First of all, The itinerary is thoughtfully designed to cover the beauty of Morocco and balance the time spending in transport at the same time.
Moreover, the hotels all are well chosen with comfy and amazing rooms at premium locations. The breakfasts and dinners (2 dinners included) provided are excellent.
Youssef are a gentle and considerate driver who have great attitude to make sure we understand what is going to happen next to increase our certainty. Moreover, Youseff has a great driving skills to make sure our safety and timely arrival to our destinations.
We are 2 girls who love the natural scenery, Youseff will make a mini stop along the High Atlas Mountain Range to allow us a precious opportunity to take pictures and get in touch with this great area of Morocco.
The guide in FES is knowledgeable and professional to take care us when touring around the Medina, he ensure our safety by picking up and dropping us at the door of our hotel.
The highlight of the trip is the friendly visit to Youseff’s Uncle’s home when we passing by, it’s our honour to be their guests, to meet his mother and 2 beautiful nieces. The homemade bread, apple pie, cake, honey, jam and tea are delicious and unforgettable.

My wife and I had a fantastic 10 days in Morocco thanks to Morocco Sahara Desert Travel. Hamid is so easy to work with in sculpting our tour exactly as we wanted it. Our driver/guide, Aziz, is an amazing person, excellent driver, very helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable—great selection of interesting stops between overnight destinations. Our major stops were at Casablanca, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, Erg Chebbi, Dades Gorges, and Marrakech. The people we met—local guides, Moroccans in their homes, riad staff, business owners and workers—were a highlight of the trip. And the historic sights and natural beauty of Morocco were even better than anticipated. Riding camels to our desert campsite, Moroccan cooking lesson in a private home, watching the bread-making process in another home—the list of highlights can go on and on. Thanks to everyone we met in Morocco, and special thanks to Hamid and Aziz for making it possible.

My friend of I did the 9-day highlights of the Morocco tour in early October. It's an excellent tour for visiting many cities and seeing many important sights. The tour was very well organized. Hamid, the tour organizer was responsive and thorough to all my questions as I planned the entire trip via email. Our driver Ibrahim spoke English well and was easy to travel with. The guides in Fez and Marrakech were excellent. Spoke English well and knew the history of each city very well. Our guide, Amal, in Fez, took us to a bakery and mint tea shop where we were offered samples and given fresh tea. That was such a personal touch and a highlight for me. Great trip and highly recommend it.

What an awesome trip - from the excellent pre trip communication with Hamid including the professional digital links, to our fantastic driver Youssef, and then to the amazing places we visited across our 9-day adventure. We travelled as a group of 6 - which worked perfectly with Youssef always available and willing to help us with anything and everything along the way - always checking in to make sure we were safe!! Highlights were the camel trek from the Sahara camp, Marrakesh and the beautiful Riads we stayed at - but seriously it was all a highlight. Would highly recommend MSDT to anyone planning a trip to Morocco!

My family (me, my husband and my 17-year-old daughter) went on this tour at the end of February, 2023. It was fabulous! At first we weren't positive it was a trustworthy company, as some of the reviews on other websites didn't seem real. I expressed this concern to Hamid, the owner, and he did exactly the right things to make me feel comfortable. Our family enjoys flexibility when we travel and this was exactly the right way for us to see Morocco! A lot of people in restaurants and hotels speak English, but it was so helpful to have Youssef, our driver, there to help us with the Moroccan Arabic on occasion. The itinerary was exactly what we wanted to see. I did a lot of research comparing this to her to other tours and while there is a lot of driving, seeing Chefchaouen and sleeping in the Sahara were absolutely worth it. The large van we had was spacious and comfortable and routinely cleaned by our wonderful driver, Youssef The accommodations were routinely good though in Chefchaouen and Marrakech they were a little further away from the main sightseeing area than ideal. The food was great, the landscape unexpected and dramatic, the people friendly and the entire trip very safe. We have self-driven on many tours, but we were very glad we had Youssef, especially in the mountains and Marrakech. I can't read this company or tore highly enough! You should use them for an exceptional Moroccan experience!

Morocco is not close to Asia - you would usually need to take 7-8 hours' flight to Dubai, and then another 7-8 hours from Dubai to Casablanca or Marrakesh. Yet you find many Asian travellers who have been to, who are on their way to, or who are talking about Morocco. And Morocco Sahara Desert Travel made sure that we had a taste of all that this mysterious country could offer: ocean waterfront, old castles, mountain forests, desert camps and crowded markets. Hamid is the company owner and our contact before the trip - he is always responsive, patient and super helpful to address all our questions to help us with a tailor-made itinerary.
Mostapha was our driver and guide for the entire tour around the country. He also replies to our messages within minutes and picks up our calls within the first two rings. Our daily routine starts with Mostapha greeting us at the riad lobby (15 min before the agreed meet-up time), giving us a briefing about what our destinations are and what would be the highlights for the day, and hitting the road. Riding with Mostapha is never boring - he would give us history or geography talks from time to time depending on where we get to, talk about stories of Moroccan people, and of course play local music all day long! He also brings gifts to my children who are too young to join this trip! Mostapha is simply THE best guide that I have ever toured with.
Definitely a five-star and must-recommend trip with MSDT, Hamid and Mostapha, if you ever need a local guide to show you around the country!

Hamid was an absolute pleasure from the start to the end. His itinerary for us was so thought out and allowed us to see almost every part of Morocco without feeling rushed. He always responds on time and makes sure that you feel safe when traveling. Truly his goal is to assure that you have the absolute best time. His services took away all the stress of planning a trip with every detail planned out carefully and intentionally. We cannot thank him enough for this amazing experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
Mostapha was our driver and we could not have asked for a better person to be with us for the entire trip. I went on this trip with my best friend and being two women in a foreign country can be worrisome, but he made us feel safe and made sure that we were able to experience as much of Morocco as possible. Each pit stop was thought out. We stopped to see how roses were picked and used to make organic products, stopped to see monkeys, saw the "Switzerland" of Morocco and so many more thoughtful stops along our journey. He was able to answer all and any questions we had. He gave the best recommendations in terms of places to explore and places to eat. The car rides were such a blast and made the long drives feel so short. He truly made this experience more amazing than we could've ever thought possible. We came in as guests and left with a life long friend. We cannot wait to go back!

My best friend and I decided to do this 9 day 8 night trip to Morocco after reading the great reviews, and this trip did not disappoint. It has been the best trip ever, and will certainly be hard to beat. Everything about our experience was incredible. We were greeted at the airport by our driver, and he accompanied us the entire trip driving us to the different cities and always made sure we were safe. If you can, you should request Mostapha…he is the absolute best and this trip would not have been the same without him! He was super thoughtful and really added to the whole experience. His knowledge and love for Morocco is unmatched annd we now have a friend in Morocco for life. All of our accommodations were well curated by Hamid and in a good location that allowed for easy access to major sites. We were in awe of all the different landscapes and cities we saw, and we truly would not have changed a single thing about the itinerary. We got the opportunity to meet with Hamid at the end of the trip, you can really tell he wants you to have the best experience! He checked in to see what we really enjoyed and any changes we would make. Overall, 11/10 experience!

I am 81 years old and have just had one of the best travel weeks of my life. I toured with three women friends and we had a spectacular time. Youssef was our guide and driver and he was an excellent driver on roads and with traffic I wouldnt have wanted to tackle. He is a smart, kind, generous and gracious host. He made sure we were safe and delivered us to our lovely accommodations, picked us up on time, stopped at highights along the way and told us so much about his country, its history, customs, and traditions. Our city guides were wonderful and were also knowledgeable, kind and generous. I hope to return and I will encourage my friends to explore Morocco. It is a country of exceptional topography, fascinating history and beautiful kind people.

Can I do the tour backwords? Our flight is in and out of Casablanca. I arrive in Casablanca at 9:40 pm. Maybe the next day go straight to Marrakesh and work out way back to Casablanca?
