Fra flyplassen til sigiriya. det tar 4 timer å nå sigiriya.
På vei til å besøke dabulla huletempel.
Det antas også å være hjemsted for forhistoriske srilankere, da det er funnet gravplasser med skjeletter som er omtrent 2700 år gamle. Først etter ankomsten av buddhismen til Sri Lanka blomstret imidlertid hulene. Det er tradisjonelt antatt at Valagamba fra Anuradhapura fikk hulene omgjort til et tempel.
Etter å ha besøkt dabulla-tempelet skal vi spise en tradisjonell lunsj på Sri Lanka.
Etter lunsj skal vi besøke minneriya National Park. Det er det beste stedet å se elefantene på villmarka. Det tar som det er 3 til 3 og en halv time i nasjonalparken. Etter endt minneriya nasjonalpark skal vi til hotellet. Overnatting sigiriya. Slapp av på hotellet og spiser middag fra hotellet.

My wife and I visited Sri Lanka at the start of November 2019 and Suwa was out tour guide & driver. We managed to see and do so much in the 7 days and that was down to Suwa. He speaks good English and has good knowledge of the history and customs of Sri Lanka, very polite, honest, flexible and reliable. The hotels he recommend were exceptional.
We wound highly recommend Suwa if you want a hassle free trip to Sri Lanka...

Absolutely loved our time in Sri Lanka and that’s all due to Suwa provided us with the best recommendations. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone who was travelling to Sri Lanka as he made our trip so memorable.

My fiancée and I visited the country at the end of December 2018 and until the 6th January 2019 and we loved it. Suwa was our driver (but also a very good and talented guide in describing the places and traditions of his country), and thanks to his help our travelling experience across Sri Lanka was even more memorable. He has great driving skills which allow him to offer a very comfortable travelling experience in spite of sometimes curvy roads and long distances especially with a packed schedule as it was in our case. He is polite, discrete, flexible and sociable. To sum up Suwa is the perfect driver/guide and we could not have hoped for anybody better.
We highly recommend Suwa if you want your trip to be perfect!

Suwa was our personal driver for ten days in Colombo. He service was excellent. He is very humble, easy to work with, speaks good English, and very knowledgeable about his country. Suwa would take us back and forth from our Hotel to the convention center, often multiple times through out the day. He took us to restaurants for dinner, and nick nacks around Colombo if needed. He even picked up our Bose Headphones that we had forgotten on the plane, from the Airport lost and found. A very trustworthy person. Would highly recommended him to anyone. Some persons in our party hired him after we left to explore Sri Lanka further for another 4 days.

There are no words good and kind enough nor a rating high enough to properly describe how wonderful experience we got!
My girlfriend and I came to Sri Lanka on 5th of January where we arranged a driver/guide to pick us from the airport and do a round tour with us through Sri Lanka for 9 out of 15 days of our stay.
The guy that picked us up was SUWA - the COOLEST guy that we could possibly encounter!
Right from the start we felt that he is not going to be just our driver but that we could actually become friends with him. And so it happened like that!
Suwa is one extremely kind, polite, smart, humble and professional person. Also, he is very funny and a cool guy to spend the time with. Right from the beginning he listened carefully to all our ideas and wishes and what is more important, he gave us numerous great advices what to do and where to go. And because of that, WE GOT THE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME, we had the most authentic Sri Lankan 15 days that a person can possibly get!
Our trip was a round tour through next cities: Negombo Airport - Polonaruwa - Sigiriya - Minneriya National Park - Kandy - Nuwara Elia - Haputale - Ella - Dyialuma waterfall - Mirissa - Weligama - Galle - Hikkaduwa - Bentota - Negombo.
And if I’d try to describe how wonderful it was at all of that places I would have to write for days.
The biggest reason for such an amazing experience was once again our guy - SUWA!
Sri Lanka is an astonishing country full of natural, cultural and human beauties and before the trip we expected a lot. But because of Suwa we got so much more!
At every moment spent with Suwa we felt like we were at home and not in some foreign country far away from Croatia. We felt safe and relaxed and he was ready to help with anything that we needed.
And not only that, but during the whole trip Suwa would give us or show us different authentic Sri Lankan things as a surprise. From taking us to eat countless tropical fruits to showing us how the rubber is produced from the trees. He even taught us how to cook authentic Sri Lankan recipes. And that experience is not something you can get by just reading tour guides and doing the tour by yourself.
We were so happy with Suwa and we had such a nice time with him for first 6 days that we were more than happy to arrange with him that he stays with us for all 15 days till the end and not just for 9 days what was our initial deal.
To sum up, Sri Lanka is a beautiful country which was even more beautiful for us because of Suwa.
We came there not knowing anyone, but we left with having a Sri Lankan friend! :)

My partner and I spent a week travelling around Sri Lanka with the wonderful Suwa as our tour guide and by the end of the trip, became a good friend.
We had some great adventures, getting up close and personal with elephants in a protected nature reserve, swimming with sea turtles, watching beautiful sunsets and waking up to spectacular sunrises. We met lovely locals, visited tea farms, ate delicious food, stayed in gorgeous hotels and viewed breathtaking scenery.
Suwa is a kind and friendly chap, a fabulous travelling companion / tour guide. I highly recommend a holiday in Sri Lanka and even more so with Suwa showing you the way.

My wife Mahima and I visited Sri Lanka last month to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary, and I must say that it was our good luck and good fortune to have chanced upon Suwa. We booked a 5 day trip with him and traveled to Negombo, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Colombo. It was an absolutely amazing experience.
Firstly, I must say that Suwa is a fantastic driver. His Nissan car was well maintained and spotless. My wife suffers from travel sickness and yet did not feel a moment's discomfort with Suwa in the driver's seat, and we spent a lot of time on the road.
Suwa is also extremely knowledgeable about Sri Lanka. He knows the best places to visit and is adept at customizing a trip according to your budget, energy levels, desired pace and various other factors. He is well connected across the island and is therefore able to organize great experiences at short notice.
His mannerisms are polite and his English speaking skills are excellent. His responsiveness is excellent, and not for a moment did we feel lost or stranded in a foreign land! Suwa was always there, dot on time, at the place that he said he would be.
In fact, Suwa engaged with me continuously even before the trip on Whatsapp, in order to help us plan the trip and make sure that we were well set before the trip started.
Suwa always goes the extra mile in making his clients happy. As an example, he pulled off a miracle by organizing first class observation car train tickets for us from Nanu Oya to Kandy at the very last moment, something which usually takes months of advance planning! He did this in a completely cool and unruffled manner, without any stress whatsoever! We were quite amazed.
Although an airport pickup was not part of the initial deal, Suwa once again went the extra mile and met us at the Airport, to ensure that we would not have to run around organizing travel to our hotel late at night.
The best thing about Suwa is that he paces the trip according to your personal requirements, and also adapts the trip dynamically based on changing situations.... We were able to see a surprising number of places in just 5 days... and yet it did not seem like a hurried journey!
I must say that it will be a blessing for any traveler to have Suwa as their travel guide and companion. He will ensure that your trip is a memorable one. I very strongly recommend him.
