Als je online een skip the line ti ket koopt en je hebt een kind onder de 18 (gratis) hou er dan rekening mee dat je alsnog langs het servicepunt moet om een gratis ticket op te halen voor het kind. Deze kan je niet toevoegen online.
De akropolis zelf is iedere cent waard. Super indrukwekkend.

The customer service was excellent as we just booked 2 hrs before our 5 pm visit and called them to confirm the e tickets. They emailed the tickets promptly and worked at the gate like a charm ,- highly recommend
One recommendation is to download tickets and audio tour ahead of time as wifi signal is weak as good as no signal at the Acropolis; it didn't matter to us as we had already taken a guided tour the same day in the morning on the mythological tour of Athens, ideal time visit is after 5

It was a great experience. Got some great pictures. Two cautions/ concerns. Download your ticket to admission because the Wi-Fi signal is not strong at the entry. The audio you download to listen to as you ascend is not very quality and it’s fairly noisy with other tourist. Might consider an earplugs.

Acropolis itself was amazing. Customer service wasn’t. We didn’t receive our tickets by email and when I called we were hung up on several times, told our tickets were emailed, told they had a problem and they were sent now, then told to wait an hour and call back if they weren’t there. I’d recommend the skip the line tickets but not this company!

Terrible!!! The tickets never worked and the museum told us that we needed a pdf ticket which never worked on my Viator app. Even the museum recommended not to use them. On top of that Expedia/Viator refused to give us the money back

Terrible experience! We thought the tickets would give us entry to the museum and the Acropolis but don’t be fooled. It does not pay for the museum. We had to buy separate tickets to the museum so it is not a combined ticket.
Second, the email did not contain the audio tour and was sent less than 24 hours before our visit. We had to call when we were at the site because email was missing the audio tour . The acropolis does not have adequate internet to download the audio tour.
It was a total bust and very expensive and very disappointing. I called three days prior asking about the tickets and they said don’t worry we will send you an email. I’d advise buying tickets at the site, just arrive early.

This is the worst experience ever.
They didn't accept the booking at the entrance and I showed them all emails and links and they said these are not the tickets.
Plus the ticket price was more than at the gate.
So I wasted my time, my money and got frustrated.
Pls do not use the service on trip advisor.
I tried to call the operator by email and on the phone and no response

We were unable to use the tickets as the lady at the entrance did not accept them . We had to buy 2 more so I would like you to refund the €56 paid. Let this be a warning to other people.

As clearly stated in the voucher, we send the admission tickets the day before the visit. We have hundreds of customers in daily basis and it is very rare to have any problem.
If you had any issue while downloading the tickets on your mobile, you could had also contact us by phone or email to resolve this problem immediately.

If you visit Athens, a walk up the Acropolis is a must see/do, but be certain to show up before 9am if possible. Otherwise, the crowds are huge and it makes if difficult to thoroughly enjoy the moment. Also, if staying in Athens, we stayed at the Acropolis View Hotel, a 5-minute walk from the Acropolis with an incredible view of the Acropolis on the top floor where they serve an unbelievable breakfast.

As I read on the website, the admission fee is €20 per adult, but your price is about $16.50 included admission fee. Is that correct or do we have to purchase admission fee separately? Thank you

If I remember correctly it was one fee and you get to walk up to the Parthenon. Also I think the difference is you talked about $ and Euros. Those 2 amounts are roughly the same depending on exchange rate. Great experience to see what I always only read about in school.
