Nicholas was both entertaining and edifying, qualities any teacher worth his salt should possess. Lots to ask— England in one day, but this experience proved rewarding for me and my wife ….two errors of fact. JRR Tolkien was a man not a woman. And the Romans were a polytheist not monotheistic culture.

This was a wonderful tour to Stonehenge (very moving experience), Bath (delicious fudge shops)and Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare’s elementary school). Our guide, Alan, was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and entertaining. The driver, Lorenzo, navigated busy traffic in the city and on the highways. Alan was happy to answer any questions about the sites and local customs. I traveled with my adult daughter who is also a fan of Shakespeare). I highly recommend this tour!!!

Overall a good, informative & interesting trip,
but it does take a full 12 hrs. Tour guide knowledgeable but a bit too talkative. He thought himself to be a bit of a comedian, but not to our tastes.
Viewing Stonehenge in person was very dramatic, & the lovely towns of Bath & Stratford Upon Avon were worth the trip.

Although much of the say is spent on a coach, it is much more relaxing way to get to the various locations your will see. Our guide Clive was very entertaining and informative and our driver Mamood made us feel relaxed during our the trip.

Nicolas was a great tour guide. He was very patient and mindful of my son with disabilities.
I have to give him major props for his professionalism especially in light of the way the person at Shakespeare's school spoke to him.

The guide was informative and helpful. Good overview of the areas. The driver was a trooper. Perhaps the Stratford stop could be longer and at a more convenient time than closing time for the town.

We had a fantastic time on this tour! Our guide was Zozo and our driver was Grad. They were both wonderful. Zozo appeared to know literally everything about English history and was entertaining in sharing every detail. Grad was a perfect driver, knowing when to slow down just a little to let us get the right pictures.
Premium Tours was very easy to use logistically. The tour left at 7:45am from Victoria Coach station. We got there at 7:20. There was a staff member directing folks to the right gates. We boarded at 7:30 and left right on time. Zozo gave us great highlights of the local surroundings in London as we left the city.
We drove first to Stonehenge. We got there just enough time before the crowds started to descend. We had 90 minutes on site, which was enough time to make it back to the visitor center for a coffee before getting back on the bus.
Then we went to Bath. Zozo helpfully told folks the tour time to book for anyone interested in going on their own to the Roman Baths. For the rest of us, we did a short walking tour (30+ minutes) of the Bath highlights, including the abbey exterior, the shop-covered bridge, and the river walk. Then we had just over 45 minutes to ourselves. For us, it was just enough to grab a fast lunch, listen to a few busker performances (Bath performers were amazing!), and pop into the abbey.
Next we drove through the Cotswolds -- gorgeous! although lots of folks on the bus took the time for a short nap! -- to get to Stratford. We had 30 minutes on our own -- we hit the main Shakespeare shop and also got refreshments -- before the main group stop at Shakespeare's school. This is part of the Guild Hall historic building and is part of a working school that has been around since before Shakespeare! The tour starts with a classroom presentation by a "master" in character and charming and full of knowledge. Then everyone could wander through a few more of the historic rooms. Zozo then gave us a treat of a short walking tour around Stratford back to the bus, including the churchyard of Holy Trinity (where Shakespeare is buried inside), the Shakespeare theater, the river, and Shakespeare's birthplace. If you absolutely wanted to see it, you could probably race through the latter in your time off or skip the school house. But we didn't feel like we missed anything. One tip: the Shakespeare gift shop has a lovely view of the Shakespeare birthplace home backyard!
Overall, what an incredible amount of wonderful sights packed into a single day! Absolutely worth it if you like to see as much as you can. Yes, there are things at each stop you'll have to miss. But you'll love how much you accomplish in one day. Highly recommend. And huge huge praise again for our guide and driver.
For add'l logistics: the bus was nearly full and I overheard the guide mention that maybe the final two seats were sold but no-shows -- so plan on a full bus. There is no switching seats during the day, which is honestly a great thing because you can leave things on the bus throughout the day. If there was wifi or in-seat power, we did not see them. The overall group was mostly adults but several families. Our daughter (age 10) and another only child (age 7) were fast friends. :) The bus had a toilet on board, which was mostly unused but seemed helpful for a couple families! The group overall was really great about getting back to the bus on time all day.

Hi. Does this tour include Shakespeare’s grave year round?
Bonjour ,
Les billets d'admissions pour shakespeare's scoolroomet roman bath ne sont pas inclus. Est-ce que ces
activités valent la peine ?
Il s'agit d'un groupe de combien de personnes?

There is a posted "no food or drink" policy on the bus (I saw it in very small lettering on the gate sign) and passengers were instructed to step out of the cue and discard their coffees when boarding the coach at 7:45 am :(
However, once on the bus, our guide did clarify that the policy is no hot food or drink, and recommended we grab a sandwich in Bath to eat on the bus between Bath and Stratford-on-Avon in order to maximize the very limited time we had to see Bath (less than 1.5 hours) -- although honestly I couldn't tell if she was quoting company policy or taking pity on us and relaxing the rules.
Tip: Upon arrival in Bath, I ducked in to the Waitrose supermarket on High Street/Bridge Street, which has an impressive prepared food/takeaway section -- excellent selection, good quality, inexpensive (especially compared to cafes catering to the tourist crowd at midday), and they were not very busy considering it was a Saturday afternoon. I was able to pick up a sandwich for lunch and eat it quickly -- it was 2pm and I was hungry! -- and some food to eat later on for dinner, since the coach wouldn't return to London until about 8pm. There was no time to get a meal in Stratford-on-Avon, so I was glad that I had done that!

How much time would you have in Bath? Would there be enough time to see the Baths and Jane Austen's Museum?

I don’t remember exactly how much time we were in Bath, but certainly not enough for you to see the baths and a museum. I wouldn’t recommend the baths either. You should do a separate trip just to Bath.

The tour itself leaves at 7:45 am and did not return until about 8pm. We spent between 1.5-2 hours driving from place to place. These buses had no bathrooms or WiFi so many people slept or read a book. There were a good amount of kids on the tour, but for younger kids this is a very long day. I would recommend for older kids like 12 and up. We parked at each location for about 1-1.5 hours.
