Enjoyed some beautiful views and tasting some new food and wine. Food was highly authentic to the region and culture. Guide spoke very good English and had interesting stories to tell.

My friends and I had an absolutely amazing day with Vassilis. We loved leaving the city and getting to see so much of the beautiful Cretan mountains. Vassilis kept us well entertained with lots of facts about Crete and all that it has to offer. The wine and olive oil tasting was amazing. Best olive oil I've ever had! And the lunch was absolutely delicious. Definitely one of my favorite days in Chania.

My friends and I are so glad we did this tour! The wine and olive oil were delicious, the views were amazing, and Vassilis was a fantastic guide. This tour was a very relaxing, uncomplicated way to see a lot of beautiful sights near Chania, including caves and gorges. We learned a lot and ate very well, and we loved getting to know Vassilis.

Had a great relaxed day out with George, who was a fantastic guide and really made the day for us. The winery was excellent as was lunch. We enjoyed the off road drive too.
We were on a cruise and collected promptly from the port, very easy and much better than the offering from the cruise line.

We booked this trip for our last day in Chania and it didn’t disappoint. Nikolas was our guide, he was very informative, funny, patient and made our trip a memorable one. He provided the historic narrative to our trip where we visited an olive oil making place, saw a 3,000 - 5,000 year old olive tree, historic church in a mountain, wine tasting and semi-private lunch at a mountain-top restaurant. It was a perfect day. Thank you, Nikolas. We would definitely recommend this.

I'm very glad you had an enjoyable day with our company and Nicholas. I would like to inform you and the future customes that all our employees offer the tour with exactly the same method and style. They are in training by the founder - Nasos - and they folow his style and his strategy. Nicholas is one of our team but in Chania Adventures it doesn't matter who is the guide! This tour was the last one we took in Chania. It was a Great Day and wonderful way to end a beautiful week in Chania. Our guide, Nikolas, was Fantastic! He was informative and very friendly. He took us to see an ancient Olive tree, (approximately 3,000 years old!). We had a delicious snack of Doples, and a coffee,(or whatever you wanted). We visited the cave of St. John the Hermit. Beautiful!
He took us through the backroads where I don’t think I could have driven.
We went to a Fantastic winery, and olive oil producer. The hostesses Efi, and Joanna were very nice and helpful.
The last but not least was a great lunch in Milia! Excellent. I was impressed with everything and all the stops had clean and nice restrooms. Well done!
We enjoyed the tour very much.

Fantastic day out we saw parts of Crete that were so magical I felt we were driving upwards towards the heavens. This is an absolute must. Not your usual tour our tour guide was 20/10..loved the variation of places we visited it was spectacular and entertaining

We took the trip with Vasilis and a young lovely couple from Finland. Begun with wisiting a Cave. Then to take a look at the 3-5000 y.o. Olive tree in Vouves. Then to taste some delicious wines in Anoskeli. The icing on the cake was the 5 types of food we got to taste in lovely Milia Mountain. Hope to get back there to stay, someday! Vasilis(I hope I got your name right) was a super guide/driver! He was so secure driving in the wild and so informative. He also ensured we always had cold water to drink. Thanks to you and the nice young couple travelling with us! I highly reccomend this trip with Chania Adwentures!

Really interesting, well planned trip with knowledgeable and friendly driver. Delicious wines at the tasting. Incredible lunch in Samara Gorge with eagles soaring overhead and amazing backdrop. We had a lovely couple from
Finland with us which made a really super day out. Totally recommend this company and would definitely book with them again if we return. Thank you Vassilis!

We had a great time in our 2nd day tour with Nasos to learn the production of olive oil and taste some cretan wine. The drive up to white mountain for lunch was highlight of the trip. Very beautiful scenery up in the mountains, completely different to the beach tour we went the day before with Nasos. The lunch was very nice Greek cuisine and Nasos made sure there was more than enough food. Nasos was fun and very knowledgeable in everything, including history, olive oil making, bee farm..it was a very enjoyable trip. Highly recommend Chania Adventure tours for those who enjoy small group tours where you can really learn about Crete and have a relaxing trip away from the crowd

I did the tour at the beginning of May & there was not a waiting list. I booked the day before but I suppose it depends on how busy it is in September. My advice is to book through the company directly as I had trouble communicating with the owner/operator because I booked through an agency. A great tour, I really enjoyed it & learnt a lot about Crete & visited places I would not have had an opportunity to visit.
