Luigi was knowledgeable, sensitive with personal space and thoughtful skipper. The area West of Amalfi is lovely.
Lunch spot was fun and delicious.
This was the best way to see the coast. Thank you all

The Perfect Day

The cruise was the best way to see the Amalfi Coast. It was truly the perfect day, filled with drinks, snacks, gorgeous views and beautiful places to swim. Valeria made booking from oversees extremely easy and booked the most fantastic lunch spot. Francesco, our captain, was lovely and doubled as a guide as he pointed out landmarks up and down the coast. The boat was beautiful and well maintained. This is a must do when visiting the Amalfi coast.

Our favorite day in Amalfi by far! Do not pass in this experience to see the Amalfi coast. Such and amazing time and so many stops to swim and enjoy. Our captain Francesco was beyond kind and attentive. He would explain the towns and history as we would pass which made the experience even better! His boat “again” was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed for our day. We could not recommend this tour and Francesco more. Booking was seamless and meeting was a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful day and time spent with us ♥️

Just Sit Right Back and Enjoy a Tale of a 6-Hour Tour

What can I say about Amalfi? It is simply gorgeous. To make our trip even better, my family decided to take a private 6-hour tour along the Amalfi Coast. It was not disappointing. Anyone deciding to visit Amalfi must take a boat tour. We were greeted by a pleasant captain that was knowledgeable about the entire coast. He showed us different areas along the coast, and let us out at Positano (as per our request prior to the tour) to walk around. We were in constant contact with him as we were there. He waited for us on the boat until we decided to come back. Positano was crowded, but interesting. The captain later picked us up and recommended a fine restaurant for lunch. A water taxi picked us up from the boat, and we had a delicious seafood lunch with amazing views. Once back on the boat, we continued touring to other parts of Amalfi, and even stopped for a swim. I will be coming back to Amalfi, and I will definitely take that tour again because they can take you to other amazing areas such as Capri.

Americans, Please Read!

First of all, I have to give this boat company some credit. We did have a nice day on the boat. Our captain, Augusto was very good. That is until, he suggested that we stop for lunch at L' Ippocampo. We got to lunch at this restaurant and were basically scammed from beginning to end. Americans need to beware because you are at their mercury if you don't speak Italian. You can read my review on the restaurant's page. We got back on the boat and I said to Augusto, why would you send us here to be scammed? All of a sudden he didn't speak English. He raced us back to the marina in Positano because he knew we were wise to what he had done to us. Like I said, the boat tour was good, just don't stop for lunch. Take a nice picnic with you. After returning to our villa, we researched and found out the restaurant and the boat company are operating out of the very same town. Coincidence, I don't think so.

I have two small children and they argue with each other. Usually one of them feels wronged in some way and they lash out, similar to what you did here (except they do not have access to social media platforms to lash out on publicly and try to destroy each other). When they fight I sit them down and listen to what happened, and then we talk about it to understand and find a resolution. Once there is clear communication we are able to resolve and move on. After reading this review, I see a parallel to how my toddlers act. You feel scammed, wronged in some way but you do not mention why or how, you simply go on a public platform to slander two small businesses with no clear explanation, (and Agusto who you publically accused and insulted, who is literally the sweetest most responsible and reliable skipper and person). So I have no idea what you are talking about. From what you describe, you got back on the boat after lunch and immediately accused Agusto of being in on some sort of scam (we still do not know what that is). You write: "We got back on the boat and I said to Augusto, why would you send us here to be scammed?" Good grief I can only imagine his surprise by your ambush. What you should have done is explained to Augusto what happened, and he would have helped you find a solution, or even called me. I am personally in touch with everyone the day before the excursion, if not me then my assistant Lucia, who sits right next to me every day in our office. If you book with me you know that. People message me all the time with questions, you should have reached out to me and I could have helped you or explained things to you that needed to be clarified. I would have happily called the restaurant (even though as I write this, I STILL have no idea the reason you are feeling "scammed"). Furthermore, if you are reading this, please pull up a map of the Amalfi Coast. You were picked up in Positano. Look where Conca dei Marini is located. Logistically, you had lunch in Conca because that is where you were at lunchtime and Conca has a cute little bay with local restaurants, turquoise water, fishing boats pulled up onto the beach, and local families who pass the day there with their children to swim and play. If you would like to stop for a swim, it is only accessible by boat or by going down 300 steps carved into the rocks. It is a fishing village, away from the mass tourism of Positano or Amalfi, for example. The skippers plan out the day based on timing, lunch hour, and what you want to do. Stopping in Conca made sense logistically for pickup in Positano at the time you were picked up, and calculating the distance and how many hours your cruise was. My business is also registered on Google Business in Conca, Amalfi, and Salerno. I can register in every village if I choose because my boats pick up in every village, which is also why you were picked up in Positano. It has nothing to do with connections. You are talking about small villages dotting a coastline of about 40km, not big cities and everyone knows each other here. I know many of the restaurant owners on the coast, the other boat company owners, hoteliers, local coffee shops- by force majeure because we all live here!! Lastly, and I say lastly because this ridiculousness has already taken up too much of my time, your title "Americans, Please Read", makes it sound like we are out to get all Americans. I AM AMERICAN! I grew up in the USA and I live here on the coast now. So this is simply nonsense and I am embarrassed by your arrogant and ignorant behavior. That is all.

A “must do” experience!

This excursion is not one to miss if you want to see the Amalfi Coast.

We had the most amazing day on the boat. Guiseppe was our captain and he treated us like gold. He took very good care of our group & showed us ALL the stops, places to swim, eat, and take breathtaking photos. It was such a great day, one of the best days we had on our vacation. (We had a group of 10 people and it was plenty big).

Booking was also a great experience, no scams, and lots of communication leading up to the day.

Great day on the water!
My family had a wonderful day on the water with Luigi! He was a perfect tour guide of the coast, providing us with historical highlights of the area. He dropped anchor so we could swim in beautiful coves and caves which were exciting for my kids to explore. At the end of the day, the seas began to get very rough and Luigi guided us safely back into port which was much appreciated. Great day!

Magical day

We did a private boat tour with exclusive cruises and it turned out to be the highlight of our vacation. We choose category 38-40 boat, perfectly suited for our group of 8 Adults. Trust us it was worth the money. Lucia and the captain Semir knew all the hidden gems along the Almafi coast, taking us to the most enchanting swimming and jumping spots. The only way to experience Almafi is on the water. The crew went above and beyond showing us the most picturesque grottos and charming coastal villages. We stopped for lunch at a restaurant accessible by boat. La Tonnarella. Throughout the journey they made sure we were pampered and well taken care of. They provided a generous selection of beverages and snacks on board. The crews genuine hospitality and attention to detail made the day truely magical. If you’re planning a trip to Almafi coast, we can’t recommend Exclusive Cruisers enough. Thanks for the memories.
