We provide postcode and a detailed description on our booking page of our location. We state our desk is next to La Mimosa Restaurant. This can be seen on Google maps. We suggest people allow time to find us. Unfortunately tours are booked for specific times and are shared with other people, therefore boats are sent out on time , we try to wait a few minutes if people call and are close by, but if the customers cannot get to us the boat must still depart. If you enter our postcode into google maps you will see the river running along the edge of the park and our business pin in the map…. I’m sorry you were disappointed. However the other people waiting in the boat also have expectations to depart on time. We cannot offer to rebook missed tours for free. Unless you are willing to wait until we are much quieter. We cannot rebook free tickets if we are very busy and almost fully booked. As we were this weekend. We must managed expectations and stay viable as a business. Please accept our apologies that we couldn’t hold the boat until you found us.
