Det eneste jeg kunne satt fingeren på er at billetter til Katedralen i Siena kunne vært inkludert i turen/et alternativ ved booking, slik at man slipper å stå i kø når man allerede har et begrenset opphold i Siena. Choose a tour that provides what it advertises what you then pay for. We paid for a 3 hour tour provided by a company Viator which included
Ticket Entrance to the Duomo
Ticket Entrance to the Baptistery
Museum complex entrance ticket
we ended up with a 2 hour tour which was interesting however did not include any of the above. When we brought this up with the company we were fobbed off and were sent the following email; We regret to hear about the circumstances surrounding your refund request. Viator strives to make every attempt to address our customers' concerns.
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a refund.
So as a word of warning before you start your tour with the tour guide establish exactly what they are intending to show you.

Really disappointed with this experience. Have no idea what the tour is like? Despite emailing, calling now Metroid times and telling the company we were stuck in traffic and would be 5mins late- they did nothing to assist. We got to Piazza Di Campo and our guide would have been 5 minutes ahead of us. We called to ask her f they could direct us to where we were needing to be and they basically wouldn’t help. M advice- be early and won’t expect any assistance. This was number 8 of walking tours we had done in Italy and the only one that we found really not helpful.

Un tour piacevolissimo della città, in poco tempo si riescono a scoprire le bellezze della città. La nostra guida Ludovica è stata spettacolare raccontando con passione vari aneddoti interessanti sulla città. Abbiamo aggiunto in extremis anche la guida all’interno del Duomo e mai decisione fu più azzeccata. Consigliatissimo!

Tour started 30 minutes late. Guide was lousy not from Siena. I would make sure tour starts in Siena not from Florence. I was sent to the wrong meeting place and had to call to find out why no one else was there. I was offered a refund not to write a bad review. Sham on TripAdvisor and Viator

We appreciate you for the information provided but we want to inform you that due to your information we have been investigating this case finding out that none of our team and colleges never offered not only to you but to none of our customers any refund in a way not to write any negative review. If you check our profile you will find lots of low reviews as well as high rankings too.
However thank you for this information as it made us more vigilant in a way to avoid these cases.
We want to apologize for the inconvenience with the meeting place, but it is very clear in the voucher and we are sorry to hear that you couldn't find it.

Preciosa ciudad, esperaba menos de ella pero me ha sorprendido gratamente Siena. Es una bellísima ciudad para visitar. Realizamos el 20/12/19 un tour de la mano de Lavinia y nuestra valoración es excelente. Buena comunicadora, educada y con conocimiento de la ciudadanía. Lavinia te llevas un 10.

Today (Dec. 5, 2019) my husband and I took the Guided walking tour of Siena.
Following the instructions stated in the e-mailed confirmation receipt, we arrived at the designated meeting place 15 minutes before the 11:00 tour was supposed to begin; however, no one from the company was there to meet us.
We telephoned the company and was told that we were in the right place and that someone would be there soon. We waited until almost 11:00, the time the tour was scheduled to begin, before anyone from the company arrived.
At that time a woman from MY TOUR appeared and said we needed to wait for two other people. We waited for them for another 15 minutes, and then learned that the tour would originate elsewhere and not where we had been instructed to meet.
We then walked about 13 minutes to join the tour group (outside the church of Saint Dominick) that was just arriving from Florence. We then waited approximately another 10 minutes for two additional people who never showed up.
As a result, the tour started after 11:30, a full thirty minutes late, cutting out a third of what was advertised to be an hour and a half tour. BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST PART.
Had the tour that followed been worthwhile, we would not be so incredibly dissatisfied. However, Rosa, the tour guide who led the group, was by far the least knowledgable guide we have ever encountered in a tour. Her commentary was incredibly simplistic and poor, filled with generalities and flat out misinformation about Romanesque and Gothic art, architecture, and other historical details about Siena.
If it was possible to rate this tour at a zero, that's the grade we would give it. Very disappointing tour and a complete waste of time and money. We absolutely do not recommend it.

We enjoyed so much the last day that we have it in Florence we booked this tour by our hotel and we are so lucky that we have the guide leader that I saw her name before in the reviews named Rosa we passed a very long day and Alot of walking but enjoyable day we will thank all of my tour team from the check in guys until the last time Rosa with us to wait for a taxi highly recommended 💓💓
