Eigentlich eine gute Idee, man muss aber extrem darauf achten, dass es nicht teurer wird als der normale Preis. Die App hat uns zum Beispiel einen Reiseplan zusammengestellt, wobei der Besuch der Westminster Abbey am Sonntag stattfinden sollte. Wir haben uns nach dem Plan gerichtet und standen dann vor verschlossener Tür, da die Westminster am Sonntag nicht besucht werden kann. Das die Kirche Sonntags geschlossen hat stand nicht in der App und hat unseren Sightseeing Plan für den Tag gecrasht. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Dadurch hat sich auch der London Pass nicht mehr gelohnt und wir haben im Endeffekt draufgezahlt. Und das obwohl wir die 30% + 10% Rabatt vom Black Friday mitgenommen haben. Abschließend kann ich nur sagen, dass es extrem davon abhängig ist, was man machen will. Es kann sich lohnen, aber zum Normalpreis glaube ich, dass der London Pass sich in den meisten Fällen nicht wirklich lohnt. Echt schade…

Over 2 weekends, I was able to take advantage of a multitude of attractions included in the London Pass. They were all very interesting and the combined savings far exceeded the cost of the pass.

Many activities closed on Monday and Tuesday. Several activities were ONLY available Saturday and Sunday. Limiting further what could be done. Customers should be made aware when they purchase a X day pass it might only be good for 2 days as most activities are closed when not the weekend.
I would recommend more filtering options to help people find what they can do with their pass. I would want to filter for what is available that day (so not list things that are closed that day as customer can't do them anyways, filter can be turned off if you're looking for what to do future days). I tried to find what things were open at the time, I was searching and had to read through all the activities before I could find one.
All sales are final and if you have a problem with the pass or use of the pass, too bad. Keep that in mind, they have zero intent for customer satisfaction.
Maybe the intent is to limit how someone can use the pass as much as possible, but that would be false advertising as The London Pass tells customers they can do many things. The third day of my 3 day pass I couldn't do anything, if I had known how extremely limited the pass was I would have only purchased two days or planned differently. I wish I had done things on Sunday that were only available that day, but wasn't aware it was so limited until it was too late. Several things I wanted to do I couldn't due to the limitations.
A filter for what is open today/Monday/Tuesday/etc, what is open right now, or sort by closing time, sort by opening time, would substantially improve the experience for customers as they could find what is available to do without going through and reading up on each item individually. Pass appears to be structured to intentionally be very limited in use.
Most activities didn't start till 11 am and most ended at 4 pm. Very limited in what you could do with your pass. Pass is only good for about 5 hours of any given day with the rare exception.
The Big Bus hop on hop off tour was not as advertised. Several of their buses were pulled off and not running, it was an hour between busses at the stops, they advertised busses run every 15-20 minutes. False. They have employees at the stops, but some are less than helpful. When I asked one if a bus would be coming (after waiting 30 minutes) he said it would be over 30 minutes until the next bus arrived, but that was the extent of his information. Some of the employees at the stops were as helpful as they could be. Also the buses are open with no heat and have cold air blowing through them. If it is a cold day you will be freezing cold. I tried several seats and all had the heaters turned off. Perhaps to save money on energy, but made for a terribly uncomfortable ride.

It was great to have the pass and get entry into so many interesting places, but it was difficult to use it enough to make it worth it as we had other interests that weren't included.

It was our one stop shop for most of the attractions we wanted to visit! We did a 3-day pass and it was enough for us to experience what we wanted to on our first trip to London. The hop-on-hop-off bus was great for transportation around the city to explore the other attractions and we also loved visiting the Shard for a skyline view of the city. Definitely worth the cost and even saved some money in the process.

Be careful to take the pass only if you are a marathon visitor, it takes at least 3 visits a day which implies a good organization and no time to stroll.
For us it was not profitable and we lost a lot of money. moreover there was a cuckoo to frameless because we arrived at 10am and they did not want us to pass before 12:30 which disrupted our day.
In short, a negative experience for us. Think carefully before committing.

This pass was crazy easy to use and worth every penny. Not only was it cost effective, it's app was easy to use AND having the pass let's you pretty much cut to the front of the line in things like the Mews, Westminster Abby and other attractions. The bus tour was a little clunkier to use but once we got on the right bus, the tour was enjoyable and getting on and off very easy.

After 12 days since I bought 4 vouchers, more than 600€, they have been unable to appear in my London pass app in November, so I could not book tickets. 12 days of lies and senseless apology. I caught the plane on Thursday and by Friday I hadn't managed to book anything. They know that they have a computer problem, some of the SAT has escaped, but rum unable to fix it but you are not able to reserve anything with the money that costs and that you have already paid.
They were just telling me, try tomorrow and so on. I have screenshots of everything. I also sent emails but they haven't answered until I asked for my money back. 10 minutes later they replied to all the emails with the comment of "those passes no longer exist". Thank you for your help panda con artists.

each attraction is different, you have to read the descriptions. We spent a lot of time planning our time to do things close together each day. We have 5 kids with us, so had to not do more than 2 things a day. Having the pass saved a lot of money and time as we didnt have to wait in lines to get tickets. I estimate we saved at least half on tickets. We had the pass for a week and did an excel of what to see each day. you have to also look at hours things are open. some days stuff was closed. There was enough variety everyone had a good time

If I purchase a London Pass at Heathrow do I get an actual card. I don't have a smart phone

Can anyone discuss the reservations with London Pass and if any issues were encountered? A little wary of buying now that all attractions seem to have time slots reserved in advance (have looked at Saint Paul’s, Tower, Cutty Sark, War rooms). Thanks!

The only time we encountered a reservation was admission to The Shard.
We accessed everything else without a reservation: St.Pauls, London Tower, Buckingham,etc. Their website tells you who requires reservations. We saved £57 using the pass.

Is the London pass on your cell phone or do you have to have an actual card shipped to you? What about the Oyster card?

Hi You can download the App and use on your mobile - easiest option. Just ensure you have charged your phone every night prior! I recall if you want the printed version you will have to go into the office in London to collect . The mobile version very convenient plus download the PDF Guide Book and send it you your Books app!
I purchased the Oyster card separately at Heathrow when I landed, machines at airport. Very easy. Have 20 Pd on you to initially load on your purchase - or refundable if you don't use all the balance

Son gratuitas el numero que indican. Por tanto no tienes que abonar nada mas en las entradas que selecciones
