From the moment we arrived in Peru, Aldo was there to guide us through our amazing experience. He readily shared his knowledge and love of Peru with us. What a fabulous time we had. From the moment we got off plane Aldo was there to guide us through our amazing experience. Aldo was very happy to share his knowledge and love of Peru with us. He taught us so much. If you are visiting Peru, ask for Aldo ( Valencia travel )as your guide. You will not be disappointed.

What a fantastic experience, our guide Corina Duran made sure everything ran very smoothly. From the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo, the bus to Machu Picchu itself and the return were excellent. And what a place, can’t recommend it enough.

CUSCO IS A MUST SEE

Cusco is a fantastic place and deserves its place as the “Navel of Peru” so many Inca ruins including ceremonial caves, terraces and of course Machu Picchu. Words cannot describe the reality of being cast back in time. From the Inca trails to the snow capped peaks, the train ride alone is brilliant. Watching the scenery change from sheer cliffs to grassy mountains then suddenly turning to jungle coverage is an amazing experience in itself. Our tour guide, Ruben, was a Cusco local who had a cheeky manner that we all loved. So knowledgeable, and keen to make us all feel comfortable. His patience with a group of 24 over 55’s was a super feat in itself. Ruben went the extra mile on so many occasions. He gave me his own jacket when I had left mine behind and gave his walking stick to my husband when he started to lag. Thank you to our tour Papè. Philippe was an additional guide who showed his passion when telling us the history of various highlights. He was so entertaining we couldn’t help learning more. Even our driver, Richard, was amazing. Our accomodation was top quality and the food in Peru is second to none. If I was ever going to recommend a tour this is it.

Amazing tour of Cusco, Sacred Valley, Saqsaywaman and Machu Picchu

Corina was a fabulous guide, very organised and with a very detailed knowledge of the city, sites and their history and archaeology. Corina disseminated this information succinctly and in an entertaining manner that kept the entire group engaged and interested. She was also very organised and ensured everyone’s comfort and safety and eased the process of check-in at airports and hotels. I can thoroughly recommend Corina and now look on her as a good friend that I hope we can reciprocate her kindness and knowledge should she ever visit Australia.

This was a well balanced tour, just the right amount of activity and leisure. Most amazing scenery and Machu Picchu was brilliant. Our guide, Jose, was very well organised and very knowledgeable, very friendly too.

Fantastic Experience

This was a fantastic experience enhanced by our brilliant guide Corina whose passion and knowledge was second to none. Seeing Machu Picchu through the eyes of someone who had worked and studied there was a wonderful bonus. Throughout the tour Corina was kind and patient, Nothing was too much trouble and at the end of the tour we felt as if we were saying goodbye to a special friend.

Absolutely educational experience and we would recommend Peru and Valencia Travel to the rest of the world.
It was the best trip, our guide Corina was wonderful, so knowledgeable and her communication skills are top notch! We learned so much about the history of the area as well as what is happening in modern day Peru and how they interact with the rest of the world. It has been a real eye opener. Corina looked after every aspect of our tour and she was available 24/7.

We did a nine day tour of Peru which was part of our south American Tripadeal package & included Machu Picchu Claudio our guide from Valencia travel was absolutely amazing, he went out of his way to make it a great trip for us ,this was a fantastic trip loved loved Machu Picchu
