We were picked up from our hotel in Istanbul (slightly delayed but wasn’t a problem). Our trip down with our driver Ali was very pleasant. Once we arrived in Ecebat we had a short walk to a fantastic Turkish lunch. It was then off to Gallipoli with our guide Chari who was sensational. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of presenting the facts from both the ANZAC and Turkish perspectives. This tour is a definite must do! We stayed the night at The Kolin in Canakkal after a short ferry ride. This hotel was beautiful and very well located. The next day we were picked up and taken to Troy. Although great to hear the history some parts were closed ( for repairs etc). Our trip back to Istanbul with Ari was again very pleasant.

Two very different but equally excellent days on Gallipoli peninsula and at the Troy site. Knowledgable, friendly guides who brought passion for their topic, detailed and accurate historical knowledge and a delightful personal touch to their work. Super-efficient and friendly office staff who did a perfect job in coordinating the pickups and return to Istanbul, and comfortable and clean transport driven by skilled and attentive drivers. Cannot speak highly enough of the experience and thoroughly recommend this company.
The overnight in Canakkale is at a relatively 'local' hotel but it was clean, comfortable and included a great breakfast. No complaints at all.

We had the most amazing time on this tour with passionate tour guides. Canakkale was the most awesome city to visit. Great food and histroically rich country side. Crowded House tours were fantastic from start to finish and took really great care of us. Please forgive me mis-spelling names... Belant the tour guide at Gallipoli... on a rainy day he was just as passionate and enthusiastic, as well as proud of the Turkish experience in World War I. Josh the bus driver, Uran, the amazing tour guide at Troy, and lastly Heisenberg, the new face of Crowded house Tours who was nurtured by Uran at Troy.

Incredible few days with this truly amazing team. So an early start day one in a lovely comfortable minibus from Istanbul 0630/0700 ish from our hotel door 2/2.5hrs until the stop for breakfast (breakfast own cost). 2hrs after breakfast stop we arrived in Eceabat & met the Crowded House Tours Team (love that name & really efficient & friendly team!) quick stop for a scrummy lunch at Limak Restaurant (included) before departing on our first tour Anzac - Galliopli - incredible sites & learnt so much from the incredible guide (Bulant) more than we expected. Overnight in Grand Anzac Hotel - Canakkale (across on ferry return tkt included) - lovely hotel overnight (included) great restaurant close by we visited called Sea Side Restaurant for fish dinner (own cost). Breakfast day 2 included in hotel package - 0815 start sadly due to weather part of our booked trip (snorkelling) couldn’t be completed but the incredible team at Crowded House instead gave us a replacement tour to Helles (we were advised & asked if we were happy on our arrival in Eceabat day one) So in 2 days we got to visit Anzac, Helles Point & Troy. Long 2 days but worth every second, fantastic guides (Bulant - thank you so much), incredibly safe & patient team of drivers who took every care to ensure our journeys were comfortable, on time & safe. Could not fault the Crowded House Team - would highly recommend & certainly would use again if back this way - Thank you for a really great few days

We toured Gallipoli, Troy and Pargamon across two days. Being American, I was not familiar with battle at Gallipoli. However, the passion of our guide, Hasan, brought the battle to life. There were also Australians on our tour who talked of the importance of the pilgrimage. This is not a tour I would have chosen, but I am glad that I got to learn about it through their eyes.
The tour of Troy was also informative and entertaining. For this tour, Gezer was our guide. The myth and mystery of the Trojan horse was interesting to learn about. I particularly liked the trip to Pargamon. The site is well preserved. There was so much history shared, I wish I had taken a few more notes. At the end of this tour, we visited a textile cooperative where we saw women making rugs.

A tour company with sI was able to go on a tour of Gallipoli and then Troy with this tour group. I was picked up from near my hotel in Istanbul and went for a two day trip, with the first day being Gallipoli and the second day Troy. The guides were superb. Burak in particular told the stories of Gallipoli well and gave a sense of the place, the history, and the aftermath of the battle well. I was very impressed. ome excellent guides

The perfect way to see these attractions.
Collection from the hotel was ideal, and all other organisation very well done.
This tour allowed me to see both locations in the easiest possible way.
The tours themselves were both excellent, with very qualified guides who knew all about their topic.
Overnight hotel provided was excellent; clean and modern.
Provided meals simple but nice.
Exceeded my expectations, and was a wonderful experience.
Crowded House are strongly recommended.

I participated in a 2 day tour which included Gallipoli on the first day plus Troy and Gallipoli boat tour on the second day with overnight stay in Canakkale.
Ramazan was responsive and clear in his communication in the lead up to the tour. Both the driver from Istanbul to Eceabat and return were excellent as were all the staff I dealt with (apologies but I do not recall the name of my guide for the boat tour!) Last but not least was the exceptional tour guide, Boraq, who I was fortunate to have for both Gallipoli and Troy. He was both knowledgeable and humorous which lead to a great experience. Hotel Kale 17 provided an excellent room for my night in Canakkale and it is ideally located.

We took a 2 day/1 night tour with Crowded House from Istanbul to Eceabet/Gallipoli on day one, staying in Canakkale overnight and then Troy on day 2.
We were hugely impressed with all aspects of this tour, which we booked on the strength of other reviews. We were not disappointed. It was very well organised, well communicated and brilliantly hosted by Crowded House staff throughout. Ramazan responds incredibly promptly and efficiently and runs a slick operation. Our guides, Bulant for Gallipoli and Burak for Troy were hugely knowledgeable and enthusiastic and we enjoyed their input immensely. Troy, in particular, benefits from a guide and I wouldn't recommend visiting without one.
We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel included in the tour in Canakkale - it felt fresh and modern and was well situated for what turned into a lively evening there. We also enjoyed the free time in Canakkale before heading on to Troy.
Transport was in excellent minibuses/minivans and was comfortable and well maintained.

I chose the Crowded House tour for Gallipoli based on the reviews I read for the guides, and this didn't disappoint. A throughly well organised tour from pick up in Istanbul all the way through to returning the following night on a brand new mini bus with charging points, and a very safe driver.
My guides for Gallipoli (Burak) and for Troy were both fantastic and super passionate about what they are teaching. I learned a lot. Do the 2 day if you can, I feel as though I would have been disappointed if I only did a day trip to Troy as the tour was much shorter. Gallipoli was fabulous with many stops, and everyone sang me Happy Birthday at ANZAC cove even though no one knew my name😅
Having the morning to explore Canakkale was nice and the hotel was great.
This was one of the better priced tours and the 'risk' of having up to 30 people paid off we were under 10 for both. Highly recommend!
