Great tour covering a lot of ground in a short time! Mark the tour guide was exceptional and made the tour with his great commentary! The highlight of the tour was the suspension bridge and lights - stunning!

Andy was a good tour guide. Laid back and easy going, I was happy he was our tour guide.
I never felt rushed until Capilano, but that was because the lights were so beautiful, I didn't want to leave. Granville Island was also very nice. My only complaint is that the directions to get to the market on foot were a little confusing. Fun and informative, I loved learning more about the city.
I would book with this sightseeing company again!

Honestly it was a rip-off. What the city tour offers you can do yourself walking and actually stopping at the places to explore not just park. Herman was great but the price of the tour overall was a rip-off

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are disappointed to hear about your experience and do sincerely apologize that it did not meet your expectations.
I can confirm that on October 28th, the Capilano Suspension Bridge was closed last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. As it was beyond our control, our team did personally reach out to all the guests prior to the tour pick-ups informing them of the current situation and providing alternative options such as rescheduling to a different date. Guests who took the tour that day, did get the Vancouver City + Lookout tour in exchange and did automatically receive a partial compensation for the tour price difference.

We enjoyed our afternoon on one of their wonderful electric buses. Our tour guide obviously knows and loves his hometown of Vancouver.
The stop at the bridge includes a second, cliff-walk attraction. Both are quite thrilling. Wonderful site with towering firs. Quite picturesque.
The stop at Grouse Mountain interested me as a skier. We rode a 94 person tram up the mountain to the four season recreation area. They have birds, grizzly bears, lumberjacks, and lots of hikers. We ate lunch above the tram station which seemed to run only sporadically. It wasn’t until we were waiting for the ride down that I realized that we dined over the other, older tram. It was a foggy day, so we did not enjoy any views until we were on our way back down.
Finally, we stopped at a fish hatchery that exists to replace the salmon spawning grounds the disappeared when they dammed the Capilano River to provide drinking water to Vancouver. Interesting place. I could have spent more time there.
The tour company and their employees took care of us and our luggage. We were at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
My only suggestion is that they be clearer about how to find the Welcome Center when coming off a cruise ship. You need to walk past all of of the excursions and take an elevator up a level to get to the front of the Convention Center/Cruise Terminal. Quite different from other cruise terminals.

We booked this tour for December 24. That was a mistake. But I wanted to make it clear, this is not the tour company’s fault. The job that West Coast did was fine. They picked us up at the hotel on time. The brief city tour was fine as well. We got to get off the bus to see the market at Granville Island and the Totem Poles at Stanley Park. I wish there could have been one more stop somewhere. The visit to the bridge itself was a bit disappointing. Not because of what the tour company did or did not do, but simply because of the huge crowd at the bridge. It took about 30 minutes in line to get on the bridge itself and traversing it twice took a bit of effort. The bridge itself was packed to capacity with traffic going in both directions. It was, in the end, a jaunty, hurried walk across a shaking bridge. The Canyon lights were nice to see but did not compensate for the bridge crossing. If I had to do it all over again, I would go with West Coast and go on any other date than Christmas Eve.

Myself and my partner went here during our 4 day stay in Vancouver earlier this month. I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Literally everything has lights on. It's truly magical, although with the rain it was a bit of a pain. Try to go when it's not raining - hard in Vancouver!
The bridge it'self if quite wide, enough to let people go in both directions. My partner is scared of heights so he didn't like the bridge as it does move a little.
There is also the treetop walk there which is free once you are in and the cliff walk. Worth the money just to go there. I did get an apple cider here which was around $4 so it's a little pricey for drinks, and slow.....I nearly ran out of time to get back to the bus.
As you are left to your own devices here it makes it a great tour. Although at every stop there were always people late, which meant we ran out of time pretty fast. At the bridge a couple were 20 mins late back to the bus which cut into everyone's time. I would have just left them there, but everyone else got penalised for it. No apology from the couple for keeping us waiting!
We then headed to the market which was OK. Nothing thrilling and very pricey. We did find a little Chinese food stand and had that to take back to the hotel. The guide was really friendly and very attentive.Offered us ponchos and umbrellas constantly which was nice. The city tour at the beginning (around 2pm) was nice, but we had already walked around most of it before we went on the tour. You do get to go to Stanley Park though and see the totem poles which we didn't know were there.
We got picked up around 1.30pm and then dropped back at 7pm.
I would go to the bridge again if I ever went back to Vancouver. The city it'self isn't really much to look at though.

Programamos la excursión, esperamos y nunca llegaron, al contactar nos mencionaron que no estábamos programados, a pesar de tener el correo de confirmación, que se sobre vendió y no podÃan hacer nada... No quisieron hacerse responsables por el problema, y mi dÃa se arruinó...
