Dear Daedre, Thanks so much for your review. We always want to have 100% happy guests and we give everything for that every day. We are therefore very sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations and appreciate feedback as it helps to get better and improve. It’s the first negative feedback we got of over 150 tours we did this summer (including me and our other highly educated guys). Since our own cars were already on tours, we had to take a rental car. The car was a station wagon that has room for 5 people. You were one person on this private tour. That's why this feedback is particularly surprising to us and the first time we've heard anything like this. That the car had a small tape on the rear view mirror is true and we are also not happy. We tried to make a change and search another car, however it was not anymore possible for the small amount of time. It would have been good to address this directly that it annoys you so much, because then we could have found a solution together at that time. We only want the best for our customers. And of course it was the last time we rented this persons car. Nevertheless, we think that the experience should not be dependent too much on a mirror with a small tape. You were one person on this tour. Of course, the cost is then much more expensive per person. Till now we got sometimes feedback that it’s an expensive price for just one person but it was worth every penny. This tour is for those who love nature and beautiful places away from mass tourism. That you have visited few and different places, I must strongly disagree. You were at two viewpoints above Lake Lucerne, an idyllic place on Lake Lucerne, you visited an unknown side valley with steep rock walls and waterfalls in the Uri Alps. You were very lucky and have even seen cows coming down from the alpine pastures what most of our guests dream about. You stopped on the top of the mountain pass and saw snow. You visited a waterfall in the UNESCO World Heritage, where you can even go behind the waterfall. You also made a stop at the luxury chocolate outlet store Läderach. And you even did the two hour hike to the unknown mountain village with the stunning waterfall. That fills a whole day easily. Our guide told me that you said you needed more breaks during the hike because you had already done a Zurich Walking Tour the previous day. Of course it is clear that if a hike is done, that you generally see less locations, and you are more in one, two or maximum three regions and enjoy it. You say you wanted to see even more within one day. But more locations means again more driving. And you don't want that either. We don't know how we could have done it right for you. I also don’t know why and what’s the goal that you just posted random partially blurred pictures in poor quality made from the car instead of the places you have visited. If you were really uncomfortable on the hike or something else, you should have addressed that immediately. That applies to all our guests. We are 100 percent flexible and give always our best to have at the end happy customers which can say that this was the best day or multi day tour they had on their Switzerland trip! That’s also one of the reasons why our guests love our tours so much. Nevertheless, I hope you were able to learn a lot on this trip and still somehow enjoyed the day.
