DO NOT USE. These guys are crooks. We landed in Cancun and these guys were down at the very end of the transport platform, no obvious vehicle, not advertised as standing with a sign. We encountered two guys who we checked in with. After a couple minutes one came up and said no driver—you need to take the taxi. Immediately concerned we were getting conned. Long story short, we paid $85 for a one way 15 minute trip to the hotel, and we were never given an explanation on why we didn’t get the ride we booked. After a back and forth over a refund, they still refuse to own up to the fact that their guys preyed on vulnerable tourists. Stay away from these guys if at all possible, and use one of the bigger and safer companies

Easy to find, with helpful reps

I appreciated the email and call prior to us arriving. The pictograph of the airport and how to navigate through the taxis and time shares was really helpful and made the arrival less stressful. We found the rep (not easy not hard, it's very busy) who directed us to a numbered area under a canopy where we found two more reps who made sure we were in the right spot and called for our ride. The trip was quick and easy in a nice air conditioned vehicle and the driver was very friendly and answered our questions the best he could. The return trip started early due to recent construction but I would rather be sitting in the airport an extra 1hr then still in traffic as my plane boards.

Tricked, Double check your own driving directions before booking any transport They charged hundreds for a 2 block drive

I had a friend who set up a boat rental for a fun weekend in Cancun. Another friend used this company to put together airport transportation and it seemed very reasonably priced. As I don’t know the area. I reached out to get a quote for hotel to the boat dock. I was given a quote that seemed reasonable if the dock was a half hour drive away. It was two blocks from our hotel and we could’ve walked. in all of my correspondence with Edgar this was never discussed. I asked if it could be reevaluated because I’m feeling a little tricked. Only to be told it’s just cheap transportation to the airport. Everything else is a set price to rip you off.

Worst Return Trip Ever

They made us meet them downstairs for our return trip at 7:15am for a 1:30pm departure stating "our resort was an hour and 40 minutes away, and we needed to account for an extra hour for road construction and traffic". Mind you, our return flight was on a Saturday morning, so the likelyhood of "traffic" and "road construction" seemed highly unlikely to me so I didn't argue. We were picked up so early, we weren't even able to get breakfast at our resort since nothing opens until 7am and we had to be downstairs at 7:15. Turns out, there was another couple staying at the same resort in Akumal as us, and they had a 10:30am flight.... the company just didn't want to have to make a second trip out to our resort. So instead I got to spend 5 HOURS in the Cancun airport before my flight, as our resort was really only an hour from the airport, and there was no traffic or road construction happening at all, so we were to the airport before 8:30am. Got to spend $90 on breakfast at the airport since we were starving since we didn't have time for breakfast because of our early pickup and had 5 hours to spend in the airport. Will never use this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone unless you don't mind being stuck at the airport forever.

Horrible - busquen otras opciones

El servicio al cliente es malo en general, estuvimos esperando por 40 minutos en el lobby del hotel para que nos llevaran al aeropuerto, nos citaron a las 10:50am y a las 11:30am aún no llegaban.

El número de contacto nunca nadie lo atendió, y la persona que tenían en el hotel tampoco fue de mucha ayuda (parecía perezoso).

Addai was very helpful in booking our return passage to the airport. We also found out you can book tours from them as well.

Mexico travel solutions

This service was a round trip shuttle service , in the way back (August 3rd) the shuttle arrived late without A/C , 5 passengers sweating to die , asked the driver if he can turn ON the A/C to know that the A/C wasn’t working , this trip took 90 minutes to get to the airport inside a sauna vehicle with all the windows up , almost lost my flight back home , arrived to the airport 10 minutes before they airline close the gate, the driver knew that there was chance to not make the trip in time for my flight , So he was flying instead of driven .This service was totally unsafe and unacceptable, the company is refusing to refund the money for all their mess.
