We used Joe Bananas for three different transfers in Italy. Alfonso was our favorite and gave us a great tour on our way to the Almalfi coast. He even stopped to let us get a picture and limoncello sorbet. This company is punctual, great communication and professional in every way. Prices were so reasonable. Would use them again for future trips.

We had a private transfer for our two groups from Naples train station to Positano, and then from Positano to Salerna. The drivers were ready for us at the end of the train platform with our names on signs and we were quickly on our way. The vehicles (vans) were new and had air conditioning. Our driver even let us stop at a grocery store to pick up a few things on the way to our B&B. Drivers were professional, friendly, and helpful! Excellent communication with the company before, during, & after our transfers.

Our experience with Joe Banana Limo Service was exceptional on every level....from working with their customer service staff during the planning of our trip to Italy, which included services from Naples to Positano to Rome to our final drop off FCO. Their correspondences via email and phone were extremely timely with the highest customer services provided - knowledgeable, friendly, consistent, patient, and very professional.
Our drivers were equally outstanding....prompt, friendly, always concerned for our comfort and safety, very knowledgeable - sharing interesting geographical information as well as demonstrating the highest professional services. The cars were extremely clean and comfortable... a truly enjoyable experience.

Five star service all the way. Enzo met us at the train station as soon as we arrived, helped us with our luggage and provided a safe, comfortable, air conditioned drive to Positano. He pointed out various cities and sites including why they are famous. He provided excellent direction into town once in Positano (they have to stop at the parking Mandara because vehicles aren’t allowed in the heart of town). We arrived about 30 minutes early for our pickup in Positano back to Naples but they were able to accommodate and picked us up 15 minutes later. Again Tiziana was a great driver. On both rides, we received a personal call from the main office ensuring our ride was meeting our expectations. The drivers are dressed professionally and are incredibly polite and helpful. Highly recommend this service!

We did a private transfer from Naples to Positano and absolutely loved this service. We made a stop at Pompeii...which is a must do, exploring the ancient city was probably one of the coolest things we did. He also made a couple stops on the way to take pictures of us and so we can buy goodies off the street vendors.
We requested for the same driver on the way back from Positano back to Naples airport and we made it with plenty of time. Would definitely use again and recommend them to anyone. Reasonable price!

My wife and I used Joe Bananas for all of our transportation needs while in Italy. The car service was waiting for us when we landed in Florence. We used their car service to bring us to our hotel in Tuscany. When leaving Tuscany, the driver for Joe Bananas was on time and had an immaculate car ready for us for our three hour drive to Rome. After visiting Rome our driver stopped in Pompeii for a quick tour and then dropped us off on the Amalfi Coast. As tourist you cannot drive in Amalfi. The roads are too windy and narrow. Leaving Amalfi our driver dropped us off at the Naples airport with plenty of time to catch our flight. Each car we rode in was pristine and we had plenty of room during our travel. The money spent with Joe Bananas was the easiest decision I made while in Italy. This professional service eliminated all anxiety and stress while traveling in Italy. We will for sure hire Joe Bananas on our next trip.

Our drivers were so professional. They were great drivers and all my anxiety about the curvy somewhat anxiety creating roads melted away. The office even checked in with me during the ride to see if we were comfortable!

Siamo stati accompagnati da Pierpaolo e Massimo nella tratta Napoli-Positano e viceversa e non avremmo potuto avere un servizio migliore.
All’andata il gentilissimo signor Pierpaolo ci ha accolti con bottiglie d’acqua fresca e una pizza che premurosamente ci ha comprato sapendo che il viaggio in treno non ci aveva permesso di pranzare. Il viaggio è stato piacevole e ricco di spiegazioni e consigli su cosa visitare in costiera.
Anche il viaggio di ritorno è stato altrettanto gradevole ed un ringraziamento sentito va al signor Massimo che, essendoci dimenticati un bagaglio nel suo van, si è premurato di riportarcelo a casa nostra.
Il van in entrambi i viaggi era spazioso, comodo e perfettamente pulito e sanificato. Entrambi i guidatori sono arrivati muniti di mascherina, guanti e tutto l’occorrente per igenizzarci.
Professionalità e gentilezza straordinarie.

We used Joe Banana twice, once as transport from the Naples airport to Positano and once from our hotel in Ravello back to the Naples airport. Cars are very clean and nice, drivers are on time (in fact early), knowledgeable and pleasant, their English is very good, and they drive responsibly - not taking hairpin turns at breakneck speed or passing irresponsibly as some of the other drivers do. A side note - we left a hat on the car the first time and when we inquired about it, they made sure it was in the second car. The process of reserving and the follow-up communications were seemless. I would definitely recommend them.
