Excellent driver service. Zaid is very responsive and is really on top of things. Very fair rates as well. Our driver, Mohammed, was a real professional. Needed a ride from Petra to Amman airport and it went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

TransJordan showed me the best time in Jordan during my 5-day trip that I booked with them in September.
As a solo woman traveler, it’s easy to spend the entirety of a trip feeling on guard, but Zaid was attentive, respectful, and really looked out for me throughout my stay.
Some highlights of traveling with TransJordan,
1. Efficiency. I only had to tell Zaid about key sites and activities that I wanted to do and he planned the rest. TransJordan scheduled my visits based on geographic location and what made the most sense, got back to me with a tentative plan, listened to my feedback, and together we created an awesome itinerary. By traveling with Zaid, I didn’t have to stress about traffic, where to stop for fuel, or highway checkpoints. This man KNOWS Jordan and has so many friends and connections throughout the tourism industry that at each destination I ended up in very good hands.
2. Integrity. TransJordan won me over while I was choosing between tour companies (there are so many) to kick off my around-the-country trip. There was a booking error on the platform where I booked my airport transfer with TransJordan. My ride from the airport was actually supposed to cost more, but Zaid honored the price I had originally paid since the booking error was neither of our faults.
3. Relaxation. Zaid is so CHILL. Since I was on a Solon trip, Zaid was happy to stop wherever and whenever I wanted to (within reason). I am a huge animal lover and when I saw a herd of goats beside the highway my first day with Zaid, he gladly stopped and asked the owners of the goats if I could say hello. By booking TransJordan, I had someone looking out for me and someone able to translate for me, all in one.
4. Non-judgmental. Zaid was super respectful about my family back home wanting photos of ID before I booked my trip. I think no matter what type of traveler you are, even from a marginalized background, Zaid can guide you safely through Jordan. I am an Afro-Caribbean American woman who was traveling alone and I didn’t have to deal with harassment or blatant racism while traveling with Zaid. He was honest about any questions I posed regarding the culture and prejudices. I didn’t have a fake polished version of the country, Zaid helped me see Jordan for what it and many other countries are: a beautiful place, with kind, artistic, intelligent people with a history and political situation as difficult and as tricky as any other nation in the world.
5. Kindness. Zaid from TransJordan really has a big heart. Like I know I talk about my dog too much in the car and Zaid never made me feel weird about it. Even though I was late getting up and out of the hotels multiple times, Zaid was never judgmental and simply adapted to the time constraints we had left. I felt so secure with Zaid. My package included lodging, activities, the van (that came with wifi), a car charger for all types of ports, fuel, and of course Zaid’s time and all the care and energy he put into making sure I had an AWESOME trip. Zaid checked in with me throughout my stays for feedback: to know if the hotels were comfortable or what I expected, to make sure I was eating well and had the foods I wanted.
I cannot emphasize enough how quickly you should book TransJordan if you get the chance. Seriously. I could not have hoped for a better driver, a tourism professional, and hopefully now, a lifelong friend. It’s definitely clear from the photos in which I was constantly beaming.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Fast easy communication, went above and beyond to ensure we had great experience. Great quality cars and drivers. Comfortable, safe and relaxing journey around Jordan. Great value for money too. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. The car is very comfortable, large and with very good a/c. The driver, Muhammad, is super reliable (on time, very cautious and respectful person, helpful and very knowledgeable). Everything better than expected. All his recommendations were excellent and always caring and respectful. Undoubtedly the best driver in Jordan.

I booked the car from Amman to Wadi Al Mujib and the Dead Sea. Zaid, the driver was punctual and easy going. He arranged for me the entrance fee to the wadi and the hotel pass to the Dead Sea. He even did an extra short trip to the salt beach upon my request.
The car ride was comfortable and smooth. I also booked with him for transport to the airport. He communicated very promptly through WhatsApp for the arrangement.
Would highly recommend this company!

Our driver Mohammad was excellent. His service as our personal driver throughout our journey through Amman, Petra, Wadi rum and the Dead Sea was exceptional. His driving was superb and he ensured the car was maintained throughout our trip. Mohammad was very polite, accommodating to our requests, thoroughly professional, respectful and his pleasant company made us feel like he was part of our family. He made our trip truly enjoyable and memorable.

I booked this tour to get from Amman to Petra, while seeing some historical sites, en route, as I couldn’t find any other tours that met my exact desires. I am SO GLAD I did so, as this operator was phenomenal. The drivers (Haitham and Basil) were extremely friendly and professional, and they displayed a genuine desire in making sure I was satisfied with the service received and that I experienced the wonderful sights and tastes of Jordan; the cars were very clean and in great condition, as well. I had such a great experience on the day that I booked this service that I ended up utilizing this company for additional tour transportation. I highly recommend this company, and they will be the ones I use when I return to Jordan!!!

Right from our airport pick up until drop he was so meticulous in planning the travels and made us very comfortable. Had great time at Petra and Dead Sea

We booked Zaid for a two day trip to Wadi Rum and Petra. He was always on time and offered lots of suggestions for additional sightseeing. His car was clean and comfortable. His English was pretty good. He bought us dessert in Amman on our way back to our hotel. He clearly communicated where he would meet us and what time (asking our preferences first) once we were dropped off at the various hotels. We were apprehensive going to Jordan, but Zaid put us at ease and we had a very enjoyable visit to beautiful Wadi Rum (along with a jeep tour in the desert and a camel ride) and obtained the services of guides at Petra and the Citadel in Amman.

Zaid was our driver in Jordan for the week during our visit. He was always keen to please, knew the good stops not on our schedule. Treated us to coffee and helped out with any changes to our itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was clean and comfortable with water provided. My friend was unwell on the last day and Zaid messaged when we got back to UK to see if she was feeling better! Five star service.
