This experience was fantastic. First off, it was a private tour - which was a pleasant surprise. Our tour guide Roland was there to pick us up early (which i thoroughly appreciate) and then spent the entire day taking us around the island and telling us the history of it. He listened to our wants and not only took us to the destinations included in the tour (Sulphur springs mud bath & Toraille waterfall) but also took us to a local restaurant on the beach for lunch (where we could get fresh coconuts as requested) and a local chocolatier CACOA. Both were phenomenal.
Each of the stops were unique and showed different aspects of the island and it's history. Roland was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and an excellent photographer/videographer.
I would recommend booking this tour with Fram Tours to anyone visiting the island. It is a once in a lifetime experience.

This was an amazing tour. Roland our driver/guide was above and beyond. He shared historic facts along the way, made a few local stops to try different food and took pictures of us at the springs. I highly recommend taking a tour with Roland for an excellent experience.

Mr Joe made our experience a truly memorable one. He took his time to explain the history and culture of this wonderful island. His knowledge of Botanical and Agricultural not only made the trip enjoyable but we were able to learn while taking in the wonderful sites. Request Mr Joe as your tour guide you will not be sorry.

It lived up to the reviews the smell and the skin softness. My only recommendation is to wear water shoes because there a few rocky areas to walk over.

St. Lucia is so beautiful. Fivel answered many many questions of mine ahead of time and our guide was right on time to meet. He was so kind and took us on the journey to the mud baths. It was an hourish car ride along the windiest roads I have ever been on! So scenic and beautiful! When we got to the mud bath he didn't rush us and made sure to set a time to be back at the ship that we were comfortable with. The whole day was so relaxed and so fun! This was a great company and I am happy to support a small locally owned business any chance I get!

The whole day, from start to finish, was excellent. Ed, our driver and guide, was first class. He was courteous, helpful, caring and informative. He gave us an insight to St. Lucia that many people would not see. He ensured we had a great experience and we did! We would recommend this tour and, if Ed is your guide, then you will have a great day.

Our tour guide Allen was very knowledgeable about the island. He gave us a lot of information about the island on the way and back to the mud bath. It was a great private tour, which works great for us, because we have a five year old and two year old, we really need a tour with “our own pace”. Our tour guide was very accommodating. He made extra stops to buy snacks and to use bathrooms for our kids.
We booked the tour with Fidel, and asked him that we need snacks for our kids. Allen even brought snacks and juices for us.
My kids were little bit hesitated about the mud bath, and my younger one found the spring was too hot to get in, but they had fun just walking around and watching other people put the mud on.
The highlight was the waterfall. Both my kids had a great time there. We spent a long time there. Our guide just waited there and never rushed us.
We came from the cruise port, the drive is about one hour each way and the road was up and down along the mountains. The view along the road was outstanding. The only drawback both my husband and I found we had some ear pains due to the ear pressure change along the drive. We will recommend pack a gum or drink to relieve the ear pressure.

Allen was an amazing guide. He collected us from the port terminal in Castries and took us to the sulphur springs and waterfall which was on the south of the island. He was an extremely good driver navigating the winding roads and we stopped at various places to get photos of the stunning views. He was extremely knowledgeable about the island and very friendly. My husband and I had a fantastic time. Thank you Fram Tours.

Hi, we do offer pick up and drop off at the resort you mentioned as well as all other resorts. At the moment entrance fee for the mud bath is not included. However the entrance fee for torailler waterfall is included.

the walking involved is very moderate and does not require much fitness.
However there are roughly 15-20 stairs leading to the mudbath.

We are booked at the Royalton April 19-26. Is there a pick up and drop off at our hotel? Any COVID-19 restrictions or info we need to know before booking? We have to have a negative test to fly into St Lucia and I'm trying to figure out what we will and won't be able to do at this point.

Entrance fee to the mud bath is 10usd per person. For the combo which is the mud bath & volcano guided tour it's 15usd per person. This was not included in our pricing! However we have now included the entrance fee to the mud bath only to our pricing.
