Very well run tour from start to finish. Very nice and friendly crew on board and the bus driver also. Brought to some incredible locations on a very comfortable and fast boat. Would highly recommend this trip to others!

Nous avons passé une superbe journée de visite du parc national de Komodo avec plusieurs arrêts assez long pour vous permettre de visiter les différentes places sans vous presser. La plage de sable rose est magnifique, n’hésitez pas à vous éloigner un peu du groupe pour profiter de cette belle plage. L’équipement de snorkelling est très bien (tuba, masque et palmes). Nager avec les raies manta est incroyable, si vous avez une gopro les guides n’hésiteront pas à plonger en profondeur pour vous les filmer. Nous recommandons cette excursion. Attention, l’entrée au parc national de Komodo n’est pas comprise nous avons payé 400 000rp soit 25€ par personne.

The team on the New Hope boats were extremely attentive and hard working to ensure everyone had a great experience. The Team Lead on our boat was an incredible leader and even worked hard to lead snorkeling tours.

We went on this tour because of thr reviews and it was book via TripAdvisor...the tour changed leaving times 3 times..the trip to komodo Island we only were able to see q medium size komodo dragon...the boat amhad 34 people on it we found out from 7 couples that they all paid 1million 3 hundred thousand rupiah each but they all booked with other tour companies..we paid 2 million 100 thousand rupiah each
..also after been told we would see many komodo dragons which we did not..they were taken us swimming with manta rays...but of course they could not find the manta rays...we were told to be back at a fixed time but always the boat was not there and had to wait ...I have been to Flores Island Labuan Bajo in the past..this is thr first and last time I would book a trip like this on this site..we 1million 800 thousand rupiah compared to the other passengers on our boat..I found last time I stayed in Labuan Bajo os best to book the tours there as there is so many travel agents alot of competition and you can save a fortune and they will add extras aswell..please do not book through this como it is s ripped off and you do not get what is said on the intenery..also lunch is horrible dry chicken leg tofu ect that has been sitting in a plastic container for many hours..also you need to take a towel..also another 600 hundred thousand rupiah they will collect from you on the boat for the day pass for the Islands..departing was a mess no body knew what to do and the staff on land were so disorganised..i can only suggest is do what we did previously on Labuan Bajo and book tours via a travel agent at Labuan Bajo

We booked the tour in advance online. Includes all entrance fees, which was convenient for us. The trip is actually run by East Cruise company. Comfortable, fast boat. You are watered and fed throughout the day. The stops are great. View from Padar island fantastic (worth the climb). Pink beach is gorgeous. Even though it is mating season for Komodo dragons, we still saw a couple, which was great. As for the snorkelling - Taka Makassar and Kanawa Island- absolutely brilliant! Such a range of sealife. Couldn't get enough of it. Sadly no mantas at Manta Point when we went, but we heard this had been the situation with various groups for the last few days. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Thanks very much!
Suggestions:
-Earlier confirmation of booking and pickup/arrangements from company (I had to whatsapp message them the night before to confirm that payment had been received and ask about pickup arrangements).
-Would have been nice to either leave the harbour earlier, or have later pickup (we arrived at the harbour at 6am, but boat left around 7am, as was not there or ready before).
Suggestions:

It was amazing trip! Everything went smoothly, we had no delays on the schedule. The only thing I can note is that we could spend more time in the Komodo national park, the ranger took us along a short route, and not the medium one, as they said earlier, and the rest of the time he offered to go shopping at the entrance to the national park. Will never forget the views of Padar and Taka Makassar islands. Thank you!

Booked the 1 day tour with this company but they actually send you with East Cruise Komodo as their "partner". If you want to save money, book directly with the other company as they offer the exact same tour for less. Fantastic Flores tried to tell me they charge more for hotel pick-up but the other tour which is cheaper also includes it in their price. Everyone else got to pick their preference for lunch with fish or chicken but we got whatever they had since no one organized this for us through Fantastic Flores.. Communication was poor and I had to reach out to them the day before asking for the details of the pick-up time . They then proceeded to call me at 9 pm the night before asking for full payment after we already arranged to pay in cash the day of. The tour is poorly organized and they drop you off to see the Komodo Dragons at noon - this is the worst time to see any kind of wildlife as it is too hot and any one of the rangers there will confirm that you should be coming early in the morning or in the later day. It also doesn't help that they grouped 2 boats together for this whole tour making our group too large to truly enjoy the tour.

Excursion muy completa, 10 h para visitar Padar, komodo, y hacer snorkel en diferentes puntos y playas paradisiacas. Todo increible. Te van a buscar al hotel y te dejan de vuelta, te dan un montón de agua, un platano a medio dia, comida y café con unas galletas a media tarde. La única pega es que la comida la tienes que hacer en 10-15 min de trayecto y seguidamente a tirarse al agua para bucear y ver mantarrayas. El equipo de snorkel es de los de gafa y tubo y en el mio entraba algo de agua. La excursión es en ingles y el guia y la tripulación muy muy majos todos.
