It is a shame how the current museum is in maintenance, even though they are in the process of change, pieces packed in the middle, dust in the display cases, the floor broken, dirty and deteriorated.
A Museum that houses pieces of this category cannot give that image, although I reiterate, it is in a process of change.

The itinerary for this tour is well put together but sometimes feels rushed, especially at the museum when we appreciate taking our time to digest the information and to enjoy the displays. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly but kept asking inappropriate questions to our female companion, making the experience less enjoyable.

Excellent day tour to the Citadel, bazaar market and museum Egypt with the most incredible guide tour guy name Issam, who was as a best friend companion, definitely I recomend to take this tour with Emmo company for a enjoyable day

Excellent time and well worth it!! We weren’t sure what to expect but it was more than we could’ve hoped for. We were picked up exactly on time by Ibrahim and Tonsi. They were extremely accommodating. We were transferring from one hotel to another and they assisted with our luggage. They took us to the local cafe for breakfast. Everything was included in the extremely affordable cost. We talked and sat with the local people. We then went to the bazaar where Tonsi ensured no one haggled us and took excellent photos for us. We dropped our luggage off to the following hotel and then continued the tour to the pyramids of Giza. On our way to the hotel Ibrahim stopped at a local farmer and bought us Fresh fruit to enjoy! Tonsi took so many great photos of us and Ibrahim was always ready the minute we were ready to move to the next activity. We went to the camel rides and the selected
Guide was also great! He took great photos of us. We purchased scarfs from a local vendor and Tonsi felt the vendor overcharged us so when we completed the camel rides he had the vendor provide us with more souvenirs to accommodate for the cost. The tour continued to the Sphinx and then to lunch where we are at a local restaurant with excellent Egyptian food. Tonsi and Ibrahim ensured we were safe, comfortable, and enjoyed our day. We later went to a rooftop restaraunt for dinner and watched the pyramid light show. We enjoyed more excellent food and their company. Tonsi arranged for the dr to meet us at the restaurant to get our COVID test for travel and everything was a great experience. We 100% would recommend booking with this company and specify would request Ibrahim and Tonsi. When we return to Egypt with our children we will definitely book with them again. Our experience couldn’t have been any better and it was thanks to our guide Tonsi and driver Ibrahim! Until next time!!!

Sayed Mahmoud and Waleed did a FANTASTIC job as our tour guide and driver. You will see (and learn) so much. They will arrange absolutely everything for you and there is no stress at all. They also make sure you have plenty of food and water throughout the day and will even throw in extra activities. They recognize that how you want to spend your time is up to you and they will literally exhaust themselves in trying to make you happy. If you book with EMO tours, ensure that you're with Sayed Mahmoud (tour guide) and Waleed (driver)!

Wonderful experience! I thoroughly enjoyed the Egyptian Museum. We had a great tour guide that explained a lot of the artifacts. We loved the market place as well- Khan Khalil Bazaar…very exciting lol. The Citadel had the best view of Cairo and Giza!

We were lucky enough to have our tour guide Ahmed Elsayed for our 2nd tour in Cairo - he's the best. So knowledgeable, friendly, doesn't rush you and makes great recommendations throughout the tour, and takes wonderful photos for you. He knows all the spots and best places to take the perfect shots! We started our day at the Citadel & Mosque of Mohammed Ali (absolutely stunning), then to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (a must) and finished at Khan Khalil Bazaar, where we were able to buy all our souvenirs and gifts.. Our driver Mustafa was great, professional driver who knows how best to get around Cairo. We can't say enough great things, we enjoyed our Cairo Day Tour and couldn't have asked for a better guide - we highly recommend Emo Tours and requesting Ahmed Elsayed as your guide, you'll have a magical experience and really get to know Cairo the city and the local people.

Ahmed Nour Eldien is an amazing guide, I highly recommend him! He has a very deep knowledge of both Ancient Egypt and Islamic Cairo, and flawless English, so is the perfect person to introduce you to Egypt!

Best way to see all of Cairo! Tonsi was the most amazing tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about all of Cairo and answered all of our questions. We felt safe the whole time! We went to the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Mosque, and the Bazaar. We got a local lunch that was amazing!! It is our second tour with Emo tours and I highly recommend them!

This tour was great. Our guide Mohamed Hamed was fantastic. Think about stretching your horizons wider too when you go. When it comes to packing a lot of activities into a day, turn to the pros. EMO Tours also did all the arrangements for a day trip from Cairo to Luxor - 45 min flight, then the Valley of the Kings, Tut's tomb etc, then a flight home. We had a guide, Mohamed Hamed on a few day tours in Cairo, he was great and let us know that a trip like Luxor in a day could also be arranged with EMO. A few minutes on his phone while we were driving home from the Citadel and he had it all arranged with the EMO office. Talk about no stress, bless him he made it so easy! And trust me, Egypt is safe these days. Go! Enjoy ! Helpful Hint, courtesy of Mohamed - bring a small penlight to Egypt Museum, some of the info cards are heard to read.
