My Autistic daughter and I went out for the three hour trip and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing experience.
The booking process was quick and simple (I booked direct over the phone and confirmation was via WhatsApp all done in about 5 mins)
The submarine left from St Paul’s bay for the early morning trip and it was easy to find and park.
The crew were friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
The views of the Acropolis, the beautiful coastline and the refreshing swim in Navarone Bay were all amazing.
I would recommend this trip to anyone of any age visiting Rhodes.

My family and I had a fantastic boating experience aboard the Hippo submarine boat, our children loved being able to view the fish from below deck. The captain was funny and knowledgeable and the stop for a swim in the bay was the highlight!

We took our 6 month old baby on this trip after reading reviews. It was great, the crew were really helpful and the ride was smooth & scenic. The downstairs of the boat has great aircon which was great for a baby in the heat. She loved seeing underwater, followed the lights and fish. When we stopped to jump in and swim, I stayed down with her and my husband swam and looked at us which she thought was amazing. A must do for a family trip and great for infants!

We are a family of six with teens and young children this boat trip was one of our favourite things from our holiday. The staff were great with the children and just iv never loved swimming in the sea but the staff made it so fun I would definitely recommend this trip to everyone

It was a wonderful end to a beautiful holiday. The staff were great and gave us plenty of photo opportunities. We had a free beer or soft drink each and 40 minutes of swimming. My kids got to feed all the fish and loved it! Even managed to get my sea fearing husband and sister in law in the water.
It was very well organised to allow everyone a chance to look out from downstairs and nobody went without. Highly recommend

Boat trip exceeded our expectations - the staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful and great with kids. Boat wasn’t crowded and there was plenty of shady areas from the sun. The air conditioned submarine part of the boat was a lot of fun and something different to other tourist boats we’ve been on previously.
Free beer and soft drinks was an unexpected bonus (it wasn’t a boozy/party boat).
Length of the trip was just right with a short stop off to swim.
Highly recommend!

What a wonderful trip we went on with Hippo Submarine.
We booked through our hotel Olive Garden, and got a taxi to the port. It was a great 3 hour trip which me and my son loved. Very relaxing, the glass bottom is great and the crew are wonderful. At the end we asked the captain where is best to get a taxi back to the hotel ( as there isn’t taxis there like we expected at a port 😭) however he tried to call one for us with no luck. I was travelling with my 9 year old and the temp was 42degrees so we didn’t want to walk.
The Owner of the Hippo Submarine then offered to take us to Lindos to the main taxi rank as he didn’t want us risking the heat. We were so so grateful for this generosity. Thank you so so much.

What a super fun trip we had with the Hippo. Enjoy sailing, being able to see the coastline from the water, feeding fish, seeing the marine life and jumping into the water. And all while enjoying very relaxed music. They were lovely hours.

Amazing. Thank you to the guys who made this trip for myself and my 2 children magical.
As a disabled person in a wheelchair the guys helped me on and off the boat with no hesitation they got me and my chair onto the boat safel.
The trip itself was beautiful, the scenery is the most magical place I have ever seen, the guys were really cool and helped with the kids to make it magic.
There is a massive hill down to get to them so if you have mobility issues like myself they use a golf buggy to get you up or down at no extra cost.
The 3 hour trip felt like minutes as we soaked in the views of the ocean above and below deck. Everyone gets free refreshments which was a bonus.
The trip was safe for everyone and the crew on the ball ensuring everyone’s safety.
They gave the kids or adults life jackets so they could have a dip in the sea so nobody went without the full experience.
Thank you guys and I will definitely do this trip again when I return
