Custom Asia and the team are a highly professional organization, providing excellent pre-trip planning, they are extremely responsive and quick to support.
Minh and her team gave us a custom itinerary for our trip to Vietnam and Thailand that included the main site attractions as well as some off the path adventures. These included Tuk Tuk Food tours, and scooter rides in the midst of the organized chaos of Ho Chi Min City! Guides are top notch, each providing some good insight to the various attractions, but we got the feel and sentiment of each of the countries througth the eyes of the guides. The timings of each pick up, tour and details provided were like clockwork.
Appreciate the professionalism and would highly recommend the team for anyone planning to travel in South East Asia and IndoChina.

We are over 60 yers old and for eficiency we decided to organise our trips in Vietnam with a local agency. Custom Asia Travel is the wright agency. We decided to visit Hanoi, Tam Coc, Ha Long, Da Nang, Hoi An, My son Sanctuary and Ho Chi Minh City with help of this agency. The organisation and planing of the tours, the selection of the places to visit, hotels, restaurants,cars ( clean and comfortable), drivers and guides was perfect. The drivers and guides where friendly and polite. The guides ( Cường Xi,in Hanoi and Tam Coc, Tran Thanh Binh in Ho Chi Minh as also the guide in Da Nang area) where perfect. They gave us many interesting information about the visited places, organized perfect the details of the trips.
The boat arrangement done by Custom Asia Travel in Ha Long Bay - Peony 1 was perfect.
The prices for the offered services are fair.
We kindly recommend this agency for tailor made trips.

This bespoke tour - our first visit to Vietnam - arranged by Minh in consultation with ourselves included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City and Pho Quoc. The trip was was really excellent, interesting and the organisation including selection of hotels, drivers meeting us off planes, car journeys and many other details were faultless. Our guides in Hanoi, Hue, Hoi An and HCMC were all knowledgeable and energetic. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, had great confidence in Custom Asia and Minh (who came to meet us in our first hotel). I would highly recommend Custom Asia and Minh to anyone. She could not have been more helpful.

We booked four of their tour packages and strung them together (Cambodia, Thailand, Laos and Viet Nam). We normally plan our travels ourselves but felt this option better for South Asia. The itinerary, guides and drivers were great. Everything pretty much went as planned, being on a private tour meant we moved at our own pace and when we wanted to really focus on something we just informed the guide or driver. We watched other large groups plod around while we were nimble and much better informed about places of interest. They arranged everything from hotels, domestic air, land and water travel, and tour meals. Both my wife and I rate them as excellent in these areas. Our guides took us places we would never have found on our own which made excursions that much more interesting. We also give full marks to the drivers, driving in South Asia is a story in itself. We don't have a negative word whatsoever about this Company. Lastly, our tour coordinator Susan was exceptional as she went above and beyond numerous times for us. Fantastic trip, a real personal experience and great value for what you receive; we were treated royally!

Fiona from Custom Asia Travel went above and beyond to make my private tour work like clockwork! Drivers and guides were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. It was faultless with all internal hotels, transfers and travel as planned while also catering for personal preferences. Would not hesitate to recommend them for all Vietnam and Cambodia travel.

Dịch vụ của Custom Asia travel làm tôi rất hài lòng: Tour thực hiện đúng lịch trình; hướng dẫn viên nhiệt tình và hiểu biết đã giúp Đoàn có thêm những hiểu biết về những điểm tham quan; chỗ ở sạch sẽ; các bữa ăn rất ngon và rất nhiều món để khách thưởng thức. Chính vì chất lượng tour của Custom Asia travel mà tôi đã đi Mù Cang Chải hai lần trong tháng 9.2020.

My husband and I used Custom Tours and Ms. Minh Ninh was our travel specialist. From the moment I made contact with her she was not only helpful but she gave us fantastic service, responding to questions and requests almost immediately, I often wondered if she slept!. We have used other tour companies for private tours in other countries and we have found that by doing so we can plan a trip to do what we want when we want. When I first contacted Ms.Ninh I gave her a rough itinerary and she was able to add to it and make excellent suggestions as to both things to see and hotels to use. We spent time in the south, central and north of Vietnam. We had 3 different guides, all of who we thoroughly enjoyed spending time with, we will never forget driving on scooters behind our guide and driver through the mud in Nimh Binh! We learned so much more about Vietnam just by talking to them. They were not only informative but also fun to be with. We were particularly glad we were using Custom Travel during these troubling times. When we were in Hanoi our first hotel closed (as were many others) but Ms. Ninh took care of everything. She was also able to find us a new cruise ship on a days notice after the one we were suppose to be using was taken out of service. We were very pleased with Custom Tours and would certainly recommend them to others! I would be happy to answer and further questions. Many, many thanks to all the staff of Custom Tours!

Custom Travel is excellent service 👍. I had been helping from Rosie. Who had arranged all the details for me. I am very happy and enjoy my trip to Vietnam. Rosie is very professional and knowledgeable. She keeps the trip on time and communicate very well. I would plan another trip with Custom Travel team again. We checked few tour company agents before we deciding to make our trip with Mina from Custom Vietnam Travel office.
We made together with Mina our tour plan, deciding to what area we want to go and visit and also deciding about the hotel choose for us.
All plans with a lot of patience until we were satisfied.
The tour arrangements was also very good including taking care for Visa, Flights,Hotels,car and professional tourist guide all over the trip.
No problem with Flax-ability and changes according to our wish on site decisions.
We made together with Mina our tour plan, deciding to what area we want to go and visit and also deciding about the hotel choose for us.
All plans with a lot of patience until we were satisfied.
