Mr. Ma picked us up at the hotel and drove us to Mutianyu, helped us buying the tickets and to get to the shuttle bus. Was waiting for us to drive us back then to a restaurant that we chose for dinner. Additional service was to buy tickets online for us for the forbidden city that we visited the next day and to make calls to the restaurant and organized a driver for the next day to summer palace and forbidden city.
We were 4 adults and for us it was the most efficient and comfortable way to see within a short period many highlights. Thanks to Mr. Ma for the excellent service and Miles for the help to plan this trip, it was easy to communicate via telephone or email

We are a family of three. Our driver, picked us up from the airport yesterday. Everything went wry smoothly. Marvin picked us up today and we went to the Great Wall (mutianyu). Marvin was on time, and gave us great instructions when we arrived at the wall. I highly recommend Marvin.

Fantastic private driver service! Miles iss SO easy to communicate with and is extremely accommodating! I have used his services for airport-hotel transportation as well as to visit the Great Wall. He offers good advice when trip planning, is very kind, reliable and affordable! Have recommended him to several friends, and will continue to do so!

this is a great way to visit the wall hassle free. contacted Miles via email. given prices and details of trip. answered question . great communication . given name and mobile of English driver. Marvin. who was great. picked our own collect time from hotel. was able to changed drop off on the return . we went to Tienanmen sq. Thanks Marvin. RMB750.
At the wall 1.5 hrs drive. Marvin who had a VIP pass was able to drive straight up to the village to buy ticket for the up/down rout we choose. by passing the shuttle bus route . gave Marvin the money to buy our tickets up by the cable car /to watch tower 14 walk to watch tower 6 .down by the toboggan .total RMB520. much easier to do the route this way as most of the walk between is down hill .and Martin was there to meet us when we returned 4 hrs later at Subway shop. we bough lunch before we went up

Our driver was Mr James and he was great.
He had lots of water, fresh apples, sweets and two beers in his car - so it was all perfect!
He picked us up at our hotel and brought us to Mutianyu.
Mr James is a very polite man and a good and safety driver!
He brought us directly to the cable car station and buyed the tickets for us, so we had no problems with it.
We enjoyed the trip to the wall at its best!
If you want to go to the wall, ask Miles Meng for Mr James!
Big thanks to him for the lovely ride!

This is the second time we have used Miles' Car Service. We were once again impressed by the promptness with which Miles responds to our email queries (in English) with information and confirmation of arrangements. On the day of the private trip to the Great Wall, driver Mr Qian ("David") arrived at the hotel ahead of schedule and to drive our party of 6 to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. David provided excellent service throughout the long drive to and from the wall, providing insight and advice on experiencing Beijing. Although we conversed with him primarily in Mandarin, he was able to understand and speak some English as well. Unlike some other tour services, David did not at any time suggest (let alone pressure us into) shopping or dining at any particular location. Overall, we would highly recommend Miles' Car Service.

Visiting the Wall is always fun. Had the opportunity to go again recently. John from Miles Took the chairlift up and the sled down. I have done that many times now but it is always best when you can have the wall to yourself.
The Wall offically opens at 7:30am. It you can get there at that time in the fall and winter you will have it all to yourself. It really is peaceful and quite breathtaking. Also, it is great to have pictures that you took with no one on the wall.
WeChat Miles, Kevin or John and have them drive you out to the wall in style and cheaply. They are on time, speak great English and take care of getting your tickets at the Wall. They are the best and most cost effective even though they are driving luxary cars.

We were picked up nice and early as recommended and had a perfect day at Mutianyu. Marvin the driver was very helpful with getting the tickets for us and spoke good English and had a very comfortable car.
