We do not have (nor does any licensed vendor) exclusive use of any of the areas we operate from - just like no tour boat has exclusive access to Molokini. Yes if you arrive to the island during a busy period (high season), it will be busy and areas will experience some congestion. Guides are dedicated to groups so unsure as to why the incentive group would have affected you. Never the less, our apologies if you were under the impression we were alone there. Our guide manage each day / situation as they see fit. We will spend a little extra time on instruction if the group warrants it - little extra time on prep work shoreline instruction) typically pays off later! We do not have a volume approach - Makena Bay is a large area and while the launch site may experience some congestion now and again Once on the water it's literally many many square miles of ocean including kayakers, SUP, snorkelers, power boats, sail boats, etc. Again, our apologies you appeared to have felt there were too many people using the very popular bay on the same day you decide too.

Aloha - Mahalo for the feedback. Our trailers are marked at the site to indicate who we are but some miss it for one reason or another. Our guides are seasoned guides who do this work daily - they tend to have a routine (remember the movie "Groundhog day" - Bill Murray?). When guests arrive, some can be rushed, slowed, needing a bathroom, forgot sunscreen, etc. Our guides take it all in stride and assist when needed providing their best advice, suggestions to get guests on the beach and ready for instruction. Yes the launch area can be a little crowded some times, however, once on water, we have miles and miles of ocean. Guides work alongside each other there near daily and have a system in place for launching and landing in turn based on guests preparedness.
