We actually did not go on this. Our phones did not reset so we were 2 hours late. But they did give us half our money back. So, we say a win.

This was a fun excursion but not overally impressive. It was quite touristy and the zip lines were nothing special (pretty low, no views). It was a good time overall, just not particularly amazing and a little chaotic with so many people around.

Once trip was booked and paid for paradisea tours tried to charge an additional $75 for hotel pick-up as was 'out of their range'

We appreciate your comments and want to clarify that you mistakenly made the reservation indicating a distance that was not because your hotel was more than 40 minutes away from the section you had selected, besides that you did not make the tour and you were given a full refund, we appreciate the comments you give us but however you describe something that you did not do.

Would highly recommend me and my girl girlfriend visited today pick up on time out side are hotel
I would like to give a big shout out to George. my girl friend didn't feel comfortable with the steering on the bike so George swapped quads with her and stayed round with her to make her feel comfortable with her new bike
Got to admit George made this trip well worth it 5 star 🌟 to him keep up the good work 👏

We scheduled the 12:00 trip from Riu Costa Mujeres. We were charged $15 extra per person due to our hotel being a farther drive. We were picked up at 11:30 and after picking up at other hotels we arrived at the destination around 1:30. The driver told us what time we were going to get there and he was correct. It really is an all day trip because afterwards the driver picks you up at 6:00 and the drive back was only 1.5 hours because drop offs are much faster. We said "no" to all of the upgrades that they offered and were very pleased with how easy it was to say "no" and move on. We went on a Monday so it was not crowded and everything went smoothly. Started with the ATVs. Our machine did not have brakes, however, we pointed this out before starting and we moved to another one. The ride is just back and forth on a power line type road, but we had fun. It did get my legs and sneakers all muddy but there was a shower when we returned that we rinsed off in. Next we did a Tequila tasting that was not listed in our booking but was quick and fun. I read on other sites that you can't buy the tequilla really anywhere else so if you want some, buy it there. It was $75 and $85 a bottle. They take cash and credit card with an added percentage for cards. Then we went to the Cenote via a short vehicle ride. Maybe because we were there on a Monday, it was not crowded. We were the only ones there and our guide held another group's bag since they were afraid of it being stolen. I read reports of locals there and things going missing but since we were the only ones, we did not have any problems. The water was cold but the zip line into the water was fun and jumping was great for my kids. You could also walk down steps to get into the water. After the Cenote was the zip lines. They are tree top ones that we've experienced in other places before, but they were fun. Lastly, we have lunch. We only got the 2 tacos that came with the booking, but you could order margaritas, nachos, other tacos and some people around us did that. We used a locker that they give you a key to and between each part we were returned to the locker to change. The locker held 2 bags for us and if you need another locker, they will give you one. We tipped our Guide through a locked box that he has. He said they split the tips with everyone, so I was not pressured to tip anywhere else. I felt it was a good day away from the resort that was worth the money. I didn't even mind the bus ride to get there and back because it allowed me to see more of the area and gave my family some downtime since we like to go, go, go on our trips.

Couldn’t have asked for any better of an experience. 1st time in Mexico, 1st time booking excursions via TripAdvisor. It was a first for many and Johnny made the experience all worth while! If you can request, request Johnny, he made the experience all the more exciting!

Tour guides were great and ensured everything was fully explained in both English and Spanish. The zip lining was short (only 4 lines) but it was still a lot of fun since they allowed us to go upside down, backwards and we didn’t have to worry about stopping! The ATV’s through the jungle was nice. I wish there was a straight away we could pick up speed but none the less it was a fun experience. My favorite part was the Cenote. You can either jump in (about 18ft drop) or walk down the stairs. The jump was great! The water was nice and cool, you could see the little fish and bats. The 3 tacos as the end were AMAZING!!!! So good we bought 3 more for $5! The pictures and videos the take during the trip were reasonably priced, as well. I had only two issues with the trip. When I initially paid, I put my hotel info in (twice) and the night before still hadn’t heard about a pick up time. I reached out to trip advisor and I had a time within the hour, so they quickly resolved that. Now this 4 hour excursion turned into a 10+ hour day. We were picked up at 750 am, the last hotel pickup was 930 am. Then a 45 min drive to the excursion. Then repeat that at the end of the trip. The driver was not great at stick shift and there was a lot of jerky movements that made me sick to my

This was my second time doing this excursion. Once with a girls trip and the second with family, with my kids and my parents. We enjoyed the Cenote and the ATV’s were fun, except people trying to pass by, so please be patient and safe on the ATV’s. The zip lining was short and sweet. What I love about this excursion is that it packs a lot for a half day adventure. Also includes Tequila tasting and lunch. Overall a great value and a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

The excursion was amazing! Pick up and drop-off was on time and smooth! All of the employees and tour guides were so fun, nice, and knew exactly what they were doing! The ziplining, ATV's, and cenote were SO fun! And they feed us a Mayan style lunch - those were some of the best tacos, ever! But I do encourage you to eat something before; the excursion is long lol They are very understanding, as we had a last minute individual join on the trip, and they were accommodating! If you don't know how to do one of the excursions, they will give you all the information for safety. They actually did not try to pitch and sell us a bunch of touristy things, but if you wanted it yourself, they had a gift shop with necessary items, photographer who did a phenomenal job, and captured everything perfectly, and concession stand!! I will definitely do this excursion next time I return to Cancun!!!

I love the communication within the company, I almost lost the trip because I was stuck in the traffic but thank God the driver (Juan) waited for me, after someone contacted me to ask me for the delay, from my perspective that is going the extra mile. The driver, the group I was part and the employees were my blessings in this first solo travel. We just blended and it was not only a trip or tour but it was a full cultural blending experience. Next time I will definitely choose this company.
