This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide and driver was exceptional and ensured we had a wonderful experience. They tailored the tour to our needs, including getting us to the Cancun airport to catch our departing flight.

It's a well tailored and overall wholsome experience.
I can't recomend it more! It's so easy to feel like an explorer or movie protagonist when you stroll trough Coba ruins, zipline over vast lagoon, crouse trough jungle, explore cold undeground cenote.
You eaven meet Mayans and their shaman so you check all that classic adventure points.
Our guide Alvaro had wits, knowlage he take such good care of us and tought about taking pictures of us on zip line! He made whole awsome exrusion even better. He was so good that same day we booked an snorekling trip to reef (that i recomed too) with same company.
We highly recomend this trip.

Un dia memorable, para recordar en años, donde disfrutamos de la excelente guia de Alvaro: un 10 en todo. Alvaro consigue que la visita sea entrañable y a la vez muy divertida y profesional. En el cenote nos descubrió huesos en el fondo (snorkel), en Cobá disfrutamos mucho, la tirolina de punta Laguna (preciosa) excelente, la taqueria en Tulum como en casa. Todo perfecto y ademas fue esa sensacion de amistad humana universal y de entender que debemos proteger las culturas minoritarias como la Maya. En definitiva muy recomendables y volveremos a repetir. Hasta pronto amigo Alvaro y felicidades a Manuel por su equipazo.

Manuel took us to the best sights in Tulum. We had 2 adults & 2 teenagers and he tailored our days to appeal to everyone. He brought us to places we never would have seen on our own. Thank you Manuel!

Al was our tour guide and made it so special. Best day of our vacation. We were able to do a little bit of everything we wanted- swam in an underground cave cenote, zip lined, went kayaking, saw monkeys, biked through Mayan ruins. Was a great day.

This tour really made for an unforgettable experience during our honeymoon. Some places are fun to explore on your own but for our first time in Tulum, this tour really saved a lot of headaches and provided a unique experience we definitely would not have gotten otherwise.
Our tour guide Oscar really maximized the enjoyment of this experience. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging (even after my wife and I veered way off course in our canoe!). He took great quality photos of the two of us that we would not have been able to get otherwise. We also enjoyed the conversations and everything down to the music he played during the car ride.
Well worth it, cannot recommend enough!

I spent my first day of my trip touring the jungle, archeological sites and cenotes with Manuel, my very knowledgable guide. He had such passion about the history of the region and the culture of the Mayan people. He also had wonderful energy and we had long talks about travel, culture, & new experiences.
On the tour we began by visiting Coba, the ruins of a Mayan city. We bicycled to the pyramid and then hiked up! Most ruins are off limits so this was a real treat. We then visited a couple of cave cenotes. Finally we visited Punta Laguna, watched the spider monkeys play, took a zipline and canoed across a small lagoon.
The whole day was filled with adventure! A must if you are an active person 🙂 Manuel is also a diving expert with lots of experience in the caves and cenotes.
He also brought me a beer and took me to a traditional lunch. A great host all around!

Absolutely incredible day full of adventure! Frank was our tour guide and he was great. Picked us up from our Airbnb, drove us to the ruins, bike ride into the jungle, climbing coba ruins, visit to the monkey reserve, Mayan ceremony, zip lining across punta laguna, canoeing across the lagoon, dropping down into a cenote, and finally having a traditional Mayan lunch with Frank. What a day! Highly recommend.

I went on this tour with 2 of my friends whilst visiting Tulum. Oscar was an amazing guide, very funny, thoughtful and great at encouraging us to bring out our adventurous side. The tour was well planned and all the activities were well thought out.
During our trip the weather decided to bless us with a very heavy rainstorm. This should have dampened our experience but Oscar ensured we still had a great time by entertaining us with his banter!
The tour is full of exploring the gorgeous nature, it’s refreshing to hear Oscar talk about his love for the environment and how to protect it.

Highly recommend this tour to travelers who are curious about the history and ecology of Tulum. There is so much Mayan history to absorb and this trip does a great job providing a framework for that story.
Our guide for the day was Al, who was absolutely the best we could have hoped for! Super knowledgeable, accommodating, experienced and with a great sense of humor. Getting to and from and in and out of the locations was all super smooth thanks to Al.
Must be adventure-curious because you spend 7+ hours walking, biking, climbing, zip lining, canoeing, and swimming. Wear closed-toed shoes, bring extra water (though there is some provided), and bring a towel. Don't forget your camera, either.
Coba Ruins is where you will climb one of the only remaining climbable Mayan ruins in Tulum. The view is worth the climb, and the camaraderie up and down the mountain with other travelers is supportive. The Toh birds and Mayan bees were an added bonus of the ruins. You are able to either walk, bike or be carted through the path. Biking is recommended. Walking may take too long in my opinion and being carted throughout seems like a hasty way to take it all in.
The Punta Laguna Monkey Reserve is somewhat off the beaten path. Upon entry, you'll attend a 5-minute shaman blessing from an area elder, giving you luck to experience the natural beauty of the reserve while you are visiting. Truly special. You then walk throughout the jungle, learning of the habitat and keeping an eye out for monkeys, of which we saw several. During this exploration, you'll zipline through trees and canoe across a beautiful lagoon. The PLMR finishes with a dip in a cenote, which you get to through a crack in the earth. Fascinating and refreshing after all of the adventures.
Al took us to lunch where we ate cochinita pibil, which was perfect.
Do not forget to tip your guide!

Can you opt out of the rapelling portion of this tour? Everything else sounds fun. Just want to make sure that last portion can be skipped before booking?
