It was last week of Jan 2023, we were planning for our Vietnam tour for March 2023 and we selected Vivu Travel #VivuTravel. From that day till our trip end they handled everything professionally and personally. Start from proposal, hotel selection, itinerary planning and e-visa application, everything was smooth like silk for us. Kim planned every minute of our trip so carefully and personally that we never felt we are travelling in any other country and that without any hassle. Entire Vivu Travel team is amazing and I was to say personal thanks to Kim and Trinh. My recommendation, for Hanoi select Trinh as your guide and you will never regret. Trinh is true ambassador of Vietnam and she have so amazing knowledge that you will think she should be history teacher. I requested and they honoured my request of baby sitter for my kids and everything went well. Prices are super reasonable. In the last, Kim you forgot to charge me for one thing that was personal touch of you and your team to our trip and that was priceless. #VivuTravel #VietnamTourVivuTravel #VivuTravelForVietnam

Vivu travel is fantastic company you can rely on for travel in Vietnam, from the enquiry until we get into return flight from Ho Chi minh , Kim and his associates helped and treated as family.

I highly recommend ViVu Travel and Ms Haio. She is friendly, knowledgeable and provided very quick email responses. The office staff is very efficient. ViVu Travel is flexible, even accommodating itinerary changes on our first day. Our guides and drivers throughout our trip were very experienced and friendly. Duong, our Hanoi guide, was terrific finding the special things each person in our group was interested in such as: tasting egg coffee, green rice or ice cream, seeing water buffalo in rice fields, exploring Ha Long Bay, seeing Hanoi at night, understanding customs and history, etc. Guide Linh provided in-depth history and valuable recommendations for local goods and services. I had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and hope to return again one day.

Ms. Hoai was very accommodating and flexible to our last-minute requests. Mr. Duong was extremely know legible and professional tour guide. Ms. Linh was very flexible to the schedule. The only thing we did not like was the driver in Hue and Hoi An. He made us waited a couple times for more than 15 minutes to pick us up even Ms. Linh has called him in advance. We could tell Ms. Linh was embarrassed with the situation too. Other than that, we loved all services that Vi Vu provided. Especially, we loved to have the whole boat at Ha Long bay for ourselves with fresh seafood lunch. Yummy. Thank You Vi Vu.

We travelled as a group of friends and we are all so happy to have used Vivi travel as they organised our tour without any issues at any of our destinations
We where dealing with Kim at Vivi travels she was very friendly and she was really helpful with the anything that we where unsure about

Whatever great things I say about this trip, trust me, it was better than that!!
I found Vivu travel on-line while searching for a tour in Vietnam. After looking at and reading reviews of many, I reached out to a few and very quickly settled on Vivutravel.
From my initial contact through the conclusion of our trip KIM and Vivu travel were outstanding.
Kim was very responsive to my initial inquiries. She asked pertinent questions regarding length of stay, interests, budget and flexibility. After just a few emails we settled on an itinerary, I booked my International flight, we finalized our itinerary and I made my deposit. Super easy and actually so easy that I was slightly worried…
From the moment we landed in Vietnam, sailed through passport control thanks to the preparations that Kim made with the e-visa and met our first guide at the Hanoi airport I relaxed and felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Every aspect of our 12 day tour of Vietnam from Hanoi to Saigon was so easy. The guides and drivers (all private) that Vivu travel uses were outstanding!! They were all very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great balance of guided activities and free time to explore. Guides were always available via WhatsApp even during our free time for recommendations about where to find pho, egg coffee, interesting things to see and places to explore. They were all great photographers as well!! We never felt unsafe in Vietnam traffic with the excellent drivers provided and Vietnam traffic is batshit crazy!!!
Excursions and in-country flights were so well planned. We were never late for anything and transitions from city to city were seamless. The level of hotels selected for our budget was excellent. Cleanliness, location and hospitality were all excellent. Daily excursions all exceeded our expectations, even a couple that I was thinking “meh” before became highlights.
I could probably write a book on how much we loved Vietnam and I wholeheartedly believe that the trip was so great because of our choice of Kim and Vivu travel. Also, do not shy away from planning a very special private tour with Vivutravel due to concerns that a private tour is too expensive. The cost was very affordable. I am already recommending Kim and Vivu travel to my friends and 100% will use them again when traveling to SE Asia.

Vivu Travel were excellent and gave us a brilliant tailor made trip through Vietnam. They were happy to include anything we wanted to experience. Ngoc and her team provided us with an itinerary taking us from Hanoi through Vietnam ending up in Ho Tram. They looked after us all the way and made the journey seamless snd stress free. The guides were first class, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.

Our days in Hanoi were so enjoyable. Our tour guide, Frankie, bent over backwards for us to make everything run very smoothly. He took us to great, safe, places to eat. Had us try many different specialty dishes and drinks. He kept us entertained with his knowledge and his humor. He even played his guitar and sang for us. If I came back to Hanoi, I would ask for Frankie to be my guide again.

It was a life changing experience. The tour was well planned and excellently implemented. The friendliness and hospitality of the tur organiser, tour guides and drivers were outstanding. A stellar performance by all.
The cost was very reasonable and it was definitely value for money.
All the arrangements were perfect and we never had to wait for a driver. All the activities were done according to the plan
The hotel accommodation was very good and most enjoyable.
We didn’t experience any problems with our passports or visits.
It was a most relaxing experience because of the high quality of care and attendance we received.

Lan and vivu team had provided a remarkable experience for my parents trip to Vietnam. Everything was just perfect and the schedules were on-time. Since we decided to provide a private tour package for my parents, we had the luxury to personalize our trip accordingly. We had got the best offer when compared to other tour travels as well. They were very proactive in responding to our queries and were hassle-free. Highly recommend vivu travels for your trip to Vietnam.
