Was very disappointed with the food choices , I was on the understanding we could choose 3 course meal or tasters , I d asked about it and got flat no , asked for extras got a flat no . Our entree was cold , our main was dry over cooked very small lobster with a cold pasta as a side , the dessert was the only thing that should have been cold and nice , I left unimpressed and deflated

A poor experience in what is basically a hyped up canteen. Despite the attempts at fast tracking customers to the first floor there are still queues. Pick up tickets 3/4 hour before booked time, not before; timing is everything. It was again emphasised that we must be on time for the 1.30 booking - we queued until 1.50pm.
We had a comfortable window seat and an attentive and professional waiter, no issues with him. The first course of cold white asparagus for us both was bland and tasteless. My chicken main course was cooked well but meagre. My wife’s fish rolly polly ?? was terrible. The deserts were ‘kitchen production line’, acceptable.
The photographers appeared to dominate the scene if not trying to persuade you to have a picture taken then the follow up by those actually selling the pics - not appropriate in a dining room unless you are trying to be the ultimate tourist attraction.
All in all a dull experience and in my mind with so many wonderful eating places in Paris: Brasserie Lipp, Garçon, The Train Blue, to name but a few why waste your money?
My advice: of course visit the Eiffel Tower but only eat at the third floor restaurant Jules Verne (if you have won the lotto) and give Madame Brasserie a miss.

We booked our meal for 28th June for 1.30pm we were travelling to Paris from Manchester at 7am with Easyjet who cancelled our flight at 4am in the airport they offered us a flight to Paris from Gatwick late on the 28th we phoned Madam Brasserie who couldn't accommodate us later or next day also phoned Viator to explain what happened nothing parties will not give us a refund as in their terms uou have to give 24hrs cancellation which we couldn't so both parties refuse to help and show some compassion by making an exception to the rule by giving us a refund

In 2023 we lost two close relatives and as a homage to them and a celebration of their lives, in September 2023 we booked a weekend away to Paris and decided to make a reservation with Madame Brassiere for a dining experience and a toast to our relatives.
Due to the cold weather, we were wearing jackets gloves scarf etc with formal attire underneath. On arrival to the restaurant, we were assigned a waiter and shown to our window seat table. There was another couple sat at the next table already dining.
We are of small and medium build, and we had barely enough room to sit down it was a struggle to take our coats etc off without disturbing the other dinners and get comfortable. During this process the waiter brought over the 2 glasses of champagne and plonked them on the table with some bread which was absolutely rock hard inside and out would break teeth, a few minutes later when we had just got settled and took the first sips of champagne taking in the view from the Tower the waiter came over to ask for out order. We had not been given a menu or explained how you access the menu, when asked the waiter pointed to the card on the table and stated “use that” we then had to get our phones out from coat pocket and handbag which I had placed on the floor in the window with limited room at the table.
We couldn’t access the website then I happen to notice the QR code on the other side of the card which enable to access the menu.
The waiter came over and was unable to answer any questions especially as one of can’t tolerate cheese or cream he couldn’t tell us which dishes would be safe to have, he didn’t even know what type of cheese it was on the dessert menu. We managed to place our order.
Within a few minutes the starter arrived, and he offered a glass of wine we chose red as this accompanied the starter. Once finished the next course shortly came, he topped up the table next to us with red and then promptly topped ours up even though we had not chosen to have another glass of red.
When the main course arrived, we wanted to try the white wine he ignored us and topped one glass up with the red and left the other one which had a small amount left in.
The desert arrived and was incorrect as one of us ordered the Apple desert and got chocolate profiterole with chocolate sauce and Ice cream which he cannot eat.
The cheese was just a slice of cheese no bread and crackers etc the waiter brought some bread, but it was the same absolutely rock hard inside and out again would break teeth.
We asked if we could have anymore wine and we were told “No” coffee or tea we ordered coffee which came with some dry hard sweets that were inedible and two sweets which we were able to eat.
We finished our coffees and left there were only a couple of waitresses clearing away no manager or Matre D to talk to.
This dining experience and the food was extremely poor there was food we couldn’t eat food we didn’t order, nor did we received the allowed drinks we paid for. The waiter was rude unknowledgeable unhelpful and it was a let down of the homage tribute we wanted to pay.
We emailed to complain and have been offered a free glass of Champange they are aware will will not be returning to Paris and how special the occassion was supposed to be!!!!!

The food was delicious and the restaurant has a great vibe. Top notch service received from our waiter. We had an inside view of the first floor, so that was a bit disappointing. Also the photographer that was taking pictures at each skipped our table and never took our picture. So we were unable to purchase our visit there like we did on the dinner cruise. We took our own pictures with our phones. Overall, it was still a very good experience.

Not worthy of Chef Marxx's cuisine.
Flavorless, bland dishes, ordinary presentation for a high price.
Barely decent wines
The dishes follow each other at incredible speed, you have the impression of being in a factory more than in a gastronomic brasserie.
Friendly staff but rushed and urgent.
The only positive point is the view provided you are placed near a bay window.

I will admit I wasn’t very impressed with the menu choices in the beginning but the food and service were excellent. I had the beef which was so good that I ordered another one. Highly recommend

Apart from the view everything is disappointing....stained carpet...an endive salad where we are looking for seasoning....a cold, dry and hard dish (piece of veal) a simple dessert and a coffee served in same time without a little extra...even in a simple brasserie we have a pt chocolate or sweets SHORT 102€ for a disappointing service!!!! I certainly don't recommend it to those around me...

I'm headed there with my wife and five young adults (aged 19-24). The web site says that the dress code is "For dinner, a proper attire is required (are not allowed : sportswear, jogging, running shoes, flip-flops). Any insights into what is acceptable attire? Are (nice) jeans allowed? Do men required a coat and tie?
