Great Experience!!

Dr. Mo Guides were professional! He was very knowledgeable Hamdy was constantly trying to help us save money by talking to merchants directly before we paid for anything. He also paid for many small expenses and we just paid him in the end. He was also a great photographer!! The hot air balloon was cancelled because of the weather but they offered to plan for the next day.

Hassan is the kindest tour guide!

Hassan was our favorite tour guide during the entirety of our Egypt trip. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and is very patient. He went above and beyond capturing pictures/videos of us at every historical site/monument. I have never seen anyone take pictures so well and capture the moment so perfectly as he has done all day. He made our one day stay at Luxor unforgettable. The government had to cancel the hot air balloon ride due to poor weather, however, Hassan still gave us such a memorable day and added a motorboat ride on the Nile. We cannot wait to come back.

Would reconsider
I was really excited for this experience although there were a few mishaps that we were not to pleased with. We had booked a 4:30am hot air balloon ride…. The evening before we were told we would be getting picked up for 5:30… when I mentioned I booked the 4:30am sunrise, I was told the government changed the times and then proceeded to ask if I had other tours booked for my Cairo trip already. Luckily I had read recent reviews regarding this already… so I told them I was interested in the felluca ride if they could get me the sunrise hotair balloon ride. This changed quickly, I was told it was packed already but they found a company that would take us if we paid an addition $30USD/person and not to pay the hot air balloon provider but to pay the tour guide later on. Outrageous, but we complied as we wanted this experience. It was a phenomenal ride and we loved it ! Next we were picked up by the tour guide who was friendly and very knowledgeable. When we arrived at Valley of the Kings we were told tour guides don’t go inside the tombs which was fine, but if we wanted to buy a tickets for King Tut we had to pay an additional $15 USD /person for the explanation from him and then tried to sell us some DVD/post cards for $60USD and would sell it for half off… at this point I was feeling like we were being gouged, especially considering next stop they brought us to an Alabaster business, where again you feel pressured to purchase. Before lunch, we were offered the felluca ride for lunch at an additional cost, which we declined. Lunch at a local resto was delicious at $15USD each + drinks. Next we proceeded with 1h car ride to Kanark Temple, although we were tired and it was hot out, I feel like this was rushed and before we knew it the tour was over….. without visiting or even asking if we wanted to visit the Luxor Temple which was on the tour list. We were returned back to our hotel by 1:30pm. I took some time to share this experience because although Dr. Mo was very knowledgeable and friendly, I was upset at the money gauging and taking advantage of us. Overall it was a wonderful tour with exception to all the additional money he requested and then a tip for himself and the driver. I share my experience so other visitors are aware… that this does happen and what to expect. Dr.Mo from the start of our tour tried to downplay other visitors online reviews, and for this reason, that we were not sharing the same experience as others. To be clear also, tickets for any attraction is not included in this pricing . The pricing is only for the hot air balloon, the car and guide.

What an amazing day with such a knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring person, Hamby! I was very sick on and off all my days in Egypt, and Hamby went above and beyond to go out of his way to make sure I always stood in shade, tailored my trip to exactly what I wanted to see, and made thoughtful suggestions along the way to help guide my decisions. The hot air balloon ride was canceled by the government due to wind but Dr. Mo and Hamby made sure I still got a neat side adventure instead! I can not recommend this company and Hamby enough. Forget anything you read about or learned in school, this is the real Egypt and culture. I am beyond happy I made the choice to go with this agency for my tour for Luxor East and West Bank!

Decepción hicimos la reserva para el globo el cual un día antes fue cancelado por mal tiempo (mucho viento), el cambio fue por un paseo en Velero/Falluca el cual fue cancelado igualmente por falta de viento, al final hicimos un paseo en una lancha que por el precio que pagamos no vale la pena.
Guía simpática e informada, mucha insistencia en propina y buena calificación.

No recomiendo esta experiencia y deberían de reembolsar un parte del dinero cuando el globo se cancele puesto que es por lo que la mayoría reserva este tour.

It makes a world of a difference when your tour guide is passionate. DrMo made our tour experience such a pleasant one. He is very considerate and best of all, extremely flexible when things come up. Couldn’t recommend this tour and DrMo enough.
