Dear Rolinda, thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, being in the heart of the winter, not so many people book a cruise to the islands. Before someone books we clearly state that this experience requires a minimum of travelers, because as you can understand, the costs related are extremely high. We contacted you several days before the tour date to ask for a change of tour date as on the day you booked (about a year ago ) there were limited persons. We could not have known earlier how many people would book and we left it up to 2 days earlier to tour date open so as to give more possibilities for increased bookings in order to actually not cancel and operate the cruise. We are very sorry that the cruise didn’t operate and we also know that on the low season ( winter) sometimes we can’t avoid situations like that. We suggested many different tours to take for the day and we also offered a discount on all our tours.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. In winter time, as we have less travelers im order to cope with expensive fuel prices we use a smaller boat. We are always at your disposal.

Dear Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to write this review. First of all, thank you for indicating that Captain and all stuff did a great job and customer service was professional. Aegean sea is sometimes rough as we have winds that create waves. Your experience as you already have mentioned is not a typical one. We would like to inform you that the cruise will never go out if the local authorities inform of a bad weather beyond the permitted scale. Also, the weather sometimes is unpredictable and even if at the beginning of the day we have low winds, this might change rapidly to stronger winds with waves. We believe that this rating doesn’t represent the typical experience as we cannot control the weather and this experience is connected with weather situation. This review is a great opportunity for next travelers to know about Aegean sea and how we cope with it. We understand that especially for people that are not experienced with sea traveling even a medium bad weather day can be hard. So, if a traveller knows that might be seasick, or just wants to be sure that weather is going to be good, could initially before booking , call us and ask for the weather forecast, or take a pill for seasick, or even just do not book. It is better not to book than regretting.

Dear Rod, thank you for taking the time to write this review. This One Day Cruise is an introduction to some Greek islands and is a perfect way to visit 3 beautiful islands in one day. You booked the VIP option so there was a buffet and you could choose whatever you liked. The only difference is that you ask from the waiter that is at the buffet table to give you what you prefer as we are still in Covid measurements. This is the only difference. Regarding the drinks, refreshments, coffees, beers, tea, wine are included. Only some whiskey or other alcoholic drinks are not included.
