I was picked up on time and went straight to see the Bangladesh parliament. It was a good view and explanation, however, we could only get so close as I am a foreigner. The flower markets were next along with the university, Hindu Temple, Star Mosque and Armenian Church. The lunch was good in a local restaurant along with the market walk and river boat ride. My favourite was seeing the Ashan Manzil (Pink Palace), seeing the architecture with my own eyes and listening to the history from the fantastic guidance of Nawabi, as he had been doing through the whole tour.

We had a fabulous day tour with Al-amin Farazi. We started at 8 AM at our hotel and he reviewed the planned itinerary with us and made some modifications based on our feedback and wishes. Then we set off to explore Dhaka! The highlight was walking around old Dhaka and heading to the river to see the ferry boats and the “lifeline” of Bangladesh. Lunch was tasty and fun, and and we felt really safe and cared for throughout the day. If we return to Bangladesh, we hope to have him as a tour guide again.

Immersive day tour of Dhaka. I enjoyed my time with Mahib, he’s an excellent guide as he’s familiar with the city and its culture and sights. I highly recommend booking this tour

My friend and I did this tour with Mahib. What an amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable about the country and he was happy to explain everything calmly to us. We had a lot of questions as it was our first time in Bangladesh and he was more than happy to answer our questions. He showed us a lot of interesting places and we were also able to try different Bangladesh foods. And the best part, he was a great photographer and was able to take wonderful pictures for us throughout the experience. Our driver was also amazing (though unfortunately I forget his name). If you are in Bangladesh for the first time I highly recommend this tour. What a wonderful experience we had! 10/10 would recommend especially with Mahib.

It was my spl trip after Eid , therefore I had full access of comfort of an ac car while visiting the city because roads were not so jammed .. no need to take rickshaw.. wow it was amazing experience , like the old historical city as well as new modern city ..it covered all . For lunch always ask for dish like kachhi biriyani with chinigura rice at old Dhaka city resturant only .. it will blow your mind . Also in the morning near lalbag for there is a tea stall with snacks that was mind blowing taste just ask for it !!

Didn’t visit the pink palace, nobody warned us it was closed on Thursdays. Also very minimal effort from the guide with regards of timing. We arrived at the mosque during the prayer time so couldn’t enter

We have found the following comments as the response of the said review. We apology for any inconvenience.
With due respect, we are completely disagreed with this kind review.
First of all our respected travelers have visited all sites accordingly. The Biggest fact was the company provide them a Full-time Air-conditioning vehicle throughout the tour with no extra payment which was not included.
They also visited Pink Palace Ahsan Manzil, (Pink palace entry was not included). They booked the tour on Thursday, and Thursday is Day-off for the Pink Palace and National Museum as per the government policy. As it was mentioned also, but though, our respective Guide took them to the Pink Palace for outside visit and provide them history and fact. They have captured a lot of picture all day long even of the Pink Palace too. They have visited Star Mosque too not inside due to running prayer.
Moreover, our respective guide made them 3 extra visits as following for their convenience, which was not included and they appreciated that happily.
1. Shahbagh flower market (a heritage market),
2. Armenian Church of Holly resurrection (abandoned centuries old Church from Armenian Merchants and
3. Mridha Mosque as a complimentary offer.
They said it was great day while their Boat ride. Everything went very well, and our respective guide found them happy whole day. We have also cross check with our Boatman and the driver, and they found them happy throughout the tour.
So, we do not think, it’s not a good idea to judge a tour only because of two sites day-off due to Government policy. Thank you though.

Being shown around Dhaka by someone that truly loves his country was an absolute pleasure. Mahim not only showed me the best places, he gave me the history of everywhere we went. Not only the best places, but the best foods and deserts that Bangladesh had to offer. The traffic in Dhaka was insane, but Mahim made it enjoyable the whole time. I would look forward to having Mahim show me around the rest of Bangladesh the next time I am in the country.

If you want to explore Dhaka, then this is the tour for you. History, architecture, wet market, sea port, boat ride, local markets, Armenian church, Liberation Museum (very informative), National Museum, flower market, food tour, tuk tuk, and rickshaw rides. Tour guide Al Amine, speaks great English, is knowledgeable, funny!, and will tailor the tour to what you like to see.

Regarding your question, it's a private tour up to 4 travelers travel together with a single guide and depends on booking. If the booking is not from other traveler we can do it for a single guest. Hello, we are two architects from China and our main interest in visiting Dhaka is to visit the parliament house (entering into the parliament house). We submitted the application about one month ago to the secratary at the parliament but did not hear back from them. We can book this tour but is it possible for you to help us to visit inside the building? We have all the materials available. Thank you!
