SCAM … don’t fall for it. Company’s phone was busy, they didn’t answer messages sent through Viator or texts. The QR codes Viator sent were worthless, and we weren’t allowed in to visit. We spent 45 minutes asking every tour operator in the area, and never found anyone from this company.

IT is huge scam. Guys from colosseo ticket desk told US that our tickets aren't valid tickets for colosseum. Their phone number didn't exist and they are scamers

Colosseum Tour was brilliant, had such a good day out,
Although didn't receive my tickets 24 hours prior to arrival as stated, actually didn't receive them at all and had to email via TripAdvisor for them, also didn't "skip the line' as stated aswell as we had to wait in the que.
In all though, had such a good day seeing the collosseum, roman forum & palatine Hill, also got an audio guide to listen to while walking through the Collosseum, very informative.

Because of covid this ticket didn’t actually let us skip the line as you had to have a skip the line ticket to enter. We didn’t have to wait too long though so it’s no complaint. The mobile ticket trip adviser sent us wasn’t accepted at the door so we had to step aside and squint through emails from trip adviser to find a second ticket where we could download another ticket. Very confusing - especially when trip adviser said the mobile ticket was accepted. Once we were in, the colosseum was amazing. We’ve had other issues across the holiday with trip adviser prebookings in Rome so wouldn’t advise using them.

The tour operator didn't send me the ticket until the last 10 minutes before my time to enter the Colosseum.
I had to call TripAdvisor twice before they finally sent it. Also, they mentioned the time to be 10am when actually it was 10:30.

Hello, this is not a review but a query.
I recently bought tickets for our family of 5 for the Colloseum Skip The Line ticket with Audio Tour for Fri, Jan. 3, 2020. After having bought the tickets, I have only received an email confirmation with a heading that says THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKET. The instructions were for me to email to request the tickets. I have emailed twice but have received no response. I have tried calling the support numbers +39 3516637199 and 1(855) 7799057 but to no avail. There were recordings in Italian which seemed to say that the line was not accessible. The English reply was the same.
We are leaving for Rome on the 23rd and may not have access to a printer once we arrive. I had wanted to ensure that all our tickets/vouchers were with me before we left so that we can minimize hassles and inconveniences.
Could you help me secure our official tickets/vouchers which we need to present to claim the tickets for entry as well as the audio guides?

We printed off the confirmation email and took it with us to the Colosseum, once there, we were directed to the advance bookings queue and were issued tickets from there.

Hello, with this kind of ticket - can we enter anytime during the date which we chose? For Example, if we choose to go on January 3 - can we go anytime during its opening hours - and be guaranteed to skip the lines for entry?
Are there clear instructions on the ticket where we go to present the tickets and pick up the audio guides?

Hi. You are given a specific time to do the tour. You can pick the time you want to go from available options. Once the ticket is purchased you’ll receive an e-receipt which you can skip the line with. Once you enter you are given an iPod touch which has the audio tour and when you’re done you give it back at the exit.
