What an Adventure!

From beginning to end the day was perfectly described and executed. I was worried as I wasn’t to receive rail tickets until day prior just coming off a cruise ship but the folks were in constant communication and I knew it was a legitimate trip and crew. Our guide for the day was wonderful and since the excursion itself promised no more than 12-14 people in total we made some really nice acquaintances and memories with others. The train ride was even enjoyable. Highly recommend. Capri and Ana Capri are lovely and you get about 3 hours to stroll around as well. Worth the money!

Capri island amazing
I really loved it Antonio was really nice the other guy I forgot his name was not. I definitely recommend it as far as swimming and getting the whole island experience. It was so nice! Only thing is drinks and snacks were included but it wasn’t offer. For example, I forgot we had drinks included until I saw someone drinking a drink. It should’ve been announced loud and clear at the beginning if anyone else wants something to drink it was included. One of the guys in our tour group remembered and asked. I’m leaving five stars based off the amazing experience I had in the waterfall, swimming, the Lyft and not being forgotten even though I was late to the port.

Trip was canceled by company night before trip, company did not try to reschedule us for a different day. Disappointed
Trip was canceled the night before. Did nothing to make things right or reschedule us ..very disappointed had I not checked my email I would not have even thought

Rome to Capri - the perfect day!

Our family had a fantastic day visiting Capri! Everything was well planned and worked out perfectly. We were provided with prepaid train tickets from Rome, arrived in Naples where we quickly found our driver who took us to the port. From there, Francesca and our skipper Nello sailed us over to Capri for 4 hours of free time on the island. Francesca and Nello did everything possible to make this a comfortable, relaxing and fun trip. We cant thank them enough and we highly recommend this tour!

The boat ride from hell

This trip started off a disaster from the jump. From the time we got to the bus to transport us to the boat we had to wait over an hour for the other members to arrive. Once we got to the boat we were told to pay an additional fee for the docking service. After that we were told to buy the snorkeling equipment which we never ended up using. The snorkeling was supposed to be included in our package. Once at sea our captain ran over a rock and we lost a motor. The other passengers on board received no updates on the condition of the boat and had to travel at a low speed for the next two hours. Then we were forced to transfer boats in middle of the ocean. If you are looking to book this DON’T!!!

Excelente experiencia, súper recomendada. Roberta y nino hicieron de nuestro daytrip una experiencia inigualable, súper pendientes a todo. La comida y los snacks estuvieron perfectos. No pudo ser mejor la experiencia a Capri. Lo recomendaría sin pensarlo

Capri island boat trip from Rome - AMAZING

Amazing day exploring the island of Capri. Train tickets were sent in advance together with all the instructions and the trip from Rome to Naples went smoothly. Driver was waiting for us in Naples and drove us to Sorrento.
The boat trip was truly awesome and our guide was beyond perfect, very professional and so entertaining. Capri was beautiful but the best part was the boat trip itself.
Thanks to You Know! 100% recommended!

Thanks for this wonderful experience. Luisa and Raffa were fantastic, they welcomed us with a big smile 😀 and kept us company for the whole day, satisfying our requests. A day to remember!

This was our first time traveling to Italy and we have had very good luck using Trip Advisor.

We wanted to go to Capri and we found YouKnow on Trip Advisor. Did some research and all the information & reviews were positive.

From the first contact of booking on their website to the end of the tour was a pleasure and very easy. They communicated with us very well and all booking and payment was seamless. We felt very confident about our tour because of the company’s communication. They sent us follow up emails to confirm our train tickets and we even received a phone call from our guide Luisa to touch base with us upon our arrival in Italy.

The instructions in the email as to how to get to the train and the driver in Naples were accurate. We arrived in Naples train station and our driver called us to make sure we could find him. As he drove us to the pier in Sorrento, he was friendly and careful. We arrived on time and we were escorted to the pier.

Upon checking in we met our guide, Luisa. She was fantastic from the beginning. Like she was born for this type of work. She was friendly, informative, helpful, and patient as well. She took charge of our group, which I must mention was only 12 people, and those 12, were 4 family groups. So the tour endeavored to keep the group small and friendly.

All the transfers, tickets, transportation, and guidance was handled promptly and professionally by the staff. We never got lost or wandered waiting for someone.
Now the best part, the boat ride tour to Capri with Luisa & Salvatore. First any and all questions were answered and we felt totally at ease on the boat. ouisa & Salvatore treated the group as family. Salvatore was the boat pilot and is very skilled. Luisa was the guide. Between both of them nothing was missed. We had food & wine as Luisa explained the sights we saw during our ride to the island. We stopped and were allowed a swim in the beautiful water for as long as we wanted. And of course under the watchful eyes of Luisa & Salvatore. And it’s worth mentioning that Luisa gave me a full days lesson in speaking Italian! Molto bene!

Upon arrival on Capri, Luisa escorted the group up the hill to the bus stop and provided us with great information so we could make the best of our 4 hours on the island.

As the day came to a close, Luisa again met the group at the bus stop and escorted us back to the boat. Again on the boat ride around the island we were given food wine and a verbal tour. Also a sweet unexpected treat of fresh fruit. Was incredible.

Both Luisa & Salvatore were skilled and professional and seemed to be working together as a pair to make the experience memorable. It was memorable. If you book here ask for Luisa & Salvatore. This tour is well worth the money. I felt we got a great value. Boun Viaggio !

Well organized from Rome. Express train ticket emailed the day before. Driver picked us up from Naples and drive us to the boat dock in Sorrento. Federico was a great boat driver and guide. He got us close to some wonderful sights. Ample free time in Capri and back to Naples in time for the train back to Rome. Best day of our trip to Italy.
