This is such a great way to visit Pompeii as you can plan your own route around it choosing which bits to look at and which to ignore. Great if you are short of time or the weather is too hot. You simply downloaded the app onto your phone and away you go. If there are two or more of you it is possible to run the app aloud from your phone so that you can all listen in at the same time. Or you can pop your ear buds in and listen in separately. Perfect!

The pick up point was not convenient 20 minutes from Pompeii train station and we were unable to get equipment for audio tour.

Very bad experience.
Only after purchasing the ticket do I discover that I have to physically collect it at the central station (printed at the moment!). I would have liked to know earlier.
I believe that those who are in Naples normally reach the Pompeii excavations with the Circumvesuviana, the station when you get off is instead about 2 km away! I also paid for audio guides that didn't work.
I always write positive reviews and avoid the negative ones, giving the benefit of the doubt. This time, however, I would like to prevent anyone from having this experience again, especially if it is 40 degrees!

Mi dispiace molto sentire che l'esperienza con inStazione non sia stata di suo gradimento. Noi consigliamo il treno metropolitano, la fermata di Pompei dista 6 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso più vicino, ci sembra molto strano che lei abbia percorso addirittura 2km.
In aggiunta, vogliamo sottolineare che forniamo sempre un numero di contatto telefonico per garantire un immediato supporto in caso di eventuali inconvenienti. È un peccato che non ci abbia chiamato per ricevere assistenza riguardo all'audioguida, avremmo fatto del nostro meglio per risolvere il problema.
Apprezziamo sinceramente il suo feedback e speriamo che in futuro potremo migliorare la sua esperienza con i nostri servizi.

I paid more for skip the line. I still had to wait in line because they did not have a specific line for it. Not true statement of “skip the line”.

The skip the line refers to the ticket office, if she had not had a skip the line ticket she would have had to wait in an additional line, whereas she with her ticket could go directly to the entrance. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Ticket und Audio Guide wurden vor ab per WhatsApp zugeschickt so das wir einfach durchlaufen konnten.

The tickets were a convenient pickup at the local nearby train station. The booth was easy to find and had friendly helpful staff. The audio guide worked based on GPS positions within Pompeii ans was easy to use.

I bought this ticket expecting to be sent a QR code but instead I was sent an address to collect the tickets,
After an hours train journey to reach Pompeii I was informed it was still another 20 minute walk to the place to collect the tickets with Would obviously mean another 20 minute walk back to the ruins
I chose to buy tickets at the ruins instead as my wife has MS and uses a walking stick so couldn't of managed the extra 40 minute hike
My advice would be buy tickets at the ruins it's far easier and the queues were relatively small also the price is practically the same

Paid for a skip the line ticket for me and my husband as we had our 2 year old with us so queuing would have been difficult.
We came from Naples especially for this activity and arrived to pick up the tickets from the location that was a good 20mins walk away from the venue,which was fine but only to be told the printer was not working so they could not give me a ticket. No alternative offered initially and they tried to charge me just for the audio tour which I explained was not what I wanted if I did not have skip the line. After a lot of back and forth for over 30minutes flitting between giving me a refund or fixing the problem they managed to get someone to bring a ticket from the Pompeii site.
Whilst the women were trying to be helpful in the end it was a terrible experience and we arrived to the ruins a lot later than we hoped so we had less time to look around. I asked to not do the audio tour and just take the skip the line tickets, so we did not have to come back to the pick up location and exchange the audio devices for the ID they kept as deposit, this would mean we could take the time back to look around the ruins and not rush back before the ticket pick up office closed but they said no to that too.
The audio tour was not the best, 2/5. We’ve done many of these before so overall a bad experience, it may be a one off in general but there was hardly any flexibility shown to make up for the problem so overall it was lacking. Would not recommend.

El contacto permanente de la empresa previo al paseo.
Puede llamarles y explicarles que iba a llegar mas tarde por tema de trenes y me tranquilizaron que tenia tiempo.
Por otro lado, me asesoraron en el uso del equipo.
Falto, un mapa impreso para orientarme mejor dentro de las ruinas.
El GPS no funcionaba muy bien.
Me quede sin bateria en un momento y no pude continuar con la visita normalmente.
Me dijeron que tardaba 2 horas en recorrer todo pero no es asi. Necesitas mucho mas tiempo.
Plantee todas estas cosas al regreso y me reintegraron el dinero.
Asique se portaron de maravillas.
Puede llamarles y explicarles que iba a llegar mas tarde por tema de trenes y me tranquilizaron que tenia tiempo.
