E' stato un tour pazzesco . Abbiamo scelto questo tour io e mio fratello per il 28 settembre. La nostra organizzatrice Rana Sayed è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima nell'organizzarlo insieme ad altri tour. L'autista è stato molto bravo e la guida è stata super : ci ha spiegato tantissimo e parlava nella nostra lingua , così da farci sentire più accolti e tranquilli . Il tour è pieno di archeologia ma anche di visite a cose del quotidiano come la creazione di essenze , papiri o tappeti. Inutile dirvi la maestosità delle piramidi visitate o della sfinge e l'emozione di entrare dentro una di esse come gli antichi archeologi ( non adatto ai claustrofobici o con limitazioni fisiche/mentali). Lo consiglio vivamente perchè in un giorno sazierete del tutto la vostra voglia di archeologia egiziana.

We had a great time with our guide 'Sam' and shout out to our driver Ahmed, it was a plesant suprise to have a private tour!
As pick up was 7:00am, we got to all the destinations earlier than other tours so there was not too many people around. Sam was very informative and made sure to tell us, in detail, the history of the sights, some of which was not what we were taught! He also took lots of photos of us and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.
We were taken to a traditional papyrus paper making shop, really interesting but the employee was trying too hard to get us to buy something. The traditional bedouin shop was great, the owner spent time talking to us about the different oils, what they're for and letting us try anything we were interested in, he was very hospitable, we brought some natural oils for a great price, highly recommend.
It would have been nice to know before hand that there were payable extras e.g., going into a tomb, camel ride, the shops. We would have brought more cash with us, Sam payed for our camel ride and offered for us to pay him back later, this was really kind of him to do so and saved us from potentially missing out. Lunch was at a traditional Egytian restaurant, the food was really good but we did have to pay for drinks which was fine but we were only told this when we got there.
Overall fantastic experience, definitely recommed this company!

we relied on SPT both for transport to/from the airport and for private car trips from hurghada to luxor.everything in a simple way and on time.they are so kind and helpful that we also booked excursions to saqqara and dashur with them. we felt really safe and in great company.I highly recommend SPT if you don't want to think about anything ;)

Our tour guide arrived at our hotel on time and seemingly had lots of knowledge about Egyptian history, customs and traditions. We appreciated this knowledge.
However, when our guide asked us if we would like to visit the Papyrus museum and Egyptian oil store that were not included in the tour, we immediately knew what we were in for.
My husband and I declined the offer but our guide insisted that we could just look and not be pressured into buying anything.
We were taken to the Papyrus museum first. We were shown how the paper was made but straight away we were given the hard sell, taken into a dark room with glow in the dark paintings on papyrus. We explained we didn’t want to buy anything. After about ten minutes of negotiating, we walked out without having bought anything and our tour guide seemed a bit annoyed that he had to finish his coffee quickly.
We were then taken to an oil and perfume shop and again were forced to sit down and listen to a long spiel. When we declined to buy anything again, the shop assistant became agitated and almost aggressive - trying to bargain with us. We were extremely uncomfortable and felt threatened.
We told our guide that we absolutely didn’t want to go to any more shops.
After this our guide became uninterested and less hospitable.
Overall, we would not recommend this company.

I usually plan a lot for each country I go to and it can get hectic but sun pyramids tours took away all the stress in planning. I booked 3 tours with them and it was amazing. I got to see all the sites I wanted to visit and the included lunch each day was amazing as well. They took you to all the sites and great shopping (cloths, carpets, jewelry, spices, oils, souvenirs). You get picked up at your hotel and get to enjoy in a nice comfortable private car with A/C. The driver (Ramy) was amazing and very hospitable and our tour guide (Medhat) was the best. He told us about all the sites and is a very nice guy. He is also English speaking so please ask for him once you book your tour. Overall amazing and will recommend to all family and friends!

An awesome experience! They pick up us in time for a private tour. The guide was fantastic in explaining us all the Egypt history. The lunch was really good, and all the staff was very kind. If we come back to Egypt I am sure I will contact them.

Booked at very short notice - very good service and reasonable price. Our tour guide Sameh was excellent and very knowledgable and passionate and made it good fun too! Our driver, also called sameh was great and got us around all the spots well - overall would definitely recommend!

We visited the Pyramids as part of a private tour with Sun Pyramids. Our guide, Mahmoud Emam was knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. He waited patiently as we kept taking millions of photos :) He suggested a camel ride into the panorama area for the experience and for photos. He took us to all the relevant places, answered queries and accommodated our requests. The driver Abdu was also very polite and helpful.
We had a busy itinerary ( visiting Dahshur, Memphis and Saqqara after the visit to the Pyramids) and though it felt like Mahmoud was rushing along and making decisions for us, in the end it was all right because we realised we would never have made it if we lingered more at the Pyramids. We finished everything literally on the dot at closing time. So thanks to Mahmoud and Abdu for all their suggestions and especially for all the wonderful photos he took of us on his very fancy iPhone 14 Pro Max 👍🏼 His best suggestion was to not try and visit the inside of the Giza pyramids and instead do the experience at the Red Pyramid in Dahshur; it was a much better adventure and we had literally zero wait time!
Visiting the Giza pyramids was a surreal experience; how many years we have spent reading about it, watching it on TV and learning about them in school, to be there in front of these massive structures was magical. The biggest benefit of having a guide, though, (as is literally the case anywhere else in Egypt), is avoiding the street vendors. I had read about this on multiple blogs and was pleasantly surprised to find no one bothering us, quickly realising that it's the benefit of walking alongside a local. We saw many people, especially women having a hard time keeping away persistent vendors - well, it's tourist season and their livelihood depends on it, so no hard feelings, but it doesn't make for the best holiday experience.
When you are up close near the Pyramids you realise what colossal structures they are, (2mn+ stones used in the construction of the Great Pyramid) and the size of each block of limestone is mind boggling. There was a huge line to get inside the Great Pyramid, but our guide suggested that we could have the same experience at the Red Pyramid in Dahshur with zero crowds, and we are very happy we took the advice; it made for a more adventurous experience. I would totally recommend it. You can either take a camel ride into the Panorama area where the camel guide will take pictures for you atop the animals or you can take your own pictures.
You can easily spend a couple of hours at the Pyramids of Giza. Go early in the morning to get a relatively peaceful experience. The gates open at 7am during Ramadaan so we were not so lucky, loads of tourist buses were already there before we got there by 8:45am.

My husband and me went with the guide Mahmoud Emam and the driver, Zaher, and they were absolutely amazing with us! We learnt so much about all places and also, Mahmoud took perfect pictures for us! Egypt is a really wonderful country but the people like our guide and our driver are just the best.
