MAGNIFICENT EXPERIENCE!! I can’t say enough great things about our bike tour around Lake Como, through small towns of Italy and into Switzerland! Such a treat. Communication prior to the event was top notch. We knew exactly what to bring and what was expected. The location and address were made very clear. The e-bikes were glorious!! Mint condition, easy to use, and able to handle the steepest of hills with a click of a button. But you’ll still get a great workout! We traveled up and down mountains, around the gorgeous Lake Como, into a Swiss vineyard, and through quaint Italian towns. Max and Christine, our tour guides, were super fun and very protective of our little group if cars came too close. We felt safe and well cared for the entire ride. Our group bonded nicely and was very respectful of each other. Many laughs and many ooh’s and ahhh’s with the spectacular scenery that was constant from beginning to end. Sure wish I had a Go Pro camera for this. Highly recommend. Definitely take this tour! It’s an A++ experience that you’ll never forget! Thank you, Max and Christine. 💖

It was a great tour. Mateo and Max kept us safe and were very informative. The views were amazing! One suggestion is the company should provide water bottles for everyone, especially because the holders on the bikes were different sizes and could not accommodate all water bottles.

This e-bike tour along Lake Como was wonderful. Our guide Max was fun, attentive, spoke to excellent English, and shared local history and recommendations. The roads and towns were fascinating and views great. The e-bikes were of high quality and made peddling a cinch. I could have toured all day. Highly recommend!!

Max and Christina were great guides leading our group of 7 riders from 20 to 61. E-bikes are more than worthy for the ride, great views and very safe.

Our guide Max was awesome and very accommodating to our particular desires. He took time during our ride to point out several nice places to stop and explore by foot and take photos. However, we had already been touring in Italy for a while and preferred to spend more time biking. So, we spent shorter times during the stops and Max simply extended our biking tour portion and we had great vistas and scenery in Italy and Switzerland. It was an amazing trip!

Great time! Felt very safe riding with Max. A unique view of lake Como & very fun for my mom and I. Appreciated the advanced info and updates from Max in the days before the ride - made finding the shop and preparing for the activity easy.

We recently participated in a bike tour around Lake Como, and while the route was undeniably beautiful and crossing into Switzerland was a cool experience, our overall enjoyment left much to be desired.
The tour felt more like a peloton workout than a leisurely sightseeing excursion. Despite having done many bike tours before, this one was our least favorite. The pace was too rushed, making it difficult to absorb the information shared and enjoy the scenery. For those not well-versed in using electric bikes, the fast speed required a lot of concentration and felt unsafe.
Slowing down the pace would have allowed for more learning opportunities and a better appreciation of Lake Como especially for first time visitors. The few pauses we had were too brief to truly take in the beautiful surroundings. Shortening the overall length of the tour could also allow for more detailed explanations and scenic enjoyment. As it was, our tour was cut short by half an hour, adding to the feeling of being rushed.
Descending hills at a slower pace would improve safety and comfort. We would have felt more secure if one guide stayed behind to monitor the group at all times.
While the information shared was good, much of it was lost due to the rapid pace and lack of effective communication. Providing headsets or gathering the group before giving explanations would significantly enhance the experience.
In conclusion, while the route was extremely beautiful, the execution of the tour needs improvement. Slowing down, offering more detailed explanations, and ensuring better communication would greatly enhance the enjoyment and safety of future participants.

We are well know to put security at first place, our guides have eyes also behind and have full attention at the group at all time.
We already adopt a sightseeing speed of maximum 20kmh (12mph); slowing it further would result boring for most guests looking for a leisure sporty activity with views and information about Lake Como. We just require confidence on bikes to take part to the ride which you didn't have.
Your ride was not shortened as you were accompanied through the whole 25km route.
We don't like the idea of equipping guests with wires and radios as we prefer making several stop to take pictures and interact personally with people rather than talking through a microphone like in "touristy" walking tours or bus rides you might have preferred.

Max was a fabulous guide. We felt safe on the streets and energized during the tour. The views of the lakes were spectacular. An e-bike tour is a Great way to see more of the area while getting exercise.

A great way to see more of Como and appreciate beautiful vistas without needing a car. Max
was a knowledgeable guide and led our group of 6 total through the crowded sidewalks of the town and then up into the beautiful hillside. The e-bikes were of premium quality and allowed for an enjoyable experience for what otherwise would have been a taxing ride. The experience was five-star for my two young adult children as they appreciated rapidly advancing from one stage to the next. However, my husband and I would have appreciated a bit more leisurely pace to enjoy the scenery and pausing for the entire group to arrive before our guide going into description of what we were seeing. We were never far behind but riding single-file with safe spacing led to us always arriving at a stop where 30-60 seconds of description had already taken place and didn’t want to be rude to ask him to start over. But overall very worth it!

this was the highlight of our trip, we had the most amazing time seeing lake como with the most breath taking views, our tour guide also took us to a waterfall which was breath taking & put up with being our photographer the full tour as we were lucky enough to be the only ones booked that day!
our tour guide was lovely & give us so much detail in to the tour, we also had the best laugh the whole trip!

Ride is not suitable for babies and for safety reasons we do not mount baby seats on e-bikes

I have heard wonderful things about this tour. I was hoping to book for my family of 5 however my kids are 11, 13 and 15. May I still proceed with booking??

Very excited about this trip. Just curious, when does the tour begin. I assume during the day? We have dinner plans and I want to make sure this does not interfere with that. We are planning on doing the trip on September 16th.

Hola, buen día! veo que hay dos trayectos posibles, el de 30 km y el de 50 km. Quisieramos tomar ésta excursión con mi pareja el día 7 de octubre. Precisaremos alquilar bicicletas. Cuál es la diferencia entre éstos dos: sólo distancia? ó también dificultad? Solemos pedalear en Buenos Aires, y estamos habituados a leves y no tan leves subidas ..... aguardo información, muchas gracias!!
