What can I say? The service from Mostafa and the tour guides (particulary Hany Ashour, who was our guide on the boat) was outstanding! Egypt Air lost our luggage and they went above and beyond to try and get it back for us. It actually turned up 4 days later, but would have taken longer had it not been for them.
My husband and I were on the cruise from Aswan to Luxor on the Movenpick Sunray. The boat itself was really nice, much better than the pictures. The food and service on the boat was outstanding and I loved the themed nights they did. I honestly do recommend this trip to anyone, we got to see so much history and in style! We also did the Abu Simbel trip and the balloon ride which were amazing. We are based in the UK and booked everything with Mostafa over what's app. Highly recommend the company! They really did look after us and made it a once in a lifetime trip!

We booked this Nile Cruise and could not be any happier. Our itinerary ended up changing after we booked our flight and Mo was on top of everything.
We originally would have missed Abu Simbel but he arranged a private drive early in the morning to make sure we could go. We also would have missed the last portion of the Luxor tour due to our flights and he once again found a way to get us in early the day before.
Most importantly, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made our time in Egypt unforgettable. We loved our time here and would recommend this tour group (and Mo specifically) to anyone.

I consider the tour excellent!!! We were able to visit the most important parts in the area. What I liked the most is the way our guide Mo explained everything in a very easy and entertaining way. He really made our trip more enjoyable. I would definitely do it again!!

Everything was great. Excellent day trips and good timing. Only recommendation would be that the cruises keep the docks clean and make sure animals (horses) are well fed and treated.
Our guide Mo was amazing. Good and short explanations on the site, and a great person. I would definitely recommend him.

We had two days in Aswan and visited Abu Simbel with our guide Sherif. His knowledge and expertise was second to none. He went above and beyond to ensure our experience was most memorable and enjoyable, and even made sure he took the best possible photos of us! He taught us not only the history but also the modern culture of his country. He always had a smile and made sure that we did too. We thoroughly recommend this tour but make sure to ask for Sherif to make it the best possible. He surpassed our expectations.

Our guide, Ahmed Elsayed, was super friendly, very well prepared and kind. He was always aware of what we wanted and he worked hard so that we had an incredible vacation.
We had a great experience. Customer care and service was very good. We took the cruise called Farah and I highly recommend it; The facilities, the food and the service were excellent.
I totally recommend Nile Cruisers.

I had a superb time on this tour thanks to my wonderful guide Sherif Ahmed! Sherif is a friendly, calm, and confident guide. He gave us flexibility and options, he was attentive to our needs. We did not feel rushed at all and was able to see all the sights. He greeted us each day with a smile and a very positive attitude! We appreciated his knowledge in Egyptian history and culture. Thank you for going above and beyond for our trip! Hend was the manager who helped us book the Historia cruise and tour, he was kind and prompt with his communication, thank you.

All in all, I was very happy with the company "Nile Cruisers". Their staff were always on time, extremely pleasant and everything just worked seamlessly from the time we landed in Cairo until the time we left. There was a party of 4 of us on this trip and every staff member made us feel very welcome and special and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
Mohammed was our tour guide while we were in Cairo for 2 days. He pretty much knows everything there is to know about the pyramids, temples & the pharaohs as he is a qualified egyptologist. I found him to be always on time, very helpful and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wanted an in-depth source of knowledge on Egyptian history.
Abu was our tour guide while on our river nile cruise. He is very personable and communicates in very good english. Plus he is extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history and culture and he makes learning about it all fun. He also went out of his way to ensure that we managed to see everything that was on our "to-visit-list" which we really appreciated as some days were very full on but we managed to visit all the places that we wanted to see in our short 5 days nile cruise.
Our cruise from Luxor to Aswan was on the Concorde II boat and again the staff onboard couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. They have an excellent chef onboard who cooks the most amazing food. The boat itself is very modern and clean and it was always a pleasant surprise when we entered our cabin to see what animal our towels had been folded into.
Thank you "Nile Cruisers" for an amazing and unforgettable holiday.
