My first time paragliding, pleasant n safe glide over the valley . Didn't fly too high. Good experience.

Was my first time paragliding so felt abit nervous but Biren, my pilot, gave very clear instructions. I felt very safe and reassured throughout the whole experience and would definitely my friends to try this out as well if they are heading to Kathmandu! :)

What an awesome day , from pickup to drop off everything was perfect . My pilot Bijay was amazing , he carefully went through step by step of what we would do . The acrobatic flying which was optional and with no pressure was the best . Could not of asked for a better experience

My first time doing paragliding and it was great. We got pick up from our hotel in Kathmandu city by Bharat Gurung with his taxi. Bharat English is limited but we have no problem communicating with him and he is super friendly. The drive from the city to the paragliding point took around an hour. However, the way from the city to the launch point itself already impressed us with it breathtaking Mountain View.
Arriving at the launch point, the pilots and operators briefed us on some safety measure and off we go.
Weather was good and we had a good flight. The operator provided GoPro for us so there is nothing to worry with photo taking.
After the flight, our driver offered us tea and little refreshment in his home which is near the launch point. That is really something beyond expectation to be able to enter the villagers place and enjoy a peaceful morning with the stunning Mountain View.
All in all, I would recommend this activity. Good value of money, good fun, everything beyond expectations!

I am an adrenaline junkie and this trip takes the cake!! Bijay knows his stuff! He took the time to explain each step of the process. I’m 61 years old!! Do not let your age keep you from experiencing the flight of your life!! I highly recommend Bijay and his crew to get you off the ground!! You won’t regret it and I will NEVER EVER forget it!! Thank you, Bijay, for the trip of a lifetime!!!

My brother and I booked a paragliding excursion last-minute, on a date that we didn't realize was a major festival (Tihar). Despite that the owner was able to take us paragliding, and we had a blast!
It was about a 1h ride from our hotel in Thamel to the office, then another ~30m from there up a pretty rugged path to reach the takeoff point. The ride there and back seemed a bit rushed/uncoordinated, but I chalked that up to the fact that it was a festival day.
The guides were quick in setting up the gear and briefing us, which mostly consisted of "when I say go, run and don't stop." But they'd clearly done this tons of times before, so we felt pretty easygoing about it. The flight was smooth, and we got pics & video on the GoPro they provided (included w/ the price, and they transferred them to my phone afterward). Not a super long flight owing to the wind conditions, but we still had maybe ~20 minutes in the air with spectacular views.
Overall we both had a great experience, and I'm following up now with local paragliding lessons -- I guess that tells you how fun it was. :)

I decided to try a tandem paragliding experience and thought to do it in the Kathmandu Valley with the Himalayas in the distance would be an ideal venue.
I was collected from my hotel on time and driven for about 1.5 hours to the meeting location. The roads are not the best but ok.
We waited for the best conditions - wind and visibility. Nice scenery and excellent take off venue. My pilot explained the procedure and what I needed to do.
The flight went exactly to plan and at no stage was I worried or concerned.
After the flight I was provided with images and video clips of our flight at no extra charge.
Overall a great experience and thoroughly recommend.

These people are awesome! They totally accommodated us even though we think it was hard for them to find the right everything in the off season. They took care of everything and even my mom (who isn’t super into extreme outdoor adventures and was slightly nervous) felt totally safe and loved it! The valley and views are incredible. DO IT.

It was our first time in nepal and first time doing paragliding, it was amazing.
The pilots are very nice and the views are great.
We had a problem with the weather and they change the day without a problem, they where very toughtfull & kind
