Regarding the music overpowering the tour guide, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. While our onboard crew is incredibly fantastic, they are not yet capable of reading minds. Therefore, if you have any specific requests such as the music being too loud, please communicate them to us on the day of your experience. Our team would have been more than happy to adjust the music volume to ensure a more enjoyable experience. We recognise that the charm of riding on a 1960's Routemaster bus may result in a slightly bumpy ride, which may not appeal to everyone but also explains the use of reusable, locally produced lidded cups as part of the tour. Might it not be your cup of tea, we would recommend a visit to our cosy bakery located in the heart of Covent Garden.
