Ordered a vegeburger a "Moving Mountains" burger, and it was stone cold. Cheese wouldn't melt on it. I had to send it back and got a new one that was barely warmer. For £18.95 it wasn't cheap and I expected something decent. Won't go there again.

Reception Staff/check in staff are amazing, the people who land the front desks are the ones that we have the most interaction with as travelers and guests and the Hard Rock London’s staff is I dare say a league of their own when it comes to London hospitality. Business associates has encourage me to stay at hotels tge considered more “Posh” but I refused that label as I know the hard rock brand and have al slays love their superior standards and service and this time in London it was no exception the stay although was for business was made so much more pleasing by its exceptional reception staff. Even up to the moment of checkout which we did at 5:45am on a Sunday morning. We called down to the front desk and Karolis the young man on duty answered the phone. We asked him to please send up a porter to the room to help with our bags. Within a minute or less The same young man Karolis although being front desk staff, showed up at our door on the second floor ready to take our bags down. I was amazed and remarked “aren’t you front desk staff” to which he happily replied “I’m Hotel staff sir and we are a family here with one purpose, to serve our guests to the best of our ability” I was flabbergasted to say the least. To hear those words said by Karolis underpinned the amazing service and interaction that we had experienced with the staff of the Hard Rock hotel London. This fine young gentleman took our bags down with zero fuss and with a smile which was like all the other smiles that came with the service at the hard rock , a smile that was genuine, un-faked, not a transactionally Induced facade but a real happy to help happy to see you smile; how fantastic!!! But Karolis’ splendid and above perfect service was not unique to him only because Whether it was breakfast staff catering to your every need or it’s security staff watching over its guests with confidence and professionalism making you feel like a celebrity with personal bodyguards or the bar and shop staff treating you the way you wanted to be treated, with special and focused attention or the amazing front desk staff making you feel as if they were there just for your care, it was all perfect and delightful to experience, even though the building it’s decor, many special memorabilia and fantastic live acts were totally amazing it all comes down to the service and the Hard Rock London’s staff is second to none. I had to fight the urge to extend our stay to a month because the way they make you feel at the Hard Rock makes you want to stay and never leave.
Thank you so much Guys for a truly wonderful stay and to anyone reading this review I must tell you. Every word is genuine and every experience was real and I have said this not just to express my gratitude but it’s the least I can do for people who do so much everyday just to make guests at the Hard Rock happy. Go there now, book your room no matter the size no matter your race ethnicity, religion, language or politics, the Hard Rock Hotel and especially its London staff will make you feel at home and cherished.

We have had a lovely time, it was a birthday celebration, Paulo was super friendly and was very helpful. We are definitely coming back.

I think our waiter was called Marcus. Looked after us brilliantly. His hospitality was second to none, checked on us numerous times throughout the time we were there to make sure we were ok. And Food was just amazing! We tried dishes from the starter/share menu and would highly recommend the shrimp! Will most definitely be returning and would recommend trying the cocktails too.

The food, the drinks and atmosphere were amazing.

This place is fantastic. The staff were so lively, chatty and make it a really buzzy environment. The memorabilia is incredible and there is absolutely everyone who is anyone on the walls. For music lovers this is the place to be. I'd like to thank our servers who were so kind and patient. They explain how the menu works and help with any questions. There were a few birthdays so lots of celebrations and singing which was so nice. My advice is to have a wander through the restaurant as there is so many instruments, album drawings and costumes / clothing from all genres and all the greatest stars. It's a museum and you should definitely head over to the Vault so you can get an extra look at the really valuable pieces 🤩

I stayed at this hotel with my mum as part of a birthday treat in May 2021 . The hotel is in a very convenient location, but what really made our stay special was the staff.
During our stay, the hotel staff we came into contact were exceptional and a credit to this hotel and their profession. Special mention to Yas (sorry not sure if that is correct spellings!) on reception and the breakfast crew!

Staff scruffy & not very inattentive. Over priced for what it is. Food nothing special . Used to better & staff much more smarter & friendlier . No effort made for my sons 8th Birthday some stupid light /magazine book & when asked for pen so he could write in it was told no pens. Ribs over cooked & coleslaw was a joke

Absolutely fantastic afternoon. The service was excellent, food amazing. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our table because we had a baby with us. We felt very Covid safe away from other tables. We could see cleaning being done all the time. I would highly recommend fantastic restaurant.

Can I just order 1 meal even though my friend will share we just can't eat all the food. We would just share the burger meal and not order anything else.
