Bruno was our tour guide and was terrific! he was very knowledgeable, and was very considerate of the pace we wanted to go. He let us stay as long as we wanted at each site. Lunch is included and was delicious.

I’m not sure how their commission works or how close it is to the pyramids-but it doesn’t hurt to ask! If you’re doing the VIP tour then I’m sure there’s no harm in asking to make adjustments to the schedule!
If they say no, maybe they can drop you off their for dinner at the end of your tour?
We went to a restaurant with a beautiful view of the pyramids that was across the street of the pyramids and enjoyed it-but I think they probably have some deal with them and the store that is connected to it. They will give you a tour of the volcanic rock store but you don’t need to buy anything-but we did lol! They make beautiful statues and trinkets to take home. We got lucky and saw them bring in the volcanic rocks, they washed one off to show us! They hand make all the products there as well! We loved it and loved supporting the local artists. Hope it helps!

We are interested in booking a tour on Saturday 1/16- is there still a stop for authentic lunch with the current Mexico City red light? Also, outside of not climbing the pyramid, what will be different with the red light restrictions? We are fine skipping but the climb but just want to understand what else we can expect. Thank you!

The tour includes stops at an important historical place in Mexico City where you can walk around an indigenous settlement and learn about the earliest occupants in the area.
Also, the last stop of the tour included a wonderful visit to the Church of the Guadalupe- one of the most revered places in Latin America. Even as a non Catholic, it was very interesting. The pyramid part of the tour offered some good views but not close enough to appreciate the full scope of construction. The "authentic" lunch was nice and provided plenty of spacing and open air feel as to not present any safety risk in my opinion. There was also a stop at a nearby store/shop to view local artisan crafts and obsidian works which I really enjoyed.
