Great tour of all of the local food venues- most unknown and hidden spots that are a fantastic surprise! We also had a very informative & friendly tour guide! Highly recommended!

Thank you Bas, our travel guide. There were only the 2 of us booked on the tour, which was great, we were able to ask Bas lots of questions about the places we were seeing as well as questions about Thai culture, View of Wat Arun across the river at sunset was spectacular, and we would never have found the rooftop restaurant. Night food market in Chinatown was busy, bright. Another highlight was going into Wat Pho Temple at night, only a few people and the tiled stupas lit up looked beautiful. The Tuk Tuk driver was good, and dropped us at the train station for an easy trip back to our hotel. Thanks Bas, you were a great guide.

Our tour guide Ning was utterly useless.
The 'tour was due to start at 7pm from Siam@Siam hotel but as 2 people did not turn up the tour guide went to collect them from their hotel wasting 45 minutes of the tour.
Next, the tour is entitled 'Local Life - Street Eat by Tuk Tuk'
The itinerary promised 'skewered sausages, grilled meats, fish paste balls, freshly baked roti, uniquely flavouful curries etc etc.
Our group of 10, six Aussies and 4 Brits, 'sampled' guava & pineapple, one thai sausage, very poor phad thai and a sorry looking roti at what can only be described as a flea pit cafe that was empty as no Bangkok local would venture there.
Having asked Ning if this is really where the locals ate out she replied 'of course not' and would not eat any of the food the tour took us on as it was either 'too fatty' for her or 'not the best' she had tried.
The tour finished at the 'Eagle Nest Bar' which was supposed to be a highlight but was empty as there are far better places to see the amazing Bangkok skyline at night.
Ning was a terrible guide and spent most of the evening on her phone and uniterested in paying customers. The best thing about this tour were the people on the tour with us!
To call this a 'local street eat tour' is a joke - no self-respcting thai person would eat the food on this tour and to suggest the flavourless cuisine on offer is what locals eat could not be further from the truth.
Thai food is flavourful, delicious and incredible, everything this 'tour' was not.
Save your money and ask a local where to eat!

Thank you for sharing this review with us here on TripAdvisor. We're very disappointed that you didn't enjoy your tour with our guide, Neng. We understand your concerns about the tour starting late due to other customers' confusion. Unfortunately your travel agent didn't inform us in advance of your very strict vegan/vegetarian dietary requirements, as we could have adjusted the itinerary a bit to suit your needs. We note your comments as well about the ending place, however this bar chosen for its lovely temple and river views as we believe this to be more local and picturesque than a simple skyline. Trust that we have taken your feedback on board for our ongoing improvement.

I had the pleasure of taking a few Buffalo Tours with their guide Win in Bangkok. He was excellent and the tours were extremely well put together. Viewing the Grand Palace was one of the highlights of my 3 week trip and Win was extremely thorough in the information he conveyed as well as insights about Bangkok and its culture, history, and food. He also leads the eveningTuk Tuk tour which explores street food and markets in Bangkok. Not to be missed!

Booked this tour on Viator "Small-Group Bangkok Food Tour by Night Including Tuk-Tuk Ride". I also wrote a review about a week ago on Viator and they still have not published it yet.
This tour was the most disappointing tour I've paid for during my 12 days stay in Thailand. They advertised this as if you are going to explore and eat a lot of food but NO. Our tour guide name was Ice. He had us all share the street food we came across -which cost way less than paying for this whole tour yourself. We only got to try fishballs, thai donut, and fried chicken even though we passed by thousands of food stalls. Mind you, you do not get your individual portion, you had to share.
This tour indicates you'll sample Thai-Indian freshly baked roti -NEVER HAPPENED.
This tour indicates you'll visit Pak Klong Talat flower market --NEVER HAPPENED.
This tour was definitely not worth $62 USD per a person. All the portion/food we ate including the tuk tuk rides would never equate to this amount per a person. For the fact that we did not visit the two places mentioned, I should've gotten a partial refund for my tour for false advertisement.

If someone on the tour is vegetarian are there meatless options available?

Yes, but they are truly awful! Mango sticky rice, fruit and pad thai (no vegetables - only noodles. Don't GO!
