Amazing Day Trip with our tour guide Angela. She made sure both English and Spanish guest were well informed with all the historical information. The bus was super comfy with air con. A great day trip, would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great time. Definitely recommend bringing an umbrella and hat for the pyramids as there is little shade. Also bring pesos for the restroom. Francisco was a great guide

Francisco is a fantastic Tour Guide, and also the group of 10 people were fun.
i can wholeheartedly recommend this activity.
We covered so many interesting things in this full-day tour, time flew by very quickly.
(multiple ruins, history, culinaric, tastings…).

We had an amazing day with our driver Juan and guide Marcos. Marcos is extremely knowledgeable and personable. We learned so many things we had not heard before and saw amazing sites. We never felt rushed and our group of 9 was a nice mix of people from all over the world. Highly recommend this tour and hope you get Marcos!

This trip was a mixed bag.
Communication before the trip was very good and the arrangements were easy to follow.
Air conditioned bus was fine (no seat belts though) and commentary during the traveling was good.
First stop at Tlatelolco was disappointing. We stood at one corner of the temple and listened to some commentary, took pictures across the one view available and got back on the bus. Not sure if the is was because it was Sunday early but if this is the norm then it should be dropped or at least made clear in the information for the trip.
The visit to Teotihuacán was excellent. Sufficient time without overkill. The guide, Rafael, was really knowledgeable and could explain clearly in both Spanish and English all the background to the site.
The stop for tasting and explanations on the traditional stone working etc techniques was very good and the location for the opportunity to buy the souvenirs based around this was very good.
Lunch was available and was fine and at a fair price.
The shrine was ver busy but a worthwhile stop to see one of the most important religious places in the modern world.
Overall a good day at a good pace but with the negative on the first stop.

Our trip was marred by a crazy driver and indifferent guide. On the way to our destination we were told we would stop for a local guide to show us something to do with our tour, but it turned out it was just a scam to force us to buy junk. We were stuck there for 40 minutes or more. Our van didn’t have seat belts except for the driver and guide. Our driver drove erratically, was watching his phone as we were headed back to Mexico City and our guide watched on, ran red lights and as he turned left into the last attraction without signaling he struck a motor scooter, knocking the rider to the ground, and at first could not be bothered even to get out and check on the rider. Our guide did nothing. The guide was rude to us when we exited the van at the accident scene due to safety concerns. We had to get a Uber back to our hotel. Earlier, when the air conditioning was not working, the guide only helped reluctantly. We received related emails from trip adviser before the trip which were confusing and unwanted. On the morning we left, our driver or guide decided to advance our departure time with virtually no notice and we could not comply. We will never use trip adviser again for anything, nor Wayak Tours.

Marcos and Miguel were awesome guides! Marcos was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history and did a fantastic job at all of the sites we visited. The pyramids are spectacular. I loved this tour a lot. Great value for all the travel and stops you get.
The only thing I would change is the order of the stops — I wish the pyramids at Teotihuacán were first so that it would be cooler outside. There’s no shade there, and by the time we arrived in the afternoon it was super hot and sunny. It would’ve been more enjoyable to do Teotihuacán first, and then the other stops afterward.

Jorge was our guide and he was excellent! Very informative and knowledgeable about every location we went to. Would recommend walking shoes and water! You’ll be doing a lot of walking. 😊 would recommend for any family to attend this tour.

The guide was very knowledgeable, funny and spoke English well! The driver drove safely and was friendly. We had a punctual and convenient pickup from our Airbnb, learned a lot, and spent an appropriate amount of time at each location for the average tourist to see 2/3 of the sights and take photos. Those who enjoy wandering for hours may want to choose a different provider.
